The entire experience was fantastic from booking to the actual party. Linda was great from explaining all the amenities that come with the package, as well as the actual day of events. Oh my, where do I begin. I LOVE this venue. The food is amazing, the staff is incredible. Just immaculate. The DJ was fantastic. The bartender was the sweetest young lady! So kind! The drinks were made so well. What a night! What an incredible night! My mother loved it as well. Muy buena! Comida buena, es management buena!

My 25th birthday bash at Charisma Ballroom was an absolute blast! From the moment I booked, Linda's hospitality shone through—she was a gem, ensuring everything was perfect from start to finish. My event was held this past weekend December 3rd. From the time the contract was signed, the team worked with my mother on throwing me the best 40th celebration. Everything I wanted and asked for they helped my mom to make everything into reality. Thank you to all the staff for making my 40th special.

I recently celebrated my daughters Sweet 16 at Charisma Ballroom, and I can't express just how incredible the experience was. It was, without a doubt, the best time of my life! From the moment we walked through the doors, we were welcomed with such warmth and enthusiasm that it set the tone for the entire night.

The staff at Charisma Ballroom were simply sweet and incredibly spot on. They anticipated our every need and went above and beyond to ensure that our celebration was nothing short of perfection. The maitre d' was truly amazing, orchestrating the evening flawlessly and ensuring that everything ran like clockwork. This allowed me to focus on having fun with my friends and family, knowing that I was in capable hands.

The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the food. My guests couldn't stop raving about how delicious everything was. The quality and variety of dishes were exceptional, and they catered to everyone's tastes. It was a delightful culinary experience that added a special touch to the evening.

They exceeded my expectations in every way possible, and I couldn't have asked for a better venue for my daughters Sweet 16. PLEASE BE AWARE THIS COMPANY WILL KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT AND NOT THROW YOUR PARTY AT NO FAULT OF YOUR OWN. My siblings and I wanted to throw a retirement party for my mother-in-law. Can you imagine all those years my mother-in-law put into the medical field? A beautiful person deserving of a spectacular party symbolizing the conclusion of an important part of her life. We put down the deposit down to have the party at Charisma Ballroom before a lockdown was put in place. My siblings and I planned this party with sacrifices we made and the hard earned money we worked for, most of us being healthcare workers and Veterans. Between finding childcare and working, the siblings came together to plan this beautiful event for our mother and Charisma ballroom did not deliver. We understand it was beyond their control that a lockdown had to be put in place, however, any honest company or company owner would be humble enough to refund the deposit seeing as how it was not the customer’s fault the customer wishes were not met. Charisma ballroom is keeping our deposit and not returning it. We took them to court and the courts believe Charisma ballroom was in the wrong and should return our deposit. Now, every time we call in attempt to collect our first payment, the receptionist Michelle has no idea what’s going on yet we’ve spoke to her about the matter multiple times. They continued to make money throwing many other parties for different customers, yet Michelle tells us every time we call there isn’t anybody from management available at the moment. There has been ONE time when a manager contacted us and ensured us that, “We are working on returning your deposit, but once that’s done will you take down the Better Business Bureau review? ” That is bribery and borderline extortion. Once our money is returned to us is not going to change the stress the situation has brought or bring back the time we wasted with this company. They also try toflood the bad reviews with fake good reviews. PLEASE BE AWARE THIS COMPANY WILL KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT AND NOT THROW YOUR PARTY AT NO FAULT OF YOUR OWN.

Please be aware when booking! We have been having such an awful time in having our money refunded to us and our elderly mother. This establishment took a large deposit from us and decided to never have the party to celebrate our mother who was a nurse for over 40 years taking care of people. Linda, Joseph and the Owner, James have scammed us out of our deposit. But what is sad that’s we are not the only ones; they have done this to others. You can see the reviews on yelp. What they do is ask random people to write reviews after any negative review they don’t like! My family and I are healthcare workers and we worked hard to put up money to provide our mom with a retirement party at charisma and they never honored that. We keep calling them and the secretary, Michelle feeds us lies that no one is available. We also have been sending emails and for what to be disregarded. That’s funny there are parties held every weekend; one of which my sister attended and the manger was there. So they need to stop telling us no one is available to refund us. Why can’t you just comply with the contract that you breached and just return our deposit instead of extorting our money. You don’t have a problem calling us to demand we remove our reviews but you have a problem with returning money that doesn’t belong to you. How do you just keep people’s money. Horrible dishonest, immoral establishment.

