Got rid of their public restrooms due to "theft"

When people like me, who have a condition, need to go, trust us, we need to go. Next time, I'll just go on your floor, and wipe with your merchandise =)

In the past year I don’t think I’ve mad a single good review of this place I honestly till now haven’t even shopped here in about 4 months an for good reason this place has the slowest lines in all of North America there isn’t even that many people on like maybe 20 or so there is three registers open and iv been stranded here for 20 min I’ll do times 4: 47 I’ll do another review ones in checked out

I love to go shopping at this store, very organized, clean. But about the cashier specially (Sacha), she is very rude, racist, this lady doesn’t know how to talk to customer if she doesn’t feel it is the right job for she shouldn’t be working in that position.

If you have time and desire, you can find real bargains in these stores, but you will have to be patient, because despite the fact that they are usually organized by sizes, there are a lot of clothes together and it is quite uncomfortable to search.
There are several spread throughout Manhattan.
My favorite is the one on sixth avenue

Love it love it love it… love to shop here. You just have to spend a little bit of time searching for that one special thing that you’re looking for, because you’re going to find it. A lot of products, amazing prices… Staff has always a lot to do, they deal with a LOT of people and stressful situations so it’s really amazing how they can keep the store together every single day

They have no fitting rooms. If you want to see if something fits, you have to buy it, then return it if it doesn't fit. I think they've forgotten the entire point of shopping in person vs online is that you get to actually try clothes on without the buy/return hassle. Also, they claim to sell petite sizes. Supposedly they're "mixed in" with the regular sizes. I was there for a while and didn't see a single petite size anything. The reality is they've made it so hard to find petite sizes that you will never, ever find them. So basically, if you're a non-average size that is hard to fit, go elsewhere! This was my last trip to a Burlington store. I'll never shop here again.

Went in looking for a shower caddy and a very kind worker, who’s name I was sure to get, helped me find everything I need. I hadn’t considered all the options. Caddy’s can hang, they can stand, they can be triangular and fit in corners. They even had all these different metallic finishes. My favourite one was wicker and Elizabeth (that was her name), helped me find a model that was actually on sale! Rock on Elizabeth! Rock on Burlington’s!

Horrible service in this store if I could give it a -1000/5 I absolutely would. The store is a complete mess, lines are long expect to spend your whole life in there. Cashiers are burn out I don’t blame them. Blame the MOD’s and CSS horrible encounter with them Especially at this store beware of Supervisor Luz. She is very rude, condescending individual, has a bad attitude and is super snobby not only to the cashier but to us customers as well. Luz was extremely rude and has no respect for anyone but herself. She will pressure you to sign up for loyalties, pressure you to get a credit card, pressure you to LIE ON A SURVEY in order to make the store look good. As a store leader if something is wrong with your store customers should have a right to say so in the survey, how do you expect things to change when you force customers to lie and say they are happy with the service when it’s an absolute lie. There is also this MOD has no manners and give’s attitudes to customers when they complain about long lines and closed bathrooms. No fitting rooms, no bathrooms, long lines and rude supervisors and managers if you have a complaint they could careless all they want from you is your money, sign up for their stupid loyalty membership and credit cards and the store leaders want you to lie on a survey saying that the service was outstanding and that you are “Highly satisfied” with their service. Complete lies if you take a survey be honest and don’t let these mangers and supervisors tell you to lie on the surveys if you do lie things will never change because corporate will think the store is doing wonderful and wont pay these liars and money hungry mongrels a visit to see the circus show they are running. Hire respectful store leaders. The Store is a mess, useless store leaders fire them all. Go to another Burlington that values you as a customer teach these uncivilized ill-bred idiots a lesson

The stock of goods is well stocked, the store is really well stocked, but the biggest negative is that you have to wait a very, very long time at the cash registers and the other big negative is that there is no toilet where you can go if you want to spend half a day shopping, you have to go out to leave the store and have to go to another place to go to the toilet, this is a very, very big disadvantage, so many people leave their full shopping carts there and instead go to another place to shop. I think it's a bit nonsense that you can't go to the toilet one by one in such a large department store, where mothers also go with small children, because there isn't a public washroom or a toilet.

Cheap clothes from all brands, the store moto is wysiwyg. You can't measure the clothes before purchase so you will have to improve on the spot. As a fat people I was able to find lots of clothes. It is an elevated market store, would definitely comeback here.

I can buy a lot with little. Good products, some brand names at a good price and there are many offers. They also sell beautiful party dresses at affordable prices, sometimes you don't believe how cheap they are. I also buy brand name creams (for the face) and well-known brand perfumes at a good price. I like everything, the only problem is that I have to go with a certain limit of money because I spend what I take, I return home with 0 dollars in my bag but with a lot of purchases.

OMG CALLING THE ATTENTION OF HEAD OF BURLINGTON TODAY AUGUST 5 2023 at 9: 05 PM MY EXPERIENCE ITS NOT GOOD BY THE LADY MANAGER ASSIGN TONIGHT ASSUMING SHE KNOWS BUT AT THE END TRYING HARD AND IDIOT KIND OF MANAGER U HIRED THERE AND MOST OF ALL JUSLDGEMENTAL KIND OF PERSON. I was come back because I forgot the big watch I purchased that i left on the cart that I pay already this moron judgemental manager doubting and she don’t want to return and many alibi that tag and receipt is not match well it’s not my faul if it’s not match we’ll YOUR THE MANAGER SUPPOSED TO BE YOUR THE WHO MANAGE THAT MISTAKE OF TAG AND RECEIPT TO YOUR PEOPLE NOT YOU BLAME TO COSTUMER THAT OUR ROLE IS TO BUY AND TO PAY ONLY THE ITEMS SELL INSIDE THE STORE. YOU ARE TRYING HARD KIND OF MANAGER THAT THINK U KNOW BUT AT THE END U MESS UP BECAUSE U DONT KNOW HOW TO DO IT.

THE MOST WORST I RETURN MY STUFF THEY GIVE ME A REFUND BUT THEY DONT WANT TO GIVE MY RECEIPT OF RETURN AND ORIGINAL RECEIPT I PURCHASED. WHICH IS ILLEGAL THAT I PAY MY OWN MONEY BUT SHE DONT WANT TO GIVE MY ORIGINAL RECEIP WHICH IS MY RIGHTS TO GET MY OWN RECEIPT. AND MOST OF ALL I PAY MY BUNOS $5 that I get from pick up lay away she teared already my $5 bunos. She’s judgemental asking where I get this bunos omg well I show to her my receipt for pick up lay away. WHAT KIND OF MANAGER U HIRED? What qualifications or experience she has why she have that position! She appointed only? As in as I observed she showing only she known but she look like empty glass or stupid kind of manager. The store will getting lost if she continue managing dat store

The worse service waiting lines to pay are the longest they should get more employees cause the ones they have are being overworked. I lost 30 mins in line and I had to go because I was gonna be late for work if I stayed any longer

A PSA for everyone - the restroom in this store has been closed (seems like for good). So, they want you to shop 3 floors but not to be able to take a restroom break, if necessary. No fitting rooms either! I think I am done with the discount shopping, since they have taken away every convenience. The low prices are not worth it anymore!

I love burlington good prices n I found a plant that I was looking for at a reasonable price

Large store with tons and tons of clothing. Each floor is dedicated to different types of apparel and house hold items. The clothing section for women is pretty dense and can be tiring to go through but there are a few gems in there.
The floor with the shoe has a nice view of Union Square!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They are super slow and they don’t have enough cashiers or people on the floor helping.
