I never write a review this time I have too I had the worst experience here starting canceling classes and never get a call to inform me then came in and no one know wish class my son is the class started and everybody don’t know what to do after almost 15 minutes they ask me to join the class I told them I need my 30 minutes class for my son and the executive director said no he was the worst person there he said after a conversation with him we will refund you means we don’t need you here as a mom I work hard for my kids to pay this classes how come you treat me like that just because I asked for the full time class and it was there mistake they didn’t know what class and what teacher is with you have to be example for your coworkers sooo disappointed my son was crying so bad because he miss his class shame on you hopefully there so someone very responsible can read this message and just to say this is not my first time here my son did his classes but it’s my last time coming for sure

Fantastic pool/spa, great workout equipment, workout classes. Tucked away in a beautiful area. I always feel so at peace when I come here. The faculty is beyond accommodating to my needs and expectations for a gym and the staff are friendly and respondent to your needs.

My father is in a wheelchair and I called ahead to see if this Y was accessible and if my father could get in the pool. Paige and all the staff at the pool were extremely helpful, showing us how to use the wheelchair lift to lower my father into the swimming pool. Aquatics director was also helpful in providing info about the chair. Thank you all for going above and beyond to make us feel included today!

Favorite ymca branch by far. Always clean always inviting. Never been harassed as a women in this gym.

Public skate is only 5.00 a person and has heated bleachers for parents. Thanks for the fun Sunday!

We are members and our child goes to before and after school there. She also attends vacation camp during school breaks and summer! Staff is friendly and very helpful

Staff is so friendly and I'm glad they've re-adjusted their hours. The gym gets a little hot sometimes, and it's hard to workout. The gym could be a little bigger as well. Great services, love the ice rink and the pool is always clean.

This is an amazing Y that has everything I need. From the steam room to the amount of weights available in the weight room. Annie has been a lot of help with any bit of information I needed. If you have any questions, she’s the best one to ask.

Great place, loved the facility. Staff is helpful, friendly and pleasant to talk to. Would recommend this place. The Y has excellent covid standards in place. Better then most places you walk into.

Ice rink is really cool, gym has a lot of equipment including a track.locker rooms are okay, and the people working there are super nice

The best gym I have been too. I love all of the things this organization does for the community. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The building and premise is always clean.

Very friendly atmosphere. They still have indoor ice hockey ring. Other amenities. Start up March registration summer campand programs for adolescence. Fun time all families age groups.

This is a superb facility with a very wide range of activities from hockey to swimming to fitness training basketball volleyball free weights sophisticated resistance weights and a very helpful medical staff throughout the time they are open. I’ve been involved in YMCA fitness activities going back to my first skinny-dip swimming lessons in Lincoln Park over 65 years ago. I was a member of the Albany YMCA 1968-73during my medical school and internship training at AMC. The director At the AMC YMCA at that time was for Forbes Brown, Who is an intercollegiate heavyweight wrestling champion Cornell my alma mater. I was also a member of the varsity wrestling team but not at the level of distinction at Forbes Brown. I mention that YMCA because it’s today it was probably the best YMCA in the Capital District. I’m one of the very best in the Northeast United States. District at the very least.

This is the nicest YMCA I have been to thus far. HUGE! Skating rink pools hot tub sauna and workout areas! Also the staff was super friendly and the locker rooms were clean and water was HOT!

I wish this YMCA had a little more to choose from in their variety of group exercise classes, but otherwise I think this Y is Great! Indoor pool, sauna, whirlpool, weight & cardio equipment, indoor track, indoor basketball & tennis court, and hockey & skating rink.am I forgetting anything?

Friendly staff, tons of programs, great exercise equipment including Olympic weightlifting platforms and bumper plates!

I loved it. They have everything you want in one spot basketball, lacrosse, swimming, exercise room kids room for educational purposes and more.

What is there to say, clean staff is polite mature and helpful. Swimming pool is off the charts. Love the classes!

Nice place. Takes time to get machines fixed. When I asked at the desk how long the hot tub was going to be broken, the young lady told me "till it's fixed "

Open, friendly place. Never feel uncomfortable or unwelcomed (im a bigger girl and most gyms have a very elitist feel to them). The facilities are clean and the equipment is great! Ive already lost 35lbs going to this gym because I feel comfortable enough to actually workout good job guys

The best YMCA I’ve been a member of for 40 years, from Georgia to NY. All great: Staff, equipment, facility, parking and programming for members.