Just had my sisters baby shower here and we are just so happy. The food was amazing the staff was so nice- the bartender kept the drinks coming and they helped us with absolutely everything. I just had my husbands birthday party here and I sincerely couldn’t have asked for a better place. We opted for the appetizers, and the supreme buffet and everything was absolutely amazing. Just had my fathers 50th birthday here this past weekend. I am incredibly fortunate to have found this venue. Charisma Ballroom is breathtaking, clean and just stunning. We opted for an open bar from the get go- and we’re very pleased. Thank you to our bartender for making my guests gratified and overjoyed! Cocktails were great. Charisma Staff- friendly, helpful and overall delightful to work with. Two specific people I’d like to shine a light on- Joe, the GM, thank you for making sure my fathers event was superb. I just had my 27th birthday here, and I had an absolutely amazing experience. Booking with Linda made everything so easy delightful and fun! Would definitely recommend to book with her, specifically. Joe the manager was super nice! This whole experience was just easy! All I had to do was show up. The food was delicious, drinks amazing and the DJ was on point! October 22nd; this is my second event I’ve thrown here. I can not, and i repeat can not recommend this venue enough. My husband had his 50th birthday here, and then I just had my 45th birthday here. The food is delicious. The bar, bartender, drinks? Top notch. The staff is so lovely. The decorations were on point, i had a royal blue theme and Joe (the manager) helped me choose Blue Sequin Runners, Royal Blue sashes, black chair covers and black tablecloths. It looks amazing! I am just so so happy. A big recognition to Linda. Oh Linda, we love you! Thank you for your help throughout the entire steps of hosting my event here. Not only for my 45th birthday but for my husbands 50th birthday. We will be back to have a third event here without a doubt. We will have my daughters weddings here- we just seriously, can not be anymore happier. If you are looking to have an event anywhere, where the food will actually be as said. Delicious. Where the staff is so kind. And where the host and manager treats you like family. And where they have a LINDA! Charisma Ballroom! Where do we begin. You guys are phenomenal. I don’t know how you only have one location. The staff here is so kind and make you feel like family. My Sweet 18- was incredible. I had my daughter sweet 16 here. So for the price I paid I had high expectations. It’s not my first rodeo and I have hosted many events. I will give you the pros and cons.
Pros:
1- Spacious - beautiful lighting and decor
2- Clean
3- Beautiful linens and table settings.
4- Bartender Linda was AMAZING! Sweet, pleasant to all her customers and kind! We love Linda!
5 - DJ that was included was nice

Cons:
1- The food was horrible! I didn’t eat it. My guests complained it was cold, tasteless and plain old bad! It was buffet style. I should’ve did my research on the out sourced caterer. I was embarrassed. I didn’t eat myself.
2- no air conditioning
3- One bartender for 97 people.
4- They spelled my daughters name wrong on the monitors
5- They provided only water on the tables. No sodas. Everything single person had to go to the bar to get one cup of soda. Every single time they were thirsty.
6- only ONE hour prior to your event to set up.
7- ********** THERE WAS A MAN THERE THAT I DO NOT RECOGNIZE walking around my event. Finally I asked him if he was security? The gentleman stated the host gave him permission to observe my event so he can determine if he would book his party at Charisma.
THIS WAS A SWEET 16 WITH MINORS CHILDREN PRESENT AND A STRANGER WALKING THROUGHOUT THE PARTY. THAT IS A RED FLAG FOR SAFETY PROCEDURES! I will never book in that establishment again!

My daughter had an amazing time for her 18th birthday. Staff was very courteous and Linda went above and beyond to make sure everything was going well.

