Went on a Sunday at like 12: 50 and waited about 15-20 mins, really big line but we were seated faster as a party of 3. Once we ordered our food came out soo fast, literally 7 mins after ordering. Was really impressed by how prepared they were for the rush. Chicken pancakes were so yummy! The photo booth was adorable and def a great addition to the restaurant. Can’t wait to go again and try their dinner menu!

Good place for breakfast, however it’s very popular and there’s usually a long line on weekends. I usually go for the bar, which usually turns over fairly quickly. Bartenders are great, service is good, the only downside is how popular it is with the wait times if you have a bigger party.

So yuuuuuummy! Pancake flights are the best Lincoln’s breakfast is pretty great too. When they are busy sitting inside is a bit annoying (too loud), so pick a table outside if you can.

There was a wait to get in so we suggest making a reservation and being prompt to showing up. The wait wasn’t long since we opted to sit at the bar. The bartenders know what they are doing and are very personable and friendly. We had one of the BEST mezcal mules I’ve ever had, at least top 2 or 3 on the list, and we’ve been to Mexico. Can’t say enough good things about this place. No wonder the line is out the door to get in. Don’t hesitate, just go.

The best part are the pics of the food and it really comes to your table prepared as it looks. My guest and I couldn't decide about the menu so we shared the vegetarian chili, Bubby's pancakes w/ banana and walnuts, Cobb salad and deviled eggs. It was Amazing. I took a slice of the sour cherry pie home, so freaking delish. The sweet and sour of the cherries really knocked it out the park.

Atmosphere, food, and service was great. Nothing about the food wowed me tho, I had better places but this is still good!

It’s a little overpriced, the salmon was drenched in butter as well as all the veggies that came with it. It didn’t have a lot of flavor (of course it was butter salmon), the burger was good and the fries were good.

Loved their pancakes and regret not getting them. However, everything on our table was delicious. We want to come back but it might not be for a while since there is absolutely no parking anywhere unless you're paying some NYC price parking.

One of the best breakfasts I've ever had! I ordered the Abe Lincoln and every bite was phenomenal. Then to wrap up, and because I couldn't resist, we shared a slice of their pumpkin pie and were absolutely blown away! Love this spot!

Overall it was an excellent experience. Phenomenal service from beginning to end, plus the food was great! We got the pancakes and fried chicken which were both cant miss and the cheesy grits plate. Both were excellent. Highly recommend. And one more thing, get here early, they fill up very fast on weekends.

Food tasted great, and service is nice and quick. We sat outside on a cold spring day, but don’t you worry they have heater on. The lay out of the restaurant is cute, so that’s always a plus.

They butcher and grind their own meat, which is always a great sign. The fried chicken was some of the best I’ve ever had and the pancakes were both huge and delicious. My friend said the burger was one of the best she’s ever had.

Bunny’s is a classic. Went recently with a work group of 10. Everything was delicious. Had the biscuits, Mac and cheese balls, and deviled eggs for starters. Had the fried chicken and pancakes for the main with a side of bacon Brussels sprouts. And can’t forget the pineapple lime soda and some Bubby Punch to drink.

The home fries was delicious. It wasn't much table space. But everyone was nice, friendly and attentive.

My friend and I had this place on our ‘try list’ for a while and finally was able to go. We were both very excited. Unfortunately the stars are for the staff. GREAT service. However the food was underwhelming. Everything was very under seasoned (and I don’t just mean lack of salt). I got the fried chicken and pancakes with a side of grits and my friend got the Abe Lincoln. We got biscuits on the side also and drinks. Even my friend agreed that the biscuits were the best part. It’s a nice ambiance but it seems like a fancy tourist trap. Like Red Rooster. Unfortunately won’t be back.

This is the best diner in Tribeca. Large selection and the food is homemade style but better than homemade. Great atmosphere too.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. We came here for an outdoor brunch and despite a long line, we only waited 25 minutes and were kept informed by friendly staff the whole time. The food was divine. I came fully expecting to take leftovers and instead, cleaned my whole plate & even shared a slice of pumpkin pie. Can’t recommend this place more highly. We haven’t stopped talking about it. A new favorite for sure!

A few things wer a little over $20 each. However the prices were well balanced with the portions and the meals. Tttaaassstttyyyyy doesn't begin to describe the deliciousness. A MUST VISIT!

Expensive for what it is. Food was normal to me, fruit salad was very good but pancakes, eggs and sausages are same as anywhere else.

Service was fast but they have pretty loud music for a breakfast/diner place which was odd. The pancakes boasted as James beard approved are just pancakes at the end of the day. 7 dollars for an OJ.

Save your money and just eat in a normal diner. Not worth it.

