Burlington

Anyone who's ever been to Burlington anywhere across the country knows 95% of their stores are a disorganized mess & that you have to arrive at the store the second it opens if you don't want to be standing in line for the next 5 years. Good selection of merchandise but brace yourself for the inevitable mess & line to purchase.

Instead of marshalls or Tj maxx visit burlington in green acres. Lot of male stuff, very good price and variety. Most importantly it's near to Aldi. No issues with parking.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Over one hundred people waiting in line and only 4 working out of the 13 registers. Horrible!

Horrible. Always a line to the back of the store like it’s Black Friday. I usually end up walking in and then see the line and leave. Today I had 2 items I needed. Just 2 small items and I was on the line for 1 hour and 20 mins! They must lose hundreds of customers a day because of this line. Ridiculous. If I didn’t need the 2 items I would have walked out!

The clothes and everything have very cool cheap prices, everything is on sale, the site is incredible to buy at super low prices

I came at 9 pm I you haven’t let me get inside the close door is close the the website says that close at 9: 30

Its okay, the one in five towns has more options. Everything is sold out due to it being next to the mall

Ok it’s a big store with lots of selection. Problem is they’re grossly understaffed. A Sunday afternoon we made our selections, and got on the ridiculous line of well over 100 people. Over an hour later, here I am writing this review. When I got online, there were 7 or 8 of the 13 registers open. Now that I’m closer there’s only 4 open, and the line behind me is just as long. People are complaining but the managers hands are tied and is clearly overwhelmed. Experiences like this loses customers. Get it together please.

They suddenly stopped arranging clothes and shoes by size. You have to search every single row and item now.

Very nice Decorations for home and at affordable prices! Lots of kid’s clothes as well at great prices.

Junk store …. Always big lines. No cashier at register. Unorganized stuff. Bad management overall. Don’t want to go there again.

I like shopping but the store is a total caos, I know the store tries it best to keep neat/tidy and was my first visit didn't get a good impression.

Very junky, painfully so but this is the only one I ever saw that is this dis organized, plus the employees literally stand around talking while I guess they should be stocking the shelves. The cashiers are very pleasant though.

This store was a bonafide mess, totally disorganized, nothing where they should be, we were there to exchange a few kids items, which ended taking almost an hour by the time I was done, however I had a cashier who was an absolute pleasure. Courteous, pleasant, charming are some of the words to describe her, she was also speedy and efficient. Her name is Iasia, best part of our visit. On my visit today to pick up a few things for my son and one of my young nephews, it was quite busy and well stocked. The selection of products was generous, all sizes readily available. We found what we were looking for easily, within a few minutes, but check-out line was rather long, even though every register was opened and the cashier's were moving swiftly. So I was in line for about 25-30 minutes but picked my items in 10 minutes. However the great prices made it worthwhile.

This store is so hectic and the associates did not make it any better. I came in with a total of 35 items and left with 31. Whichever associate by the name shateese came over to my cashier yelling aggresively grabbing their hangers and items with an attitude and bumped into them making them drop and break 4 of my items. I understand its a busy environment but the workers MUST keep their emotions under control.

If I could give this place no stars I would. This store is the worst Burlington I’ve ever been to. They have employees with the worst attitude. The managers treat their staff like garbage. They don’t respect the customers and most of their items don’t even have price tags on it so you have to wait at the register for what seems like forever to get somebody to check the price for you. DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE OR WASTE UR TIME STANDING IN A BARELY MOVING LINE!

Well. I arrived at about 9pm, and line wasn't that long. After 24min I proceeded to checkout, and the line was longer than when I first came in. They should consider a 5 items or less line.

People is unkindness, I bough 15 mugs for coffee and they have no paper to wrapped them and when ask for wrapping they were very rude

Barligton is good store I start shopping at 2013 or 2014 I bilve good quality nice and clean restroom clean store reasonable price nice T-shirts shose pants lots of style for everyone I would happy to give five stars

Great prices wide selection. Social distancing was enforced. Disinfectant was available when walking into store at entrance. Free parking available and many different shops near by.

Since the store has opened the merchandise selection has decreased, they also have not much of a selection in the home section on the left side or location. Prices are always good wait time and selection not the best.

This place is absolutely amazing but because of the Covid they barely have anything, I hope they never lock down.

I rate Brandon cashier 5 stars. Thanks Brandon for the great customer service experience and for being different. Its not all the time you see great customer service in queens shopping centers. A lot of employees are just mad due to they own personal reason or maybe because they hate they job and you made your job into a good experience regardless if it's not the best place.a lot of managers do not reward great employees. So I thank u for being very polite, respectful and giving more infomation on deals at the store. Great work ethic. Since a manager wont go above and beyond I will on this review. Go brandon!:)

I have been to other Burlington stores but this one is not that stocked as others. They rotate the same stuff all year around. You do not have many options to choose from since there is less stuff here than the other stores where the stock keeps moving due to higher sales. The stuff I like and choose to purchase has some issue most of the time. Give an extra minute to look properly at anything you buy before you do so.

I went to this Burlington with my dad who is 80yrs old and he walks with a cane and can hardly walk and disabled. They dont have no handicap carts or wheelchairs and they dont give discounts to seniors or vererans. The first thing is against the Americans Disability Act which is a Federal Law. You also dont honor seniors and Veterans people who faught for our country for our freedom. Thats discrimination.

This location is not too crowded especially on a week day. Clean & orderly.just wished they had more selections like the one in 5 towns.

Have good price but Long wait to pay. Employees are socializing on the floor, why they don’t open the register. Poor management. I am planning not to shop at this location anymore

The service was horrible the girl and another older woman at the fitting room had a terrible attitude. The store was nice but the staff was absolutely horrible. Never again!

There are great priced items here.however there return policy is the worst. I bought an item for 100.00 but didnt have the reciept so they want to give me 20 dollars back since thats the price now. Its the worst ever! The cashier never askes me for my # to return will definitely not be buying expensive srufd here again! Very bad experience!
