No refund for her destroying my hair and many others have said she has too why keep people who do that? I have a few people showed me what she did and will be going after this since you can’t refund your loose lots of business

I had a woman color my hair and she somehow burned my hair going darker and it looked nothing like the inspiration pic and the owner offered to fix my hair by the SAME PERSON WHO RUINED IT …

My son went there, the receptionist was nice, but the male hair cutter was a total
A-hole! He talked down to my son, did not do what was requested, the only tip I left him was a walk away without tipping him. Will NEVER do business with them EVER AGAIN!

Maddy did a fabulous job on my daughter for her birthday. We showed her a picture of the cut and she nailed it. She made an 11 year old … we will definitely be back!

Don’t get me started on this place I went there today with my family and we all got are hair done I hade a hair stylist with black short hair up to her shoulders she cut my hair very uneven and short and then after that she cut my sisters the same smh my parents got there hair cut and it was good but I guess that lady didn’t know how to cut hair don’t recommended going to her.

I did not like this place at all.the lady i went cut my hair way to short and very uneven.she had short black hair to her shoulders.don’t recommend going to her everyone else there does a good job but clearly the lady i went to doesn’t know how to cut hair she did the same thing to my sister before me.

Very unhappy with the haircut I received on Saturday! She insisted on curling my hair and now that the curls fell out completely I see why! She completely butchered my hair! I can’t even fix it and now have to cut my hair short very upset considering the fact I’ve been growing it out and was just getting a trim with face frame and layers like I normally do! It’s hard to see in photos but it’s terrible (payed $50 plus a tip because the lady was nice) but obviously she didn’t know what she was doing
Owner replied to this with unhelpful statement I will not be going back there and I will be sure to tell people to not go there!

Told the guy not to touch the top I'm trying to grow it just fade the sides. First thing he does is wack three inches right off the the front

Took my son and daughter to get a cut with Brenna she was amazing she made my son feel comfortable usually he hates hair cut but with her he loved it. We will be coming back to her with ghe rest of the family. She's amazing the best.

Worst experience I have had there. The girl I had today must have been in a bad mood. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and it’s not even close. She was worried about being on her phone for the first like 5 or 10 minutes. Poked me in the eye with a round brush, had the cord to the blow dryer across my face. They cut didn’t even come close to the picture but I left because I just wanted out of there. I will think twice before going back.

Did not do the right style of hair dye I wanted or my daughters. Took almost 4 hours for my daughter's hair that is shoulder length to do done.

It was ok. I didn't think they washed my hair well. I thought they were washing it a second time and it was conditioner. The cut was also ok. Price was a little higher than I expected.

My son absolutely loves Erin, she is always friendly and interactive with her clients. She is the only one he let's cut her hair

As I had described it to the establishment before, I did not have a good experience. I had shown the hair stylist 2 separate pictures as to how I had wanted my haircut. Once she cut my right side (too short), I knew the damage had been done. Having 20 years of experience (what she had informed me), I figured she knew what she was doing. First time at this location and definitely my last one. (No picture enclosed since I am not a happy customer right now)

First timer and definitely the last one as well. Haircut seemed like it had been done by a non-professional even though I was informed that she had been cutting hair for 20 years. I definitely don't recommend anyone to this location. A very unsatisfied and disappointed customer.

October 28th - The staff is responsive to customer issues and takes care of the resolution of negative situations. They genuinely care about customer service. They offered me a free haircut and did what they could to resolve the situation.

October 27th - Told stylist that I wanted hair similar length to what I currently had and showed him a photo of what I was looking for. Preceded to cut 5 inches off the top. Looking at the reviews, I don't think this is an issue with the salon, but with an individual hairdresser. Sadly I don't remember his name.

Prices increase by $1 every time I go there, it was $17 a year ago and that was up from $13-$15 pre pandemic; $22 for a mall haircut for a man that takes literally 10 mins in Middletown, NY? !? Yeah not for me anymore. Staff are nice, haircuts are average to below, I'd rather spend the same or less at my local shop, the convenience of a mall walk in haircut just isn't there at $22 plus tip, owner needs to get a grip.
