First time trying here! Cozy space, clean and quiet with 4 lash beds Highly recommend cashmere lashes as they are lighter. Style and length included. Lash tech washed hands, was knowledgeable and quiet. Will go back. Good packages online. And easy to book and get to.

I booked an appointment at cashmere lash bar online to remove & put a new set of eyelash extension. The result was good. The place is located on the 6th floor of a building and it’s just a small room with 2 treatment beds. It wasn’t the kind of salon I was expecting. I was on a 3 day trip in New york and I urgently need to have my eyelash extension done. I have been travelling and haven’t had the chance to get it done. So when I found cashmere lash bar online & after reading the positive reviews I booked it besides it was only 3 minutes walk from my hotel. The woman who did the extension was sniffling constantly while she was doing the extension & she wasn’t wearing a mask. I wanted to tell her to tell her that I am worried that I am going to catch her cold but I didn’t have the courage to do so & just hoped & prayed I will be fine. I am now so annoyed that I allowed her to carry on doing the job without protesting because I am now suffering from a bad cold. It happened the next day. It’s so bad that this woman didn’t take any precaution to spread her cold to me & I hope not to all her clients. This type of business are not being inspected by the health & safely regulatory department in the city that’s why they have no clue what they are required to do. They shouldn’t be allowed to operate like this without due care to it’s clients health & safely. I am attending a wedding in 2 days time & I hope I am well enough by then with the help of medicines I am taking.

Cozy yet clean lash bar in nyc. I found them via Groupon and was happy with the price. I didn’t give a four star because some of my lashes were double lashes and towards my outer eyelid (where it’s usually the longest lashes) seemed empty. Also, Several of my lashes were stuck to my bottom lashes. Yes, I am aware it occasionally happens but that doesn’t take away from the discomfort of not being able to open your eye. However, The technician was nice and so was the owner. They have great packages available for refill for purchase (you must pay up front) so I will definitely be a returning customer.

Just came here for the first time recently and Ivy not only did an amazing job with my lashes, she was super friendly and accommodating since I was running late. I could tell Ivy is passionate about what she does and she’s super knowledgeable about lash health, retention, and the latest trends! I would highly recommend

Nice environment in a quiet and clean studio. I have had lashes done at a lot of places and this is the most natural-looking so far.

It was my first time getting lashes and it was perfect! She was so calm, i started falling asleep! I did the first time client deal.i had to do a $30 deposit and the remainder was $40.she gave me a free spoolie too! I asked for 80 pc cashmere classic with cat eye and the lengths were 11,12,13,14.i recommend!

Her work is stunning! It’s very clean and natural-looking. I received a lot of compliments. I stopped going because my work hours changed, and I don’t feel like trekking to midtown on my days off (I’m from an outer borough). If not, I would still be going to her. Give it a try! You won’t be disappointed.

I came here for the first time and I’m impressed with the results. I use cashmere YY hairs and open eyes style for 9,10,11 lengths hairs. Definitely come back.

Small but tidy lash salon - it’s located right above H-Mart in Ktown. Very quiet. It has only room for 2 beds so it’s intimate.

Nice, small clean looking place. My lashes looked beautiful and lasted for about two weeks. The refill was a little expensive. But the lashes were nice so I will be returning

Scammer on Groupon.

I never leave bad reviews on this website but the service here is displeasing and they collected my money without providing service. Additionally the seller is extremely passive aggressive and disregards her customers time.

I purchased a coupon of the full lash set off Groupon, then I contacted the owner immediately to figure out a time of appointment. The owner told me a time and immediately texted “Nvm” after stating the time with no said options of what other appointment times are available. She was being very passive aggressive through her texts. She changed the time to 2pm on a Friday which I immediately agreed to. One day before my appointment she asked to change the appointment time to 1pm, an hour early, which I agreed to. Because she had already changed the appointment time 3 times, I forgot the new time was 1pm and not 2pm.

I couldn’t make it and apologized kindly asking if we could reschedule (I feel bad for changing the time and missing the appointment but keep in mind she had changed it three times already, not regarding my own time and convenience). She would just read my messages afterwards and not respond. I have contacted her 2x and she is not responding to me.

This is a perfect example of why you should never pay for things upfront as owners like her will attempt to scam you. I don’t understand why she would ignore me after one schedule change after she’s had changed the times three times previous. I will seek a refund through Groupon but the owner is trying to scam me since she already received my money. Very disappointed as her lashes looked great and her reviews were good. Beware of this store as they may try to scam you like me.

It was a great first time getting my lashes done here. They came out how I wanted them to look. GREAT
