Went there seeing good reviews. Lawyer may be good with years of experience but their staff and customer service is worst. We had called to make an appointment to consult with lawyer, they said appointment not needed and we can walk in anytime. We went to the office following that call. Office was crowded and messed up. Waited 2 hrs, checked with receptionist several times even after formally informing our arrival but we still had no clue when we could see lawyer. Eventually we had to leave the office without meeting lawyer. Please, don’t waste other people time you don’t have time for them. They can go somewhere else where they are valued and respected.

The attorney and staff are friendly, experienced and knowledgeable person. Specially not greedy for money.

With the purpose of Filing family petition, I called two times to this office but I got very rude and not professional reply. That response made me hurt and humiliated. I do not try to call again. But I always praise Khagendra sir and his personal service to the clients.

I have never seen such a helpful lawyer before. My husband was in tps, he went nepal and got his travel document expire, he was return nepal back from quatar airport.
