The service department is always helpful. My jeep got an oil change today and i had them just check her over. They told me what she needs and the prices of what it would cost for the parts. Its the only place i let touch my vehical and there the only ones i trust with it.

I didn't end up buying my new car from them but they were very fair to deal with. I didn't get a Ford because i chose another brand.

Service was great as always, they found a problem i diddent know the car had. I am very greatful to Ford for there service departmen. They have done everythin they could to save my 2016 ford focus. I would recomend anyone to take there vehicle to them for repairs. They wont screw you over like most dealers would, there honest and truthful about everything they do.

I appreciate the video that reviews the inspection under the hood, the tires and brakes. The recommendations for some quick maintenance were shared via an app as I took a walk. I approved the work and the cost via the app. It was very efficient. I have been pleased with their maintenance.

Had both of our trucks serviced at browns Ford in Johnstown they did a great job showed us videos of everything that they were going to do gave us estimates before doing anything and completed the job very well thank you

Service had my vehicle for two days with no loaner available. It ended up needing back brakes and rotors to pass inspection. Brakes were working fine (no grinding etc when I dropped it off). When I picked it up the brake pedal was squishy and went to the floor. I had to pump the brake to stop. I called service, took my vehicle back, and was able to get a loaner for the weekend since service isn’t open on Saturday’s. It was fixed by Monday afternoon. The service tech stated a caliper went bad when I used the brake from their lot to the road causing it to leak. I questioned if the brakes had been checked after the work was done. I was reassured it had been checked twice? There was no charge for the “caliper repair”. That’s the only reason I gave three stars.

My girlfriend bought her car new from them a year ago, a 2020 Ford Explorer. It has had issues ever since. The transmission went bad and had to be replaced. They haven't been able to fix some of the error codes it throws. The rental they gave me reeked of cigarettes and was filthy. Her car to date has been out of service for over 60 calendar days.

I have found that Brown's Ford has always been great to work with. I will continue to do business with them.

What a nice group of people! Honest, communicative, fair, and respectful of our time. We used to live in Ft. Lauderdale FL and the dealership there (Grieco) was terrible compared to Brown's Ford of Johnstown. We were so happy to find a dealership that serviced the car and took care of us as customers, as it should be.
