Chick-fil-A

Today the chicken nuggets were dry and the Mac & cheese was just OK. I thought it would be fresher.but to my dismay it was not.

I've been a loyal customer of Chick-fil-A for quite some time, but my recent visit left me a bit disappointed. The food quality didn't live up to the usual high standards I've come to expect from this establishment.

While Chick-fil-A is known for its delicious chicken offerings, the ones I had during this visit fell short. The taste seemed a bit off, and it wasn't as flavorful as my previous experiences. It's disheartening when a favorite restaurant doesn't meet expectations.

While I've had great experiences at Chick-fil-A in the past, this visit was a letdown. The subpar food overshadowed the positive aspects of service and cleanliness. I hope this was just a one-time occurrence, as I would love to see Chick-fil-A return to the high standards that make it a favorite for many.

Nasty dirty and greasy.the smell is awfull.why do tourists stand in lie to get a chicken sandwich they could get at home!

A very odd experience. Went in around 830 am. Not super busy. Placed an order for a chicken mini meal for my daughter. Asked for sauce. Inadvertently charged for two bottles. Took awhile to get it resolved. I had to keep asking for the packets. They wouldn't give them to us until processing a refund. Even after the refund it was as if the sauce was forgotten. After reminding them once more I got a bit of a snarky response again about how they had to do the refund first. I'm not sure if I hadn't said something they'd have remembered. Anyway after all that we realized they forgot the chocolate milk. Overall, I can live with the mistakes even a lack of an apology is fine, but the attitude of the manager was disappointing. Also, no one at any point said "my pleasure. " The place needs to assess and evaluate their managers and supply training or better leadership.

The sauce is Chick-fil-A sauce - 2 Polynesian sauces are good.
I think Chick-fil-A sauce is the best.

The first time I went there, I ate the basic food and wondered what this was, but it was delicious.

This branch has about 3 bar-style tables for standing and eating.

The staff were very friendly and nice

The fries not fresh and there is no place to sit. Guys, you have so much free space near the window, you could just put 1 long table so people can stand and eat food.this is probably the worst Chick-fil-A ever!

Alexus and the young lady who got us our lemonade - rockstars, friendly, fun, had a great chat while ordering our lunch. Fast service and accurate. Customer service makes you want to keep returning ️

Amazingly quick service for the middle of the day in midtown Manhattan. It was very busy and they handled it well. Bravo to a brilliant team.

Remarkable marketing but in the end, does that look like a $16 meal? I don’t think so neither. Also, your food could be placed aside so by the time you sit to eat, it may be already cold.

Very organized location. They had more than enough staff who worked diligently. The food was great and the service was expected given Chic FilA 's reputation.

PAY ATTENTION!

I came in yesterday (Location on 6th Ave near 46th st), person that was taking my order was still trying to make the drinks for the previous order at the same time.
I don't know whT the protocols are in this location, so that part may not be his fault, BUT, my food order was incorrect when I got back to my office to eat it.
I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich DELUXE with cheese, and when I opened my sandwich and took a bite, there was BACON.
I DO NOT EAT PORK.
He gave me a grilled chicken CLUB instead of the DELUXE I ordered.

Thank goodness I am not allergic, i was able to spit out the food immediately, but I was so aggravated that my lunch was ruined, and I did not have time to walk all the wY back over to the restaurant to replace it.
Money down the drain!

If it is the practice that cashiers have to take the next customer while still completing the previous order, this practice needs to be revised. If I was someone with an allergy, I would have possibly wound up in the hospital!

I got sassed by the lady working. When I asked for chick fil a sauce she said “ur at chick fil a” unacceptable way to treat ur customer

It was ok, I wish there was at least a place to sit down and eat your food cuz I'm pretty sure it was raining when I came to Chick-fil-A.

Too busy and too noisy. Shield at register and masks prevented us from understanding each other so I did not get what I ordered

Just your average chick fil a. The fries were cold but no other complaints. Theres a lovely park to eat in right across the street from here.

Too many people waiting for their orders after they are placed. Hearing is a big problem. For some reason the acoustics are bad and don't get me started on how expensive it is. The location is in the diamond district so try to find somewhere outdoors to sit and eat. Be prepared to encounter the homeless doorman and if you can still eat your meal after that encounter you are of championship stock.

The line was long because it was lunch rush but it moved fast so no complaints there. The food was great and so was the service.

It is still expensive for breakfast and in this particular place they have the restrooms closed, if you are going to spend so much money on food and you can't use the restroom, especially if you are traveling with children, it isn't worth it.

Everything was deliciously prepare.
The ice cream and shakes.out of this world!
If you didn't have a shake here, you don't know what a shake is!

Every Single time I come to this specific chic fila there’s always something missing from my order.toys out the kids meal.sauce/dip that they always ask which one I’d like.fries. They asked me if I’d like to upgrade to a meal but they don’t give me any fries the don’t care about their customers they go too fast they need to actually check the orders

This spot is worth trying. They have large portions for reasonable rates. Consistently well kept and with good vibes. Would recommend to others.

Booooooooy! I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and nuggets. Fam, when I tell you that the fries were the RIGHT texture, soft not soggy - yet crispy. I thought that I was finna

And the nuggets - might as well call them "fried chicken breast chunks, " fam.

It was ok. I got the chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets, chicken strips & waffle fries. Honestly it seemed like regular Homemade chicken and the waffle fries were horrible. Not sure if i would visit again. Also it was a little pricey.

Can't go wrong with CFA. I wish there was one closer to East Village, but I'll trek anywhere for my chicken biscuit in the morning or my mac 'n cheese at night. Love this place to death. Friendly staff as always with top notch customer service.

This restaurant is definitely one of the coolest place in the area. Every time I come to this place I am exceedingly pleased. They manage their very high level service and the highest level of dishes they give. You always win with this place. Highly recommended.

Obviously the chicken sandwich GOAT. Midtown is the worst place but we all gotta work there so at least we can get chick fila.

Amazing staff! I made a mobile order, walked in when I received the notification and a staff member asked for me by name with my full order ready in gloved hands. They wished me a happy new year with a smile so big I definitely saw it through their mask. Truly a model for fast-food service.

Ordered three meals including 1 kids meal (they forgot 1 shake+ a fry but the food was phenomenal, my wife seemed surprised I didn't know they didn't serve burgers. I mean, Burger king sells chicken sandwiches. ‍️

Chicken was okay fory first time there, wasn't overly impressed but I would still recommend to anyone who likes chicken.

I ordered a chicken meal today and while I was eating I found a hair in my chicken! I am highly unsatisfied for this is unsanitary

I love Chick-fil-A but this was the worst CFA sandwich I have ever had and I've been eating them since the 80s. The bun seem to have no butter on it and was extremely dry, the chicken was very dry and seemed to have been cooked for hours even though it was 11: 30 a.m. Being from the south and growning up with the extremely high standards of Chick-fil-A, I wondered if Chick-fil-A would be able to maintain the same standards as they moved into New York city. So far it doesn't look like they have been able to do so.
