Came in with my fiancé to help him pick out his wedding tuxedo! We started talking with Charles and he guided us along the process seamlessly! His knowledge of this different customizations and different cuts/fabrics made the whole afternoon a wonderful experience! If you need help picking out anything ask for Charles!
5 Starr service. I walk into the store and greeted by one of the employee. He helped me all the way. He took his time and he was very patient with finding correct size and right fit. It’s a kind of retail place I would definitely go back to buy same shirt again. Hospitality is just nice and right on top.
I placed a 2nd order and changed my collar size from 18 to 17 1/2. When they collar size is smaller they take in 2" on each side making shirt way too tight. They will not issue me an exchange or refund saying its against there policy which does not mention this size change.not fair Business lost a customer
I received the worst service ever. The sales associate was not willing to assist in identifying my proper measurement. He was rude and when I ask where I can find shirt that would fit me. He waved his hand off and said go to the back wall at the end of the store. Terrible service and very unprofessional for what was supposed to be a high end store. Never buying here ever.
I wear a shirt size that tends to be sold out online. So when I ordered three shirts for $99.00, and only got one in the mail, I went to the store to sort this out. The manager was very kind and promptly gave me a refund on the original $99.00 and gave me three shirts for the same price. This took just a few minutes' time and a trip to the store. Wish it could have been taken care of online, but, that's not the store's responsibility. Cue a 5-star review.
I visited the store on Sunday, May 15th 2022. I would say I had a positive experience only because of Stefon. He’s the only one I felt knows how to deal with customers well, he met and exceeded my expectations in store. The other two staff working almost seemed like they are reluctant to do their job which is helping the customers (for instance - when I came out of the trial room and asked where my sizes of shirts were, one of the other staff only directed me to one shelf even though they were all over the store). Anyway, I appreciate Stefon for helping me buy the shirts I chose.
CT is a great place to get shirts and ties and other accessories. If you want a custom shirt you should probably go on line and do it though. I think this is a new location and is kind of smallish. I wanted a custom shirt I was expecting a comfortable place to sit and pick out the details but I was standing over some shirts discussing my custom shirt no bueno. I had been walking a lot that day so my legs were killing me. I guess I was expecting what I saw in their catalog but didn't get. Don't get me wrong I love CT its just that some of the thing they offer they don't have.
Great atmosphere and selection of clothing. Even better customer service. Found what i wanted in a peacoat in my whole life. Thank you Charles Tyrwhitt
They have the worst customer service! Never ever trust them! I was promised to get refunded to my credit card for an issue. They never refunded! Instead they sent me a evoucher with restrictions! Buy from a different company and avoid Charles Tyrwhitt! They really have nasty and unhelpful agents. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Store sales person was very rude, we went to exchange a defective shirt and he rudely said we can not do the exchange because you bought the shirt on promo and he was also communicating with avery rude tone.
Tai Reid assisted me with purchasing button-down shirts this past weekend. He made my in-store experience fantastic. Tai not only helped me purchase shirts in styles I normally would not purchase, but additionally he turned a boring sunday spent running errands into an experience with my girlfriend where we shared a few laughs and ultimately had a great time in his company. Every single shirt that I have in my wardrobe is CT I always buy from 7th Avenue store. Every time I tried to go another location I received service that even mcdonalds will be ashamed of. Madison avenue store has horrible service
Jermaine was a delight to work with. He was attentive and really took the time to size me. He made me comfortable, out of the three Charles Tyrwhitt stores I have visited by far the best associate yet! I really appreciate your professionalism! I definitely will only be buying from you in the future!
My in-store experience was less than stellar. I thought to myself -how should I use my new powers of invisibility -for good, or evil? Several clerks milling about, oblivious to me pulling shirts out of the cubicles.wrong sizes in 1/2 the display cabinets. Finally serviced by a fellow who seemed like he would start to bleed if he tried to crack a smile. Apart from going into the back room to see if a specific sized shirt was in stock, he wasn’t particularly helpful. If the shirt is not in stock, perhaps tap away on your computer thingy to see if it is available in another store in Manhattan. Nope. Felt I was interacting with Lurch.
Love the four shirts I bought. I’ll stick to shopping on their site. Please get the staff to perk up and engage.
CT has an awesome selection of shirts, and this store has a wide variety to choose from. The staff is friendly and helpful, I was attented to quickly and professionally. Return policy is top notch, and they always have sales or multi-buy deals. Closest thing you can get to a well-fitting shirt without going bona fide bespoke.
The manager and sales person were top shelf and really pulled out all the stops for me. I love their clothes but it is the customer service that will bring me back!
