The Service department is where it's at. Everybody there is incredibly helpful, kind, and companionate. Shout out to Chris, Dan, and Ken, because of these guys I always walk away laughing and with a smile.

I was very happy with my first service at buzz chew. Technician did a great job changing my oil and checking over the car. It was so nice to see my sales man Chris lengsfeld while dropping my car off. I highly recommend buzz chew to every one

There were many vehicles ahead of me when I went for the annual inspection and a periodic oil change. I spent the time in the clean, comfortable lounge area reading and doing word games on my table via Buzz Chew internet connection, so the waiting time was relaxing. When I picked up the car, it had been washed (needed it). I always feel confident the service at Buzz Chew is top notch.

Buzz Chew has a great team everyone works together for their clients including their service department. I highly recommend them to everyone I speak with and now my children use them and recommend their friends to them. If you want honesty they are the place to go to for a vehicle

The work was done quickly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Everyone in the service department was courteous and professional. Nobody tried to up-sell additional repairs or service other than what was needed. It was very refreshing.

Bryon, Buzz and Chris went the extra mile to help me get the vehicle that I was looking for.y son and I drove 4 hours to pick up this truck. This is my 5th car or truck that I have purchased for Buzz and Bryon always the best service and help.

I feel the need to write this review.often we are tempted to write a review if the experience is bad. But we often overlook those who perform a service that is beyond your expectations. This was the case with Buzz chew. From my first call and through the entire process my experience w my sales person Sean and the Finance director Andy has been exemplary. These guys really do care. Having tried so many other dealers in this supply chain nightmare, I feel lucky to have found Sean and Andy. I encourage all to use Buzz Chew and these two gentleman. You will not be disappointed!

Oil change. 1: 10 later. I'm still waiting for my vehicle. I did schedule ahead of time.

I certainly did not have any issue with your staff or the services at Buzz. You guys are very professional and respectful.

My issue is the flawed scheduling system that results in over-booking. This specifics may not be tied to Buzz business and customer service model. The system appears to be the standard scheduling system from GMC as I see the user interface are all the same testing (websites) from several Chevrolet/GMC dealership (Eagle - Riverhead, NY, Quality Chevrolet - Old Bridge, NJ and Buzz. I think it is fair to say all dealership knows this flaw.

Knowing this, a courtesy call or email explaining this prior to the scheduled appointment so that the customers are aware in advance. This translate to better time management on our part (I was 30 minutes late from picking up my wife from her chemo therapy 3 buildings away from yours)

Just to be clear. I had an oil change and tire rotation- typically this should have been a 45 minute procedure. My expectations was 60 to 90 minutes- that seems generous I believe. My appointment was at 9am, I arrived and handed my vehicle at 8: 51am. I received my vehicle at 11: 15am. My rating stands.

I had an appointment for Thursday Sept. 23,2021 For a "Check Engine light" plus other issues. Dropped off truck on the 22nd. I called on Fri. Sept. 24th. They had not looked at truck yet. Called Monday morning, still not done. Picked up truck Monday afternoon. They repaired the issues. On Friday Oct. 1st engine light on again. The saga continues. On Monday Oct. 4th I was told it was now a different code that they couldn't fix because they had to drop the gas tank so was told to bring the truck back on Oct. 14th and leave it with them for "several days". Here we go again! I am more irritated that the had my truck for three days beyond the appointed time without working on it at all. This is a 2013 Silverado.

Chris was awesome in helping me pick the tires I wanted. Service department got me in a loaner truck for the day. Brand new Silverado. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you.

Place is not the same anymore!
Schedule service apointment for 10am, droped truck first time in the morning, went to pick up at 5pm nothing got done, come back on Monday.
Can't relay on the place anymore?
No call, no notification, no taking care!
(good thing). The guys from service are very polite and alwasys nice.

John and Chris were pros all the way!
I recommend to everyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle, should go to this dealership. It was worth the trip for us, and we drove up from Massachusetts.
John deserves a nice restaurant gift card from the dealership! (Smile)

If I could give 10 stars, I would! The Dealership support was way above my expectations. My new Silverado developed a engine issue. Chris and the Service team diagnosed, kept me updated, repaired and returned my vehicle, making the issue little more than a minor inconvenience. Coupled with the original interaction during purchase, just add me to the list of Buzz Chew satisfied customers.

This place treated me like chopped liver. I’m not that well to do however I can afford to buy 3 of the car I was looking at. That’s not saying much I know. Process here was mediocre but quickly turned to worse when used car manager Steve got involved. His attitude and demeanor is unacceptable seamed bothered by my trade in. Overall rude and grumpy presence made me feel unwelcome my sales person didn’t say anything but I can see the look on their face that what took place was not ok. It’s 2021 and it’s been a long time coming just trying to buy a car don’t need to be treated poorly or rudely. Better service at McDonald’s. Steve I wish you the best I refrained from writing a bad review but now I did purchase the CT6 I wanted and glad I took my business elsewhere.

Absolutely amazing customer service from the Service Department. Broke down with an L5P Duramax and did not expect much. Timely and accurate diagnosis, had us patched up same day with our injector issue.

Such a pleasure dealing with Buzz Chew Chevrolet after many ‘less than average’ experiences with Chevrolet dealerships.

Even though I did not buy my Trailblazer from Buzz Chew the staff, including Chris in sales, Tony the tech and Chris in service treated me like family. My next Chevy WILL be purchased through Buzz Chew without a doubt

One of the reasons I purchased my new Corvette is because I knew of the great service department at Buzz Chew. While my first visit was only for an inspection, they had me in and out of there in an hour on a busy Memorial Day Weekend. You don't find many places that respect your time.

As always taking my vehicle in for service was a pleasant experience. I was taken in at my designated appointment time and the work was completed in a reasonable time frame. The vehicle was returned to me cleaned. I will continue to use Buzz Chew to service my vehicle.

Buzz Chew goes above and beyond for their customers. I could not be more happy with my vehicle and all the professional of the dealership. From the moment I walked in the door they all were nothing but polite and made sure my needs were met. We have 2 vehicles from them already and those will definitely not be our last! We always feel like the "best" customer when we work with sales, office supports, and service! Mike always picks up my car and returns it cleaner then it was. Always get a customer courtesy call to let me know whats expected. We love all the people that make up Buzz Chew! We are always going to be customers!

Vehicle was there for annual Inspection. Appointment was easy to make, the vehicle was taken into the shop promptly and I was on my way home in a couple of hours.

Buzz Chew provides me with early morning pick-up from John G, a salesman, living close by, and delivers my vehicle home in the evening for both my Caddy and Silverado. This visit was an oil change for the Silverado. This is a wonderful service for me as I live @ 20 miles away from the dealership.and would take most of the morning for an oil change. Buzz Chew has been my dealership of choice over the years.they have not disappointed me.sales or service.
