Shirley made my experience a 10 out of 10. Me and my partner Bryson were traveling for Christmas in New York and she took such great care of us and I got to take home a beautiful new puffer coat. Thank you Shirley for making it feel like Christmas and making us feel very loved and welcomed.

I had to buy a cashmere scarf due to unexpected cold weather in NY. The staff was really nice and I could get what I needed right away. Would love to visit again in my next trip:)

Fabulous merchandise. Pleasant service. But then disappointment. My husband bought me a trench. I returned it a few days later and picked out a different coat and they wouldn’t refund the difference in price! They only offered me a store credit. They were kind about helping me choose a scarf or hat to make up the difference but it just left a bad taste. Really?

I bought an amazing Burberry scarffrom here a few months ago. Austen and a female colleague of his were extremely helpful in helping me decide which one to get - a regular nova check scarf or a limited edition one meant for lunar new year. I chose the latter. Thanks again!

Not only is this an immaculately beautiful shop/showroom and the largest Burberry in America (the largest in the world is of course in London), but the staff/associates/style professionals etc are all highly knowledgeable and incredibly helpful without being pushy or overbearing. I knew the piece I wanted (Mens Ainsworth Giant Check Calfskin Briefcase) and didn't want to waste time. I was immediately greeted by a wonderful sales associate named Kathryn who couldn't have been more of a lovely delight and incredibly helpful. She located the piece immediately while also bringing some limited brand new pieces to my attention. Once the bag was beautifully wrapped, I paid without a problem, shook the associates hand, and said goodbye. This was hands down one of, if not the best shopping experience I've ever had due to how fast, streamlined, and professional the experience was. I will be going to this specific location for all of my future Burberry purchases and will deal with Kathryn directly every single time. Overall it was absolutely incredible and I'd recommend anyone looking for a specific in season Burberry item to go directly to this location. I cannot say enough great things about it/them. I will be back again and again. 5 stars across the board. Thank you again, Kathryn, for being such a delight.

I got my montage print cashmere scarf last year. It's been with me since last winter. It’s soft, cozy and stylish. Just love the print, it's unique and eye-catching. Also, the colors are vibrant and versatile. It goes well with my different outfits, particularly with my parka. Highly recommend this scarf to anyone who appreciates quality and elegance.

Not welcoming at all! No one attended us till we reached 6 th floor. Couple in front of us and behind us where greeted. Asked if they wanted a water and all! I wonder if it’s because me and my wife are Hispanic.

Never Ever buy stuff from this branch!
You are going to suffer terrible retuning experience for sure. If you like their stuff, buying online is definitely much smarter idea without suffering miserable returning experience.
Several of my friend warned me this before, I did not believe until this happens to me.
The sales is so nasty, they are pretend to be very nice to you to convince you by stuff, but their face will become so ugly and give you different excuses when you request for returning.
I bought a coat value $3500 on 10/30 from Sales Shirley, and brought to return on 11/13. I spent almost 2 hours for the returning process, the sales Toan finally agreed yo refund me the next day. But until now, a week passed, still not refund, and. It picking up phone call as well, and they have taken the coat back. They told they will not refund back to me, not even issue store credit. This is so disgusting service!
It is so unbelievable this is happens in a such a reputable company as I thought!

I am going to file complaint to their corporate for sure!

Salesperson was great! Very helpful, attentive, and informative.my problem is the product. Bought this scarf for the wife yesterday (11/15/21), and one of the tags already came undone within 24hrs.now idk if it's supposed to do that on a pricy scarf but if it's not, then that's unacceptable from a "high-end" brand like Burberry

Horrible customer service. Went in looking to buy a new wallet and had a sales woman follow us around and convey a belittling attitude the whole time in the store. Ended up not purchasing a new wallet due to this horrendous sales woman. I have never had this issue with previous Burberry stores that I have purchased from. I will never be going back.

I’m fairly accustomed to the poor attitudes and snide dispositions of shop workers in this area, but I rarely walk out of a shop when I’ve got a goal in mind and the shop has the product in stock. This was the exception. I walked into this location out of the cold wearing jeans, boots, and a simple overcoat intending to buy a scarf I’d had my eye on for a while. Staff that directed me upstairs were kind enough, but the young man whom I’d asked to show me the scarves was condescending, short, and practically rolled his eyes when I asked for a price on the item I planned to buy. They clearly didn’t want my money and made the early assumption (apparently based on my appearance, I can’t imagine what else) that I would not be able to afford what I had walked in there to buy. So I smiled, thanked the well-dressed condescending young man who “assisted” me, and left to spend that $500+ at a competitor. It’s been awhile since that time, and I can only hope that the prejudices and attitudes at this location have been tempered since my last visit.

Excellent place to buy luxury clothing and accessories if you want to spend more than your budget. Even items on sale were way too expensive. You can visit if you don't care about the prices.

I went to exchange bag for. Slightly bigger one. It was such a pleasant, hassle free experience. The store is gorgeous and immaculate. Everyone on the staff is beautiful!

I got 3 coats from here. Love it they always have the best. The sale man Kyle always hook me with the best price and he's a very good sales person always end up making me spend a fortune lol he's a professional. The place is very clean and everybody there are very nice. I will recommend this place.

Andre was amazing. He was so patient with helping my 5 year old find the exact item she wanted. Kids can be difficult to deal with and he gave her the same courtesy and respect as an adult would receive. Ask for Andre!

It’s really bad my girlfriend buy me a men wallet. This wallet after a year was all broke and damage. She paid a lot money and we when to the store to see what they can do and the manager was talking to us with actitud like he didn’t want to help us. The way that he talk to us is like he don’t like Latin people. The only thing that he offers it was to fix the wallet but my girl tell him that she is not going to be playing this game that every time the wallet get damage She is going to bring to fix it, not even offer a new one. Just only to fix the same wallet that get damage in 1 year.

From the moment you walk in the staff makes you feel special. The customer service is phenomenal, Jonathan was the representative that helped my husband and I went above and beyond for us. I will only be coming here from now on.

One of the best customer service experiences I’ve experienced on 5th Avenue. Anne-Maria was super helpful and took her time to show me the selection. I entered the store with 3 friends and we were not dressed to the nines this day but we’re still treated the same as other customers in the store. I ended up buying products due to this great customer service. I would highly recommend this particular location to anybody who wants to start their Burberry collection.

My friends and I went in there and the staff is amazing! We were in New York from Ohio and went inside because my friend loves the perfume. Well, the sales clerks there are so nice! Very helpful and kind, even talked to us. Pus allowed us to he tourists and take pictures! Met one clerk that was from Ohio! Just wanted to say thanks for being awesome and making our stay in New York a memorable one. Oh and that blush perfume from friend got, AMAZING! <3

The staff is always amazing and their service always has me in awe. This time I had gone and dropped off two of my bags because of the straps. I will update with photos when I go back to pick my Lovely’s up. Caroline, I just love her for keeping me up to date with the cost of repair and when it was going to be done. Professionalism at its best!

Customer service seems nice and professional. From the moment we walked into the store, the store associates quickly acknowledge and greeted us. However, the entire shopping experience felt like at a car dealership. The store associate followed us almost all the time. Very uncomfortable and awkward. I understand they are doing their job, and most likely, for their commissions, or maybe for security reasons. But it's TOO MUCH. This is one of the reasons that retail stores are dying. Ended up we left the store without buying anything because did not like shopping under pressure. We were very interested in buying a coat and are going to order it online instead.

Suggestion to management: After store associates greeting a customer, give the customer some space while he/she is shopping. If a customer wants to make a purchase or needs assistance, he/she would approach to your associates.
