Well so far the undercoating good but they left the truck with black speckles all over the windows and body they said use alcohol but that didn't work when thought car wash didn't work not sure what I should try now after 6 month to a year it when away still way better then Ziebart which use rubber undercoating and better then having to reapply every 6 month with oil base undercoating

Was told it would be $50-$100 to remove the old tint from my rear windshield but when I got there the guy said he had to do some extra work to remove it and just gave me my keys and said he wasn’t touching it. I brought it to a shop down the road and they had the old tint removed and started installing new stuff within 20 minutes of bringing my car inside. On top of that the other shop was $80 cheaper and did just as good of a job

Showed up a bit early to my appointment and they took me right in. Waited while they did the liner and it only took about an hour and 45 mins from start to finish. Very happy with how it came out on my 22’ F250! Will definitely be back for tint. Thanks!

Price was reasonable and tech was extremely helpful. Would recommend if you need tint applied/removed or want to have LineX applied reach out to these guys.

I had my bed rails done on my 2500HD chevy. They look great, the whole team there was professional and courteous. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to gey a line X product done.

The start of doing business was great. The female co-owner I dealt with was a sweetheart. Did everything right by me and got my business. The running boards I brought in appeared to look fantastic until we tried to remount them back on the truck. All the holes where filled with line x overspray. Spoke to tech that did the work and he was very apologetic. Said it thought not getting over spray in there. I understand and he felt they could resolve the issue. But then I had to speak to the other co-owner Ben. Buyers beware. This man has zero customer service skills and is the rudest person to deal with. Pretty much told me it's my problem. Also word of advise, what ever you do don't call the female co-owner his wife by mistake. He becomes even more of an A-hole. Great product horrible customer service.

DON’T put yourself thru the struggle. I write this in fear knowing the owners will attack like they have to others but don’t want others to go thru what I did. My Tesla model y was done wrong after showing them what I wanted and mirrors peeled off days later. They didn’t have time for tint. Had my car too long. Attempt number two I couldn’t show them what they did wrong because son/co owner has too many pictures on his phone so they made me print a photo to show them what they did wrong. Again kept my car too long. Left outside in the elements. Now my wrap is peeling again in a different spot. I called and the owner yelled at me. Told me all about her trouble of a broken machine. Never apologized. I asked for a refund. She yelled at me and told me she needed to sleep on it and call me tomorrow. I wished her a better day and stayed friendly. Next day, no call. I had to call her back. Tried to compromise again and she refused. She said she didn’t care if I left a bad review. I was forced to accept a refund that won’t even cover me fixing the mirrors he couldn’t get right twice. I don’t trust them again for the third time and I can’t be without my car another three days. I wrote this knowing they will come at me. Even if you don’t believe me, go somewhere else where you won’t fear retaliation from the owners

Nice guy to talk to - very knowledgeable. They do all services in-house. We just got the estimate of what we want done to the truck. We'll see how they do next week when they install everything.

I recently had my 2 front windows done here. I'm absolutely unhappy with the work. The owner left a number of scrathes on the outside of my window and says it didn't happen at his shop. Well over 30 scratches and so many bubbles i thought he used bubble wrap instead of tint film. Totally unacceptable and i will be taking him to court asap. Don't not trust this guy.

Just had this bad boy sprayed in. Initial impressions look to be done by an attention to detail professional. I’m very pleased with the workmanship, quality, warranty, and employees of this location. They got it done quick too! Definitely would recommend!

The Team at Line-X of Albany just installed a new Line-X Bedliner in my 2021 F150. The coordination of the appointment and communication was quick, easy and organized. The installation and quality of the lines looks clean and well done. Thank you to the Team there.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Not only was the communication lacking with the owner! BUT HE KEPT THE CAR AND LOCKED IT UP IN HIS GARAGE AFTER HE WAS FINISHED! Never told us the car was ready! When it was finished he never called to tell us and when we arrived to pick the car up the shop was closed (after telling us he was going to be open for extended hours due the amount of work) the next day the shop was closed and it was Mother’s Day, we were unable to get to work or celebrate our Mother’s Day plans! WHO DOES THAT! NOT A SINGLE CALL AND THEY HAVE MY DAMN CAR HELD HOSTAGE!

I have been taking my vehicles here for many years. Always a great job. I had an issue 1x with my tint and they fixed it that same day. Great service.

Always does great work. Had multiple vehicles brought in for tint and decals/stickers. Came out great and would recommend them to anyone looking to get work done!

Went there for my tints did it incorrectly so I brought it back to be fixed.wasn’t even touch when i brought back and then asked for a refund and the owner was being beyond unprofessional. I asked for my money back but he refused to give me cash back when i paid cash? Long story short.extremely unprofessional and does a terrible job with tints wouldn’t recommend.i had to bring my car to a different tint place and they said there’re was so much glue left over my windows.

