The staff were incredibly helpful in working quickly to get me in the car. I had a small issue post-sale and they responded quickly and resolved the situation. I would definitely buy from them again.

100% pleased. Matt was very professional and courteous. Very glad I purchased the extended warranty, and it went thru flawlessly. My only issue is with the vehicle. Not mechanical, rather underlying rust. 2016 Chevy Silverado. It's my fault for not looking closer, but dealership should not have had truck for sale on lot. Outside nice. Underneath fenders, rocker panels are in terrible shape. Again that's on me for not looking closer. But service visit was smooth and good.

Alex was the best. He came out right away when we got there. I think he sensed we were not a couple who wanted a high pitch sales about how great the vehicles were. We are low keyed and so was he. We looked things over and left. We came back a couple weeks later and test drove a couple trucks. Still no pressure. The deal he and the management offered was reasonable, not like many others. I like carriage traders. We have bought a few vehicles from them. Never felt like I was taken advantage of. Can't say that of other car places. Thanks

If you are looking for a car go see Ranita, she is absolutely amazing. I have bought 2 cars in the last few months, I was in one of my cars in a few hours the other one the following day. Great customer service, the owners were great to us as well I would highly recommend this dealership.

Went to get my car inspected and they removed my tint. My tint was the legal limit of 30%. Said they wouldn’t pass my car for NYS Inspection if the tint was on there. I asked if they checked the percentage and they said nothing. Turns out, the corporation they work under doesn’t like any type/percentage of tint. So they removed it before I could even say that I would go somewhere else. Instead of saying nothing they should’ve just said “it’s our policy”. Used to come here all the time WITH that vehicle. First time this has happened and it’ll be the last time. Tried getting me for other things too that weren’t needed to pass NYSI. So I paid for the removal of tint and inspection and I’ll just put new tint back on since it’s legal. Ended costing over 160 dollars. First time being screwed by this place. Never coming back. Last time same place said there was nothing wrong with the vehicle it was in top condition. This time “everything’s been going bad for years and the tint needs to be removed. ”Yeah okay. Just took advantage of the fact that my inspection was way over due and that I needed it done today or face higher consequences. Never again.

I was contacted by a Keith whom told me to come in they work with all types of credit and he was certain my down payment would not be high at all I get here to find that was a lie they wanted 7,000 down when I asked over and over if this a gimmick before I wasted time and money coming from so far away. It was absolutely a gimmick these people definitely lie to get you to come all the way there. I'm highly disappointed after taking a day off work and again coming from so far away.

Absolutely amazing service, my wife and I have happily gotten 2 vehicles from them in the past and haven’t had one complaint… highly recommended!

Only seem to care about getting credit information and then they'll treat you like an actual customer. My wife stopped in with a friend to look at some potential suv's. The rude, larger women that greeted them was so adamant about getting them inside to gather my wife's credit information that she felt very pressured and left. She even went as far to say that "depending on her credit, not every vehicle that she wanted to look at would be a good optional for her" Which is disgusting. I'm in sales and would never say that to a customer. We will be purchasing elsewhere for sure.
