Certified Collision of Long Island

My model 3 flooded with 4 ft salt water. Watched YouTube videos and had my mechanic try to open the frunk. No luck. Then called Tesla in syosset to help. Sorry but we don’t handle flood vehicles was the reply. Finally took it to certified collision as a last resort. Amazingly, Billy the tech was able to have it opened in under 30 minutes. Superb skills & service. I also had my Tesla bumper previously repaired here. Bruce was extremely accommodating. So I’m rating it 7 stars ️ due to unparalleled service.
