From the moment my wife and I walked in the door until we walked out with new car, saw nothing but smile on our sale rep Mike. He couldn't have been more kind honest about the deal. We told him exactly what we need and that's exactly what he delivered! Kudos to Mike and his manager Kenny!

I worked with Anthony Pavone through a recommendation. Ken Koos I got alot to say for sure. First off I wasnt sure what i wanted when i came looking for my first truck. Anthony Pavone sat down with me and my dad and we worked together for 4hours. Just in that time I knew he cared about his customer service and making his customer feel welcomed and comfortable for sure! In 4 hours i drove two Chevy Silverado 1500s all with different packages. Anthony Pavone can tell what I needed. In the end of that experience i bought a new truck. It was the perfect choice and it suits me and my style and even needs for now and into the future as well. Ken Koos I want to say I had a great experience with Anthony Pavone and I want to thank Anthony for setting me up with a great truck and helping me get what i wanted and to not just settle, you didn’t give up and wanted to make sure it was the right vehicle and it really was the perfect choice! Bill at your service desk was extremely helpful in getting my truck repaired quickly despite the UAW strike, and despite his being handicapped, as far as ordering parts. You need more people like This that can think on their feet make good decisions and help out the customer. Give this man a raise.

If you are looking for a new car, make sure you go to Chevrolet 112 and go to Anthony Pavone! Buying a car can be stressful but Anthony and his managers Ken Koos and Paul Toner made it seamless. Their pricing was very fair compared to other dealers who we visited. Anthony was one of the most personable and genuine sales people I have ever met. I absolutely love my brand new Traverse and couldn’t have done it without him! Will be happy to send anyone we know to him for years to come! We had such a good experience we got 2 cars!

I been wanting the Traverse for a while now, had my eye on it. I’m a brand new mom and I needed a bigger car. When I walked into the store Mike greeted me right away and he just knew exactly what I wanted! I leased the 2023 Traverse LT in white. Kenny and Mike were extremely professional, extremely polite, extremely helpful and just went above and beyond for me and my family. I felt really comfortable with them and in the store. I’ll be recommending a lot of people to them! Thank you guys again I am so happy with my new car!

By far the easiest and best car buying experience I have ever had. I always dread dealing with car dealers. Completely worth driving close to an hour from home. No extra fees. No Surprises. Bought a beautiful used car. Steve O.and everyone at the dealership were excellent and the price was great!

We shopped in our own neighborhood for a vehicle and had walked out of each shaking our heads at the nonsense we had to go through. Hours and days of wasted time. One evening we shared our terrible experience with friends. A friend told us to go to 112 Chevy. We Woke up one Saturday morning picked up the in-laws who have also been other places with no good experience as well. We walked into 112 Chevy and were greeted by a nice man named Tony Niblock. Tony was extremely nice. He answered all of our questions showed us cars, explained all features and incentives. This was all way too good to be true. It wasn’t. Everything he said was exactly what we got no add on added in fee’s when the paper work was being done in finance. What Tony Niblock said is exactly what we got. We walked out with an amazing deal on 2 cars. Thank you Tony for a Great experience. Chevy 112 you have a Great salesman and an awesome dealership.

I had been taking my car to Chevy 112 for over 10 years. I was always recommending their service to friends and family, but not anymore. In the month of July 2022 I brought my car in for inspection/oil change and some other service that tacked on. About a month later I noticed I had damp carpet and there must have been a leak. Brought the car into them and they said they needed to pull up carpet and and check the doors. Then they said the leak was from the weatherstripping on the doors. That was $500+. They also quoted it was going to be $1200 to have my carpet replaced. I declined to have the carpet replaced. (Cleaned with shop vac and used damprid bags)
I drove home and didn’t use my car till a few days later. When I turned my radio on only the driver’s side speaker and the tweeters on my dashboard were working. They worked before I bought my car in to have the leak fixed. I called them, made an appointment and they said they would take a look.
After I dropped the car off they told me that it was nothing they had done and that I would have to replace all my speakers. I reiterated that the front driver’s side speaker was fully functional when dropped off. Very unhappy but too tired to argue I said forget it and went to pickup my car. They wanted to charge me for the fact that they had to look at my speakers (that they initially had broken). I told them that was ridiculous, and then they waived the fee. I got in my car to go home turned the radio on and now only the tweeters worked. I walked back in and informed them that they had now broken my last main speaker. The woman that I spoke with already seemed bothered and did not seem like she even wanted to deal with me. I never had an attitude and tried to gather an understanding as to why they felt this treatment was ok. After all these years of loyal service they basically made me feel like I was nothing to their company. Other employees their apologized to me and felt awful for my treatment. I told them I would not bring them my business again and everyone close to me has not returned either. I was trying to move past this because there seemed like nothing else I could do and I figured a review wasn’t going to matter. But now just about a year later after a very dry summer. We got a lot of rain and sure enough my car is right back to where it was. Basically what it boils down to is they never fixed the leak and I have a messed up sound system. I paid them just under $1,000 total to break my speakers. I have always owned Chevy’s. After this experience I don’t believe I would buy one again. Go the Chevy 112 at your own risk. You have been warned.
