My daughter and her friend went in to get a manicure. They did not have an appointment and asked if they would have time. They responded yes and it would be a few minutes.
They took one of the girls and told the other that she would be seen soon. After awhile, the girls asked and they kept saying that she was next.
During the time, two other people came in asking if they had time for a manicure and they helped them right away. They did not have appointments either.
They never took her for an appointment and did not acknowledged they they were not able to or offer her a manicure even though it would be later.
I am not sure why this happened but it demonstrates very poor service. If they did not have availability and told her, that would have been fine. However, they told her they did, she would be next and they took others without appointments ahead of her.
