Bushwick Car Service in bushwick brooklyn

For 21 years I have lived in Bushwick and I have always supported local businesses, but Bushwick Car service’s dispatchers and drivers are not always on the same page when it comes to pricing. My suggestion to mgmt is not quote passengers one price on the phone then let drivers DEMAND another from passenger while they’re in the car.

Dispatcher always takes wrong adress, now I have to wait longer. It's always the female Dispatcher please do better

WORST CAR SERVICE EVER! Never ever use them. They don’t take reservations right. Then I re do reservation. Driver confirms 30 min before, then he is not there. Call again he says he is 10 min out. Call 10 min later- says now 1 hour away. Obviously he went to the wrong place. Call company they say sending another driver in black car. Asked drivers name since someone was calling me and wanted to verify they were the right driver. Person who answered the call was so rude! A car shows up with our information but is is gray, dirty and worn down inside and making noises. It made me very uncomfortable and was a horrible representation of the company. Driver demanded cash and had no way to take credit card. Company confirmed we had a credit card payment method on our reservation. We still had to pay cash. Luckily we had it. It all seemed very shady! Called company back to figure out what had happened. Person who answered the phone was again rude and put me on hold mid sentence. Called back get same guy. Ask if the drivers name I had was one of their drivers - responds I don’t know all the drivers, is again rude and hangs up on me. Very unreliable in a time when we really needed someone reliable! I am sure this is not what you want the car to look like that picks you up.

I have been a customer for years but tonight they never showed up then started blocking my calls when I inquired about where I was. Now I am late for my engagement, thanks so much.

They say they send the car but nothing doing, I can wait a half-hour and the car is not coming, when I Call them again they say okay we are sending right now then I can wait another 20 minutes.
I had this experience several times with them!

I use this car service every time i have to go to the airport and have had timely and good service every time.great prices for going to the airport too and i have always had friendly drivers.

When you call they are at your door no later then 7mins, And 7mins is asking for to much, because i called put my coat on and came out side it was like if they was waiting for me because they where there already, And the guy was so polite.

They said they would be here in six minutes and after thirty minutes and four calls to the office they never sent a car. After that they left me continuously on hold. Do not call this car service

Bushwick car service has to be the worst car service! I honestly really try to support local spots but I will continue to use Lyft & Uber or fenix car service! They are amazing.

I called for a cab and the lady on the phone said 8mins, which I agree on
After waiting for 12 mins I called back and ask if my cab was sent to my address she replies 6 mins and hang-ups with no explanation. I understand traffic and red lights but seriously she was about to make me wait for a total of 20mins for a cab.

Scam artist driver took advantage of the fact that I was on the phone with a friend and presumably distracted and deliberately sped off in the wrong direction, I told him he was going the wrong way twice and only when I stopped talking on the phone and ordered him to turn around did he reverse course and drop me off in front of my apartment and try to charge me $20 for what ought to have been a $7 or $8 cab ride. I laughed and told him he was very funny

They arrived to pick me up in a timely manner and got me to my destination in no time at all. I will definitely be using this car service again, I called another service prior to this and they didn't answer smh. Btw the rate for the distance was really good, all in all a great car service.

Tried to get a car and waited for 30 minutes. They just never showed up or called back. Terrible service. Do not book ever.
