1/5 star… if not for them fixing a snapped spark plug in my car they deserve 0 (although they massively overcharged me for it). Other members of my family, and myself have taken out cars in for inspections there. Always call back saying that my car has 5 different things wrong with it, and end the call with it’ll be $2,000, and you can have it by tomorrow. I do all the work on my car, and they told me the front brakes, and sway links needed to be replaced once. I was instantly suspicious because I had just replaced both a few weeks prior. Told them no I’ll take it. Then proceeded to tell me that they’ll call me when it’s ready. After 5 hours I called them myself, and they stated that it’s still not ready to be picked up. Mind you this is still only an inspection. Makes me wonder if they were actually starting the work on the car without my say so. Took it home, found no issue with either. Be extremely careful, they are a business that fishes you with work that doesn’t need to be done. Look over your car before going in!

Very nice service and nice selection of vehicles to look through, all used. This is also a Napa Auto parts repair center. I was looking for used vehicle and the staff was not pushy at all. They have been in business somewhere between 40 and 60 years. Definitely worth a look if you're looking for a used vehicle Car or truck they have both.

They let me leave two separate times, with two different vehicles, that were unsafe to drive. The first was my girlfriends car where they didn’t actually put the brake caliper bolts back in. They was about 1/4” of thread holding the caliper on. That was a separate time.

I went to have my car inspected and initially they wanted $1,400 for dealing with the O2 sensor wiring (which was causing a check engine light) and changing the inner and outer tie rods. They said the steering rack was fine (this is important later). I said I would change the tie rods and they can fix the the sensor wiring.

After charging $650for some diagnostics and wiring work on an O2 sensor, the light came on 75 miles later (I reset the trip distance before I left), before I could even get it back in to have it reinspected.

Took it to another mechanic that I trust but is an hour away. He not only said the wiring job was not done well and it was absolutely ridiculous to charge $600 for it, he said the steering rack was so bad he didn’t even want me driving it.

I drive on the thruway most days for work.

When I went back to Chandlers, they said the only thing they could do is continue to diagnose and work on it, all of which I would be charged for.

Yes they were nice people but the quality and accountability for their work, and respect for the customer is nonexistent.

I have never been disappointed with Chandler’s customer service, honesty, and excellent work. I had a headlight that I had installed by Chandler that was going out intermittently. I took it to my Subaru dealer because I thought it may have been a connection problem. The dealer said it was the bulb and wanted to charge me a ridiculous rate. I said no thank you. Chandler took me in the same day I called. They explained different scenarios in detail to me, rechecked my connections, and the bulb. They came back to me with the faulty bulb that had a hairline crack, hardly visible. They replaced it for me at no charge. Can’t beat that! I am in the process of buying a new car but I will return for routine maintenance not covered by my new car warranty.

Friendly and professional. The work is always excellent and the waiting room is comfortable and clean.
