We did the new years cruise. Its a night I will.not.forget. The food, the drinks, the atmosphere and the hard working staff were all amazing. Truely an unbelievable nighy

Would never purchase tickets ever again. My friends and I decided to purchase the New Year’s Eve ticket and the whole experience was disappointing and highly unorganized. We arrived at 9: 15pm and didn’t get to board until 10: 15pm as they prioritized the general admission guests. We also purchased the deck 2 tickets that should be guaranteed a table, and after finally getting onboard we find out our table was taken. We had to wait 30 mins to have our table cleaned and most of the food was already finished. They need a more organized system especially if they’re charging such a hefty amount per person.

What a time! My 2nd time going to an event on the hornblower and it was amazing.
Bathrooms are clean
Bar had plenty of options and the bartenders were fun!
Bottle service was quick with no issues.
They had stadium fans on all floors to keep everyone cool
10/10.

DO NOT BUY A TICKET! There are several reasons.
We bought tickets to the Barbie Sunset Cruise. We showed up and there were four other parties on our boat. That was very disappointing because it was not advertised.
We showed up early for our scheduled 5: 30 boarding and did not even start the boarding process until 6: 20. We didn’t get onto the boat until 6: 40. We didn’t even leave the dock until 7: 30pm, which was 1.5 hours after our scheduled departure time.
The decorations for the Barbie party were things that were cheap and looked as if they were purchased at the dollar store. Also, very minimal.
The food was disgusting, do not order! Not even to mention that when we got onto the boat they would not let us eat for almost one hour and the food was not even warm. The waiters ate BEFORE us!
The tables and seats were reserved if you bought a bottle only— which all started about $400 each which was INSANE for this type of event. Also, the security was also drinking alcoholic beverages on the boat. That is so wrong.
The AC on the boat was horrible, and the bathroom was broken.
The only positive thing I can say was that the DJ did play great music.

Exceptional way to see NYC. The captain and crew were outstanding in the service that they provided. A special shout out to staff member "Moe". You really took care of my German family on their 1st trip to NYC. Thanks for being so helpful. The buffet was very good and plentiful. Second and more helpings was encouraged. The drinks were good at reasonable prices. An excellent DJ played terrific dance music. We lucked out on the weather. It was gorgeous! Cornucopia. You ROCK!