Overall experience was unsettling and unprofessional. Set up an appt to get all 5 windows tinted on my car. Got my car back and there were bubbles everywhere, and a back window was missing an entire strip of tint when you rolled down the window. Called once to rectify it and I was told to come drop it off again and they’d fix everything.
Picked it back up, they told me all tint on each window was redone which only took them 30 minutes to do oddly enough. Then I was informed by Ben the owner or manager that I could also roll my windows down that same day no problems. Which is strange considering any new tint that is applied you cannot roll your windows down for the standard 48-72 hours.
I was still not satisfied as this new job they supposedly did was the same if not worse then when I got it back the first time. So without hesitation I decided I no longer wanted this place to continue messing with my car so called the manager to request they refund my money due to the fact that after 2 times it was done incorrectly, I didn’t feel comfortable allowing them to fix it AGAIN like the manager explained he had planned to do. He denied knowing anything about my issues with the service I received but told me if I wanted a refund I’d have to bring back my car anyway so he can strip it before I received my refund. Feeling like I had no choice I agreed and he scheduled me out 2 weeks to remove the full tint and give me a full refund in cash as this is how I paid the first time. Walked in. Told me they’d have my car for 3 hours to remove the tint. Again, unheard of, I explained I had another appt in 2 hours and they assured me it’d be impossible for them to remove the tint in that little time. Dropped it off and 35 min later tney called to say it was done. Then the best part was the owner tried to refund me with a PERSONAL CHECK. I paid in cash and he said he wasn’t 100% I did because he didn’t feel like looking through to find my file to verify my initial payment. I told him I’d like to be paid my refund the same way I initially paid them and he said “sorry, I don’t have $300 cash on me” and walked away. Went to the new tint place and tney confirmed they left a really really overwhelming amount of glue on my windows almost as if we’re done on purpose. This place is disgusting. Never go. The worst part is the creepy arrogant owner. Stay far away.

Easy scheduling, decent pricing, lifetime warranty.especially when bubbles appeared in finished install! Gotta go back and the wait will be longer due to removal.would be 5* if no bubblesscheduled a redo but shop just took off the badly installed tint and refunded but left glue residue that will cost to have removed so a new tint can be installed. Bottom line is it cost me time and money to hire this place! DO NOT Use this place for tinting!

Beware of this place for anything other than spraying the bed.they're waaaayyyy overpriced. I also wonder if they know what they're doing with custom sprays.

Had an appointment to get Fog Lights installed only to be told I bought the wrong size, but it wasn't, i ended up installing them myself and they look great! Not sure but I felt like i was being racially profiled. It sucks because I was going to ask for a quote on tinted windows. Please tell your mechanic to read the instructions, it wasn't even a page long.

Overall I am extremely satisfied with the spray in liner I got for my 2019 F-150 Decided on Line-X because of the warranty. Dropped off my truck on a Sunday night. Due to a mechanical issue outside of anyone’s control I had to wait until Tuesday to pick up my truck. During the period everyone was polite and informative about the delay. The bed looks amazing and Line-x of Albany made me whole at the end. I highly recommend getting a Line-X spray in bed, they’re amazing.

I had my truck doors lettered and it was fast turn around and excellent price with great quality. Highly recommend them.

Stay far away from this place. I had a paint protection film put on my jaguar. The result looks like a collage, and the film is coming off after 2 months.

If you were going to engage this company. Don't. Capital Tint on Central Ave had my bike from March until October to be wrapped.
The bike was delivered in March - 100% and ready to go - delivered by the shop who did the work-How it looks today after being on site since March and being promised since July 4th -well, incomplete, broken parts, half wrapped, half original, torn apart and no labeling on wiring that they ripped apart
Not even sure what to do with it now. Anyway, stay away.

Line X is a great product. They did my Ram, 5 and 1/2 foot bed $500 that included tax. They offer a 10% military or veterans discount. They tinted my windows as well. The service on both applications were fast and cam out perfect. My only complaint is that they sprayed over the in bed lighting covers. I was planning on installing in bed lighting. The next day, when I called and they told me that I could just cut it out with an exacto blade. I spent $600 at the business the very least they could have done was cut it out for me. And, realistically that's not a big deal. Highly recommend, and I would go there again.

Almost 10 years ago I bought an Extang Trifecta tonneau cover, which had a lifetime warranty. I called Albany Line-X, thinking they were the same company I bought the cover from originally, to get it replaced because it had broken. Even though I had not bought the cover from them, and they had nothing to gain from helping me, they were extremely polite, courteous, and helpful throughout the whole process in getting me a new cover! When the new cover came it was damaged (in shipipng), and they helped me get that one replaced within a few days! Glad to see there are still great people running great companies out there!

Set up an appointment days in advanced to have my windows tinted. I was quoted 260$ for my windows and a 6 inch strip across the windshield. Showed up at the scheduled time to find out I didn’t have an appointment? Not cool