Can’t even express the experience I had here. The staff is wonderful from start to finish. The booking process was explained to me clearly everything was done in order and I had no doubts or worries at all. After the booking, two weeks prior to my event we met with the banquet manager who was extremely knowledgeable. He’s been in the business for 40 years. He throws in so many suggestions and it truly did help guide us. The day of the event, I walked in to a ballroom that looked absolutely stunning. I couldn’t believe my eyes. I didn’t have to do anything, I just showed up. The DJ was phenomenal I have to say. Kept the crowd on there feet. The food was amazing. Luckily there was some left so I was able to pack it for lunch the next day haha. Charisma big shout out to Linda. She was there for me every step of the way. I will 100% be back another few times in my life time to throw events, that’s for sure. Very happy with my experience here.

Such a clean and beautiful business. The food is delicious, and the music is great. Everyone danced all night long. The bartender was also very very nice, the staff is very kind. I came to celebrate my grandmas birthday and it was an amazing night! Food was amazing, dj was great. Everyone enjoyed the bar. Staff was very nice, helpful and treated everyone like their own family. I definitely recommend this place!

This whole experience started off by seeing this venue on Instagram. So I took matters into my own hands and looked all over the internet and found reviews, pictures and videos and the place looked stunning. I read such incredible reviews however I didn't see any pricing anywhere so I called the venue. I spoke to a delightful lady over the phone and her voice was just so welcoming and calm and soft. (I say this because other venues I called were straight to the point, not even a how are you? Or congratulations on your engagement. Sounded more like a computer than a person) Charisma, answered all of my questions and event took my email and sent me more pictures of the hall. Explained everything about the place, about the packages and about the pricing and asked me nicely if I was available to come in and see the venue and if that is something I would like to do. I of course said yes and booked an appointment for a viewing and boy- they are busy. The event coordinator walked over to the lobby and introduced herself and begun the tour. First thing I noticed was the long spacious hallway that has nice marble floors. The spacious ballroom and how clean it was. Had a nice fresh smell. Everything was just so clean. Other venues I visited weren't so this was nice to see. The bathrooms are very nice as well. I love the interior design of this venue. After the tour, the specialist went over pricing and packages. The pricing is amazing! I repeat amazing! Very surprised at how affordable. I was expecting on spending a lot more and honestly, I would've because you get the entire space all to you. I don't have to worry about sharing restrooms or the bar area or anything with another party. So, I ended up booking. Throughout the time of my booking to the date of the event, the staff answered every single one of my questions. The manager, thank you for everything! The date of my wedding rolls around and I had tears in my eyes on how beautiful everything came out and how good the food was and how great the DJ was. Everything turned out to be exactly the way it was described to me and I sincerely thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Do I recommend this venue? Absolutely! What are things I recommend upgrading to? The Grand package is a steal. The floor monogram is a nice add on. Your name spins on the middle of the dance floor. The Video Montage is also a nice add on and my favorite was the Dancing on the cloud option. My photos came out so beautiful and I was getting goosebumps during our first dance. Thank you to this whole team!

I had a wonderful experience here. I attended a sweet 16; and I’ve never met a staff that courteous, respectful and just so caring. My 5 year old daughter was in a upsetting mood which made my wife and I stressed out. The host of the event, brought not only a cupcake but a brand new teddy bear to my daughter to make her mood better and continuously checked up on us to make sure we were having a great time. Extremely nice! The food was incredible. I had a few drinks at the bar, bartender was very sweet. Very clean space. Spacious ballroom. The most incredible thing about this venue is that they offer a DJ and it's included! The DJ at my event was amazing, transitions were amazing. And the fact that It was included just blows my mind. I attended a wedding here last night and the cleanliness of this venue is amazing. I rarely ever go out to eat or even eat or order a drink when I’m out because the places look like their not clean at all. And I tend to get sick if an establishment looks un-clean. The food was delicious and cared for properly. The bar had a beautiful granite and marble countertop and flooring. Bartender was nice and attentive. Very delightful. The biggest thank you to such a elegant venue. Filled with kind and professional people. You made my wedding a literal dream come true. I Never thought a venue really had that much to do with my entire wedding but since this venue really did everything for my wife and I, we had nothing to even worry about. All we did was show up and we were mesmerized. The set up the lighting the bar the linen the tablecloths the runners everything was all done by charisma and wow. I have so many friends who have had weddings at other venues and they had to run around and do so many things like buy linen and buy runners and by chair covers and it gave me such a headache to even think about. Wow! Where do I begin? I contracted this ballroom for my parent’s 90th birthday celebration. The place is elegant & the decor to me was fabulous. From the day I called, to the night of the event, I was treated with kindness and respect by all the staff. All my messages were promptly returned, and all my questions answered. They took care of everything—decorations, DJ, buffet, option of bar included or cash bar. The manager, Joseph, was personable & made it so easy to help with choices of decor and food options.
When we arrived everything was in order & the place looked absolutely beautiful. My family was very much impressed and had an absolutely great time. The food was delicious! Anthony, the maitre-dee, was on point all night long, keeping me in line while I was distracted attending to my guests.

