BUBBLY CAR WASH

Worst car wash I ever got. Car came out not only wet but still covered in soap. And ONE! Person who is supposed to dry it - just wiped windows, and that's it. I felt I was just robbed of $13 broad daylight.

This is good spot for regular car wash specially for Monthly package its worthed.

Disappointed with my last visit to this place. Came here on a Friday the place was empty with 3 employees running the place. I ordered an external and internal wash for which they charged $28. After going through the automatic external car wash they told me to drive around the block to get my interior cleaned. When I arrived there was one guy with a vacuum cleaner cleaning another vehicle. He told me to park and that my car will be done within the next 10 minutes.

After 15 minutes the guy disappeared and after going to inquire I found the guy washing other cars that went through the car wash. (Apparently, an employee went for lunch so the interior cleaning guy went to fill in) He told me my car will be done in the next 15 minutes. Soon another guy arrived to finish up the other vehicle. He said he will start my car in 10 minutes. After waiting 45 minutes I told him I can't wait anymore and that I need a refund for the interior wash. He said he can't give it to me since he will start doing my car soon. I told him I can't wait so he told me to come back another time.

I went back the following Sunday and I found only one employee manning the entire car wash. I told him I came back for my interior wash he told me that he can't do it today because it was too cold and I should come back when the weather is warmer.

Long story short at this point I'll not be returning to this place again. This ended up costing me $28 for just an external wash. (Which was pretty decent hence the 2-star rating) This place is understaffed and not worth the hassle.

Really stepped up their game. Took great care of the car and was really clean. Impressed and defintitly going back!
