Mike Cavallaro, Mike Rotolo and Andrew Dana were all fantastic. Mike and Mike were able to get me the truck I was looking for which was fantastic considering the current state of the automotive industry and its vehicle inventory. I've dealt with other finance managers at Cavallaro Neubauer before, most of which were great. Andrew is in that club of their great finance managers, detailed and thorough, with excellent people skills. Everyone makes you feel like you've known them for years, even if it's for no more than a day's worth of experience with them.

Worth the short trip every time for anyone in the Monroe and Wayne county area that's looking for a new or used vehicle.

David was great to work with. The financing was quick and they worked fast to get the vehicle ready and delivered to me the same day it was finally delivered from the factory.

Nate was very good at keeping me updated in the progress of repairing my car. He was always quick to answer and/or return phone calls. The dealership even made sure we had a loaner car for the duration of the repairs as to not inconvenience us. Always a pleasure to work with Cavallaro-Neubauer.

After an accident left our family down a car we were very stressed as finding something similar and readily available was proving to be very difficult. One call to CNChevy and Tony set us up with several options that were available ASAP. He made the entire process a breeze on such last minute circumstances. Mike was also very knowledgeable and made sure we knew how every feature worked and that we were comfortable before leaving. We will certainly be back, and refer our family and friend as well!

My vehicle was in there for a stabilitrack issue. I was called and told that my vehicle would need a wheel bearing a sensor and that the rear brakes were low. I was quoted anywhere from 1200-1400$ to fix my vehicle I called a local shop and was quoted 750$ for the same work I then had to pay 135$ to get my vehicle back for an hour of labor in diagnostic. I tried buying a vehicle from the location and trading it in twords another and was told they would give me 4000$ for the vehicle that is valued at 12000 on Kelly blue book. I have bought 3 previous vehicles from the location and will not be returning.they have lost a long time customer

I had driven to Texas to visit family for the holidays. When I returned home, I had an E-mail from the NYS DMV to get a vehicle inspection. I decided to get the inspection and an oil change/filter and rotate the tires. I also like the idea of the 27 point vehicle inspection. I feel secure after leaving Cavallaro-Neubauer that I am safe on the road.

As always, I had an immediate and pleasant greeting from the person handling my appointment. My car was serviced and ready within 45 minutes. Meanwhile, I had a pleasant wait in the lounge provided for customers.

As usual was welcomed as soon as I entered the service area. Stayed since it was an oil change and was taken care quickly.

This is always a positive experience. Cavallero Neubauer service/repair department is a well organized and well run facility with great personnel. Very efficient and the prices are right. There is no reason to go to a quick lube business. Let the pros that work on Chevrolet vehicles every day do the service work. And even if you don't drive a GM vehicle, they will take good care of it.

Always a great atmosphere. Always very honest. And never try to force you to get anything even if you need it. No pressure!

I had been having difficulty driving in the early morning with the rainy snow with one headlights burnt out when I saw the lights on at the dealership. So I pulled up to the service entrance and asked the service writer if they had the time to install a new lamp as it was hard to see when driving. She said sure and opened the door and took my van in and asked me to be comfortable in the warm waiting room. Not long afterwards I was given my van and was back on the road with both lights shining and feeling a lot more safe. I still can't believe the fast professional service I received, it was awesome! From the minute I entered the shop until leaving it felt I was given the red carpet treatment big time. Not going to forget this experience! Makes me feel I did the right thing owning a Chevy. Let's roll!

I recently purchased a 2022 trailblazer from Cavallaro Neubauer. I worked with David who was absolutely amazing and bent over backwards to make sure I got in to the right vehicle. What would have been a very stressful situation was a very enjoyable one and I couldn't be happier! Would highly recommend this dealership and I HIGHLY recommend anyone to work with David!

I've been to a lot of service centers. They are always great to deal with. Prices are OK, but the service is great. I will definitely shop them when I purchase my next vehicle.

I have had good experiences with CN Chevy each time. Regarding the most recent one, I had good communication, the total invoice came in under the quote they had provided, and a loaner vehicle was provided for my use that day.

Service Dept was great. Gave me a loaner to drive while they fixed 2020 Impala problem. Could not be happier with service i recieved!
