Not my first Carbone car.generally they were good but you never really know how a place is until you have problems. Had issues immediately. Contacted for service a lot of times since purchase. Many calls.left messages with never a response. When I finally got in (3rd in person visit) my warranty was up. Had been contacting since 5 days after purchasing the car as these problems were pretty obvious. Service department is either understaffed or overworked. Attached are the pictures I had originally added from Oct. 30th which is less than a week after I purchased car. Manager replied as you can see below however having left no contact details I greatly question the sincerity of this reply! Complete corporate garbage. No longer a local company in any way. Manager followed up on here and still never took a call.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Once you’re out the door and they have your money you are on your own. They do not stand behind their vehicles whatsoever and as far as I can see they do not care to help resolve any issues your are having with the vehicle you paid them for.

Great customer service and friendly, professional and helpful staff. Very happy with my service on my Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited X.my new tires are amazing and super happy I was able to get them while they were having the promotion of buy 3 get one free! Thank you to everyone at the Utica Jeep Dealership! You made my visit great! Now back home to Michigan I go with my new amazing tires and fresh oil change!

Bought my car through this dealership, purchased warranty through them, was told by warranty company must bring there for service. Waited a week for an appt To be told they couldn’t pinpoint it and it needed to go to Nissan dealership. It needed 2 wheelbearings! Really you couldn’t pinpoint?

Honestly, it was the worst day to get it oil changed, and there was nobody there. I thought oh I’ll be in and out damn straight. I was in an out because they had no staff everybody quit I wonder why. Not only did I have to wait six weeks for a appointment to get my oil changed I was 2000 miles over because you have no techs that sounds like a you problem. I had an appointment to get my car serviced, oil change and have them check out the noise that it’s continuing to make and the only thing they did was change the oil that was it never took my car out for a test drive because the miles were the same when they checked in and checked it out. Never put a sticker on the windshield to tell me when I’m supposed to come back and get my oil changed the lack of customer service. I’m sorry, but this is the worst service department I have ever been to hands-down. I will not be bringing my car back for the lifetime oil changes that I was charged over $700 for, I would much rather pay somebody to do it this way. I know it gets done properly anytime I took my vehicle anywhere for oil change I’ve had all my fluids topped off, I’ve had my tire pressure checked everything these people did nothing except put oil in my car. Absolutely nothing this place hands-down is terrible. Their customer service is terrible. Or I should say lack of customer service yeah so you can say that I’m not a happy customer and this is not the first time that I’ve had an issue with the service department. I’m just being honest and keeping it real you want in my opinion you got it

Charged me double for what I could have bought the part myself. Then an hours labor to change a headlight. And an hour and 10 minutes in the waiting room. Not good

Every part of the service was handled with courtesy and professionalism. Christina is polite and respectful and is a working asset for CDJR.

Made an appointment for an oil change and to check on a recall. I expected things to move slowly as this dealership is always busy. I settled in for the long haul and was pleasantly surprised when it took a fraction of the time expected. Meanwhile, I’m in a cozy waiting area with free wifi, free coffee and free snacks. I’m a happy camper. Everyone is wonderful and treats you like you’re the only customer they had that day…

I would highly recommend this place. Dale, my salesperson was very easy and helpful to work with, and Matt my finance guy did an awesome job getting me behind the wheel of my Jeep.

Andrew is a very knowledgeable salesperson who didn't make us feel pressured to buy and answered all of our questions and showed us all of the working functions in the vehicle. He also communicated with the bank for us. I give him a 10!

Once I was able to make appointment, everything went fine. Apparently I am calling the wrong number to the dealership, because when I do, nobody answer's any extension. So I just made appointment in person. Otherwise everything went fine and quickly

Staff were pleasant. But I was there today to get my AC repaired. They told me the part was on backorder, but I scheduled this appointment over a month ago!

Jordan Ross is amazing! We went in wanting a Ram, and left with a 2020 Ram crew cab Bighorn in our price range! The whole process was quick and easy for me to trade in my old vehicle and drive away with a "new to me" truck! Matthew Coppola was fast and efficient with paper work, signed and left in under an hour! Gentlemen, I thank you so very much!

There is a young man in the service department who is extremely commendable. This was my experience: I went to drop off my Jeep. The young man was on the phone. He noticed that his co-worker, who was not busy with a customer, was not waiting on me, and I was standing there. He smiled at me, excused himself to the person he was talking to, and asked his co-worker to wait on me, which she did. When I came back to pick up my car, I didn't see it in the lot. The same co-worker waited on me. I asked her if she knew where my car was parked. She said, "No. Just push the panic button, " and walked away dismissively. As I was walking out, I saw the same young man. I asked if he knew where my car was parked. His immediate response, again with a smile, was, "Let me help you! " He took my keys and pushed the panic button. When we couldn't hear the car, he said, "It's hot out. You go wait inside. I'll find your car and pull it up for you, " which he did. The difference between these two workers was as stark as night and day. This young man deserves recognion! I hope the Carbone family offers him a promotion and a raise!