I love the set up and the waiters and the food it was a really nice place but the only problem I had was they had random people in the waiting room and nothing was private people would walk in a out and the manger wasn’t being as polite as he could be to me seeing as I was the birthday girl. He had a attitude and wouldn’t let me do things as I wanted and it made my night a little all over the place.

I had my engagement party here last night. I must say the staff went above and beyond to make sure me and my fiancé had everything we need. The DJ was amazing and so accommodating, he played whatever my guest requested from soca to reggaeton to the chachaslide. The manager and bartender was amazing they went above and beyond to get my guest the drinks they wanted. Me and my fiancé are constantly working so the idea of us being the center of attention was off putting and I am sure we were completely lost and awkward most of the time but Charisma and the staff helped and guided us every step of the way. They kept both of us in the loop of everything that was happening. Will definitely be back for another occasion. Thank you guys so much

The perfect place to celebrate all occasions! ️ I was sooo satisfied with the service! They made my son’s 1st birthday magical. From the staff to the food - everything was spectacular! I was sooo nervous before the party because they only give an hr to prepare (you bring your decorations if you want to have an elaborate celebration). Fortunately, they let me bring my decorations 2 days prior to the party so I wouldn’t have to bring all of them on the day of. They also helped set up the tables and centerpieces which really helped me alot! They were so attentive and helpful and quick! We finished the decorations and the centerpieces in just an hr! Shout out to Linda for being so helpful and very courteous and respectful to everyone ️ The DJ was also great! He was so nice and friendly. The fog machine and the snow machine made it magical for our grand entrance. After the party, they helped clean up and put together my stuff and they pack our leftover foods too! I held a milestone birthday party event at Charisma Ballroom Hall. The space was incredible and I love the elegance yet the club vibes. Thanks to my event co-ordinator at Charisma Ms Linda. She's an awesome young lady "a people's person, straight forward and knows her stuff. We kicked it off with all the whistles and bells for a reasonable rate. I like that the food was all catered by the same company therefore, less stress and it was good. I like that there's an appetizer hour and desert at the end. And all left overs was packed up and given to the host of the party! Therefore the party continued at home the day after lol! The decorations where all in the budget as well. Meeting with the manager Mr Joseph was a great experience, he has been working for Charisma for over 20 plus years and hearing how he started as a DJ at 17 years old at Charisma; surely stated he had a lot of experiences especially moving up in the business satisfied my million questions, that I was working with a team that understood what I needed and desired which was a successful, exciting and remarkable event that everyone will remember. And they have exceeded my expectations. Besides the covid 19 set backs we still had a lot of space and the rules were implemented and all went accordingly. I truly want to thank the waiting staff that waited on my family and friends like royalty great job everyone. I love the way the dinning/ buffet style food area was separated from the event space by a string of white crystal lights draped with white panel backdrop curtains that drew up when it was time to serve the menu, very elegant. I love the separated lounge area as soon as one come in that's private off from the party to hide the guest of honor in time for the walk out, that was sensational and a memorable experience. Thank you Charisma for making a milestone possible and memorable not only for me but to everyone that attended.
