Good store, you find a wide variety of items, toys, clothing for both children and adults, creams, soaps, perfumes, shoes, slippers, socks, handbags, personal hygiene items, cleaning supplies, among other products, the staff He is friendly, the only bad thing is that the users of this store are very lazy, they are not delicate with things

I hesitate to take the time to write this review since I would be repeating a lot of the complaints already posted, but my visit (11/27/23) was especially frustrating because while waiting in line for over 45 minutes with 30+ customers, I watched the cashiers take people who weren't in line but cut in from the side. The manager, Chris, explained they were employees! Is this your company policy? !? Secondly, the coat I was purchasing didn't have a price on it and none of the floor associates could help me. They said I had to take it to the check-out. Not good policy. I will avoid this store in the future.

Long lines, no cashiers, don’t bother coming, you will end up waiting somewhere 30min-1hr. They have the fitting rooms closed for the reason that “It’s COVID “. Free up your whole day to come and shop here.

Good store to look for clothes, hats, accessories. I do wish that they would make a serperate section for the Nintendo attachments and controllers but their really expensive. As for trying to apply for a job here it's very difficult because their not hiring online.

Just disorganized and nasty everything is all over the floor and the experience workers so they say are doing nothing but walking around looking lost, one of the most disorganized Burlingtons ive seen i would never shop here, and everything bag exc is dirty or broken just poorly organized what a shame

Hello Burlington shoppers and employees. Sooooo let’s start off with the second floor. The wall with all the frames is NOT a safe zone. Pictures frames are always a mess and all over the wall way. It’s important to have one person assigned to that area daily. Do a walk through every two hours to check that area out for safety matters. The other big issue is the checkout line. It’s ridiculous amount of people cashing out. My last visit took 48 minutes in line and y’all had 4 people up front. When it’s rush hours have ur entire team run to the front to cash out 3 to 5 people each and that line will die down fast. One u hit 20 people in line start calling ur team down. We also haven’t seen the registers open on the second floor in months

I can't find the things I get from burlington at this price anywhere else. Highly recommended

Lot of things out of stocks. Some section have a mess and not organized.
They have good inventory for men clothes.
Always crowded so expect big lines, like really big.
Last time i grabbed what i needed in 5 minutes but then had to wait more than an hr in line to pay and get out.

I like what they have is a nice place but the lines at the cashier is always too long, I seen costumers get desperately and leave without buying.

Love to shop here for my grandson But the lines are so long and the cashiers don't care at all.