Lovely place. A full five stars goes to the wait staff, who deal with a crowded very noisy environment with flair. My favourite thing was the Mimosa flight (L to R: orange, passion fruit, grapefruit, lavender). Thank you.

Very nice, New American eatery with a lot of traditional brunch items. Wide and spacious; the food was great and they had a nice deal on iced teas.

I love everything about this place especially the food. Every time I'm in NYC, I come to Bubby's for breakfast.

Sadly, I prefer to take out/delivery from Bubbys. Their food is so dank and delish! Nice size portions.the downfall? The staff is always rude. I’m not sure if they’re over worked/understaffed but in the two years I have been a guest here many times and they're rude from the hostess that rolls her eyes (the last Time she got snippy with my mother in law because she picked up a children’s menu to show our 2 year old) to the server that forgot condiments and never came back to check in on us after we received our food thus I got up to grab ketchup for our fries and he ripped it out of my hands and rolled his eyes.

Your kitchen staff does a fantastic job, it’s a shame your FOH doesn’t support them by doing their job.

With postmates, I’ll get delivery. But when eating out, I’ll go elsewhere.

My boyfriend, friend and I went earlier today to enjoy some of their what we heard, were the best biscuits. We thought it was all day breakfast so had intentions to get that. Breakfast stopped being served at 3: 45pm. Alright, no problem. My boyfriend wasn’t too happy with the menu. He chose the Bubbys burger and a drink. My friend had the double bubbys burger and a drink and I had the pork sandwich and same drink. My friend started with 4 of their famous biscuits. They came with homemade jam and butter. Both pretty tasty. The biscuits were fluffy, warm and delicious. My boyfriend and I had some deviled eggs *pictured below* and were in love. They were so good. Our meals came out a few moments later and was pretty good. I didn’t particularly care for the coleslaw that came with my pork sandwich but it was cool. The fries were good and fresh. You can tell they were real potatoes, not imitation or frozen. Our server, was pretty good. He never said his name but provided cool fun service.
Where things get a little wonky is when the check came. It was almost $160 for 3 ppl. 2 burgers, 1 pork sandwich, 3 drinks and 2 appetizers. The 4 biscuits were $12. The drinks were $16 each and they were tiny. I wish I took photos but they were that small, I didn’t see the need.
Overall, it was decent but definitely not worth the prices for burgers and fries. Can’t really expect too much with burgers and fries so you’d like to see the prices reflect the quality. Maybe it’s priced by food portion and if that’s the case, price the drinks accordingly because those are tiny.good but tiny.
I don’t think we’ll be returning but it may be a good place for families.

Almost $45 for room temperature huevos rancheros and a single room temperature pancake (includes tax and tip). I was served about 2-3 minutes after I ordered - not enough time to cook two eggs and deliver them to my table outside. I should have said something while I was there this morning, but most restaurants have had a lot of challenges just staying open due to COVID. But, $45 for cold food!? !? (Also had an iced tea and this includes tax and a tip.) I could not resist posting and don’t plan on going back.

Hands down the best breakfast/brunch in NYC. The cookbook recipes are excellent and will bring Bubby’s home.

Dinner and the Thanksgiving meal will also not disappoint.

Amazing bagels, bacon, and pancakes. A little expensive but totally worth it. One of the best breakfasts I've had in NYC. I got the skillet special and a plain bagel with cream cheese. It contains eggs (I ordered mine scrambled), thick-cut bacon, and one fluffy pancake. I thought to myself one pancake is not going to fill me up. I was totally wrong. Not only that but it was so fluffy and not too sweet. They also have real maple syrup, not the artificial stuff. This place will have you craving them for a good week after your visit. Luckily you can buy the pancake mix and exact maple syrup via their website.

Slightly overhyped. Pancakes were good but nothing extraordinary. Maybe my expectations were high because everyone kept talking about this place. Our waitress was super friendly!

Stopped by with some family for some brunch and Bubby's did not disappoint. Friendly staff and prompt service. Food was great! Highly recommend the Flight of pancakes and flight of beer/mimosas, will definitely try to come by next time I'm in Manhattan.

Stopped here on a bar crawl last weekend and wish we just stayed here for most of the first half. Good atmosphere and great drinks. We had Gio and Brina at the bar (hope I spelled the names right!). They met and exceeded all our requests on cocktails.

Great place to come have some lunch with your children fast service and are requesting to see vaccination cards in order to dine in. Excellent service

Top 3 veggie burger. Fries were perfect. We came at 1pm, they sat us abt 20 mins later. Service was quick, we got a nice corner table. Love this place!

Not great, food was not cooked properly and the service from the manager was horrible. Would recommend going somewhere else for dinner!
