Burger & Lobster - Flatiron NYC

IDA best waitress ever. Lobster was pretty cheap considering how expensive lobster typically is. The food was beyond amazing and tasted so delicious. I loved both the roll and po boy sandwhich. I loved this place

Great food, drinks and great service. I have to say the atmosphere is delightful. One thing however is, the severs constantly keep checking on you, which I get but when you’re literally mouthful in food and get approached it’s a bit awkward! Nevertheless I would go again

Definitely enjoyed my dinner at B + L! Had a burger and a lobster combo and it was so tasty! The meat was high quality beef and the pickle, surprisingly, had some sweetness to it…. A good burger, but not great. I, personally, would’ve had a brioche bun instead of the sesame bun. I was craving some seafood so the lobster hit the spot. The real star of the show was the garlic butter…. I dipped everything in it. I gave this place 5 stars because the combo comes with fries and a side salad. A lot of tasty food for your buck!

ALERT ALERT THREE MICE WITHIN THE SPAN OF TEN MINUTES. Service was good, food was subpar, but what was shocking was that we saw three mice; one even went up a guy’s jacket! We told our server who said he would tell his manager. However, the manager didn’t even do so much as come and apologize or anything! I am appalled that a New York City restaurant with rodents is still running. This restaurant must be closed down or something because our experience there was unexpected. I don’t see any reason in going to this place when there are so many other affordable places to eat that have good food and don’t have mice crawling up your jacket.

Been here several times over a decade. Quality and service have gradually declined yearly. A steamed lobster should not be dry.

Servers were great and really attentive and kind. The burrata cheese appetizer was phenomenal. Disappointed at the beyond burger. It was just plain with some type of mayo sauce. Plain bun. I think they could have added more to it. Maybe pickled red onions. I saw they had some type of everything bagel seed bun. That would be incredible. Maybe next time I’ll customize it somehow. Everyone else I was with had amazing food and really enjoyed themselves.

Recommend all to try. Burgers are out of this world and the lobster is so fresh that it melts in your mouth.

I used to go often in London to Burger and Lobster and when I saw it's in New York as well I rushed to eat here: it's always the best lobster roll!

Really enjoyed the food and environment. Went on a Monday night and it was not super crowded. The food was pretty good. Which says a lot since I ate the lobster roll and don't like seafood. I recommend putting bacon on it. I like a good mixed drink and so I had the special Booze It. If you like bourbon, this is a must. Food was fast, service was great and the place was very clean. Give it a shot for sure.

Good joint in the flatiron for a casual dinner. Burger is pretty good but the lobster is done great, and the price for a burger and lobster combo is killer considering your in Manhattan. Really impressed with the drinks on the classic cocktail list as well.

The food was fantastic! The service was great. Really loved the whole lobster, the oysters and the lobster bisque was amazing. Strongly recommended for a nice but informal ambiance with excellent food

A decent average place, large place with a nice bar. Its a chain with multiple places, so not really unique, but you really have to try an original lobster role.

Been here a couple of times. Good burger and very chill atomosphere. We come here usually after an even at the metropolitan pavilion which isn't too far away so it works out well.

I went to this place; once every month I love the lobsters they are really good!
I always ordered calamari and The last time that I went; I find a piece of plastic in my calamari, y server told me “oh it’s normal, our calamari some times came with plastic”
Are you kidding me?
Plastic? Is real?
After that of course he took wrong my order and he try to pretend it was my fault!
Please give to your people a best training for the costumers!

Nice spin off the original Burger Loster Co Londo n Leicester Square. Atmosphere, ambience, alcohol a fantastic trio. The food as expected was phenomenal. Highly recommended. Requires proof of vaccine. I of course opted for takeout

This restaurant is located in the Flatiron District near the famous triangular building. It was the first time here and everything was perfect. Extraordinary burger and amazing Original Lobster Roll! Spacious, clean and the staff very attentive, also the price is reasonable. I recommend it

The food at Burger & Lobster? Was so good. I had to bring Sweet potatoes home. Don't take my words for it try it for yourself. "Lovely"

Food was ok, expensive though. Desert contained some jelly thing. Waiter was aware of. The desert wasn’t consumed due to that fact though it was charged! Not recommended restaurant.

The food was average for the price, nothing to rave about. The environment was great for a place in the city. Not too crowded, they require vaccinations but I wouldn't choose it over a more casual burger place like New York Burger Co.

Our waiter Alvin was hilarious and patient. It was a pleasure meeting him. The lobster roll was so good along with the fries and salad. I'm looking forward to eating at Burger and Lobster again. My Margarita was yummy; I'll definitely be ordering that drink AGAIN.

Excellent greeter, garmangier & server staff and a friendly chatty manager/host named Kenny. Oh, and the food is delish.

Delicious lobster and lobster rolls at a very good price including equally good fries and salad, too. Large, airy dining room and strict vaccine protocols, which should make dining inside feel safe for those who are nervous about it, and an attractive outside dining area, too. But the best part was the friendly attentive staff, especially our server MJ - she was delightful! Will gladly go back.
