Burlington

Yes there are things. But the place itself is gloomy. Everywhere is a mess. There is no fitting room, the service is disgusting. Dirty. You ask anything and they don’t answer. The manager is the same as the store. Seriously disgusting place!

Good prices but the line is so long that it is never worth it. Every time they are short of cashiers (only 3 cashiers open out of 23 at 2pm). It's unacceptable.

Went into Burlington today and was hired on the spot! Thanks so much to the cashier who decided to question about the shift I applied for and who also looks like keke palmer (don't know her name. Sorry!) And the manager Anna who hired me on the spot! Such nice individuals. So grateful for them!

Queues that range from 40 minutes to TWO HOURS to pay.
There are lines of more than 200 people and they only have 3 or 4 boxes open, an incredible lack of respect for the customer. And the employee who has to work under these pressure conditions, too.

Alot of good things for an excellent price. Big men's sizes. A bit messy, and alot of the numbers and sizes on the hangers don't match the clothes. If you have the time and patience to look through everything, you'll find a lot of good things. Pray the line isn't too long.

It has always been my favorite store, it has good prices and good quality; The bad thing is that the last time I visited there was a very long line and I couldn't wait because the public bathrooms were closed.

I have gone twice without being able to buy because the line is super long and they do nothing to speed up the process. A total lack of respect for buyers.

I still love Burlington, and lines are still ridiculous, but.they used to have better selections.and more cashiers.

They have really spectacular deals and they have lots of variety to choose from. The staff took care of me. I had to wait on line nearly 10 minutes because it had lots of people. Everything else it's great customer service less then 5 minutes at the checkout. I'll definitely shop their again in the future.

Aisle are too close together. Wheelchairs cannot get through the aisles. Customer service is poor. Workers have attitudes and make sure you know that your a bother to them.

Good selection of clothes and other items. Staff pleasant and helpful. However, the fitting room was closed, why? !

Love this store, great quality clothes went there couple of times but left cause the ligne was to long.

I love that particular Burlington, yet I only rated it an 3, because there rest rooms have been out of service for about 6 months. Due to the reason mentioned, I therefore don't shop there as often anymore. It wasn't as many customers on that particular day. I believe they will definitely lose many customers because of that reason.

It doesn't work.
Casher do not serve fast.
That is why it is better to buy online.

I spent 1 hour in line and still need probably 1 hour to get to registers. It's insane. Why would somebody come here knowing they spend 2 hours in line? Poor management

Merchandise? Great.
But I consistently wait up to an hour in line to check out a SINGLE item here.

Nice. Had a great selection of dresses and the line at the cash register moved very fast. The cashier was extremely friendly and professional.
The children section was kind of small though and their shoe section

I check out every Burlington I know! You never know what you will know what you will find. I always look for sales! I even find great name brands. I find $3 bra! And a cute dress that looks like it was made in Rome. Calvin Klein khaki jumpsuit $ 24. Great sales! 30 day return.

2 hours making a line just to paid 2 things this is ridiculous and every time is the same thing i will never come to this store

I love this store but the staff is a joke. 2 register open at 3: 35 when the line is huge, a see a lot of staff working around doing nothing

If you are going to shop for clothes, kitchen or bathroom accessories no problem. If you think that you will be able to ring up your items in a reasonable amount of time don't count on it. You will wait on a very long line for a very, very long time. Average wait time 16 to 23 minutes and there is no ten items or less line.
