We were heading up north when our car started overheating. The shop was closed but they still took care of us. Super courteous, friendly and professional.

Love this shop! High quality service and good prices. They always explain why and show what they’re going to do beforehand so that there’s no surprise.

I took my vehicle here to recharge my air condition on my 2012 Town & Country because of the positive reviews. Every year around beginning of the summer I had to recharge my AC because it was not cooling. After the recharge at Bronx Auto Repair Corp my AC is so cold to the point I have to turn it off. They told me that they did not see any leaks and that the place that I was going to recharge my ac was doing it incorrectly.

I actually went here expecting to speed well over $600 from being confused and not sure what certain issues was with my car. Turns outs just needed something tightened and an oil change they was super honest with me, unlike pretty much all Auto Shops. They are definitely the BEST in the Bronx in my opinion. I won’t be taking my car anywhere else for repairs.

If you come here and it’s packed and a long wait JUST BE PATIENT…. It’s worth it

I initially came here because I needed to replace my wheel hub bearing. They confirmed it did need to be replaced & they broke down the prices to me which included the piece and labor. They were very honest and transparent throughout my whole experience. After fixing what I initially came in for they test drove my car and realized it had another issue. The mechanic did not pressure me to fix it right away but he did let me know it should be fixed sooner or later & I decided to get it fixed the same day as well.

They took care of all my car needs and took the time to explain and show me everything that was going to be done. Thank you to Oscar & Frank, I had a great customer experience at Bronx Auto Repair Corp & will be coming back for any car repair I may need in the future. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I went and had oil filter housing done, oil change and the next day I had to have my jeep towed because it stopped working on the highway something that has never happened before. I am so upset because not until I let them work on my vehicle did this ever happen to me

Went here 2 weeks ago, had to experience few things that I didn't like. At first the guy who took my car forgot remove the brakes as he moving my car, It made a huge noise, I asked him to be more carefull. He reply the brakes weren't on, i was standing right next to the car when he did that, second I got a quote and when I went to the window, it was something else, third I asked for an Oil change and I end up getting an inspection which I did not gave my consent, I was told that it was a mistake but I needed because it was expired and I was supposed to renew it and who did that was doing me a favor but had to pay anyways. I think they need more communication because most of the employees don't have any idea what they are doing or what they have to do. So I won't be coming back here anymore they make too many mistakes and we the customer have to end up paying for regarless if you gave your consent or not. For the record my inspection was due or expires on July 30 2022 I know this because DMV sent me a text reminding me of it. From.my point of view it looks like a business with a mask. It's hard to trust places where to take your car, so if this helps you think twice before taking your vehicle to this place. I don't have pictures because my thoughts or my way of seeing things happening cannot be printed nor drawn.

I wouldn't recommend them based on my experience both for the work they do and for their customer service. I went in for a front brake replacement. The mechanic didn't remove the wheel properly. I noticed someone using an angle grinder near my car and it was the mechanic making a slot on the nut to remove the tire. He had ruined the stud and once the wheel was removed he shaved it in order to be able to put the nut back on. Neither the mechanic or the managers told me about it, I noticed it when I saw the sparks coming from my vehicle. The made me buy a new nut next door. After leaving the place I noticed that they had cut the nut so they could fit the shaved bolt in it. I went back and they agreed to replace it. They tried putting on the wrong stud by force as in the picture. They didn't ask me if it was ok, I only found out after 15 minutes of loud banging. I told them that it was unnaceptable for them to try to pull more stuff like that and asked to have the correct part installed. After three weeks, no call on their part. They asked me to order the parts myself. I took it to have them change it back and when I was calmly asking for them to make sure they do it right I kept getting interrupted by one of the managers who was getting worked up about nothing. They changed the part and reimbursed me for the parts I purchased. While they might be getting stellar reviews I highly recommend you check they're not handing you back your car with missing or broken parts. Also while they were mostly friendly, once they messed up they got super defensive for no reason. Just saw their response. I wasn't notified of the issue with having to force the tire off my car, now I would like to include that they're liars as well. About the light, yes it didn't show up like that. However, I chose to have that fixed elsewhere. You guys really suck.

I swear this place is the best. They are not the type of people to get you for your money they really care about your safety first. After getting work down on my Chrysler town & country, I did not have enough money to pay for new breaks. They did not want to send me my way with the condition my breaks were in so they did the breaks for me and told me to worry about the payment the next time I come back. These people are a blessing, I have kids that travel in my car everyday. I couldn’t ask for a better experience yet this is not my first time doing business with them. Prices are not expensive and the labor work is very fast.

A great find in the Bronx! Professionals in every aspect, courteous, clean, fast and did I mention Professional! Not a lot of that these days.

Really unprofessional. Car came in for just the breaks in the back and I left without even being able to drive it back home. Explain that to me!

Went in there this morning to get my rear rotors and brakes changed as well as a bearing. The car comes out and my odometer was not working completely and I could not move gears without turning off my car. I spoke with the "manager" and this guy refuses to admit they made a mistake and that his mechanics messed up the car. Was left with two more problems on my car and $250 less. Completely unprofessional and if you're looking for fair mechanics, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO! Take your money somewhere else. These people are unprofessional and thieves.

Do not waste your time with these people. You ask them to fix one simple issue and they find a way to mess up other things in your car. On top of that they do not take accountability for their mistakes. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Excellent service, expert mechanics and kind attentions; I'm truly happy with the whole experience. Highly recommended.

New to the area and needed an inspection for our car. After some head banging at a different business we came here and were ecstatic with the quick, efficient, positive way the inspection was dealt with. Highly recommend Bronx Auto Repair if you need your car inspected.

Frank was very helpful. I called about my brakes and rotors. They had the parts available and they were completely fixed within 90 minutes.

I've been here several times. They're pretty fair and they do good work. They genuinely care and it shows by the amount of people that come back.

Is good but they couldn’t figured out what was that problem with my car they give me a list of items need it to be replaced I did replaced some of them but didn’t help in anything in my problem I was having it

Awesome experience. All the shops on jerome was trying to charge me a arm and a leg to fix my ac.after speaking to jewel and bringing my car to the shop.my ac was fixed at a affordable price. My car has truly found a new reliable macanic. Thank you

I tried during the morning hours and it was a mad house. Not in a bad way, but because the place was just so busy and so many people wanted their service. Which I saw as a good sign.

Called later in the day, and they told me to come on over since it wasn't busy. I got an inspection, oil change, and head light lens cleaning all done in about an hour. The service was professional. It's a sizable place and seemed very well run.

Plus, the prices were totally fair and no tricky added feeds. So happy I found this place. Totally recommend them and will go there again.

I had some strange warning lights on my Prius Prime and had always serviced it at a dealer. I was recently dissatisfied with my dealer service center (I won't go into it here) and decided to try this place based on the reviews. I was not let down. The staff was extremely courteous, and the services were both quick and reasonably priced. Two weeks later, there were no problems with the car, and they even informed me that my brakes were severely faded - something the dealer never mentioned during their inspections. I'll be back for my brake job and any other future services:)

I'm sooooo glad to have found this place. It's so difficult to find a good mechanic and shop. Frank (I hope I have his name right, I'm horrible with names) was professional, thorough, and walked me through everything related to my brakes along with the mechanic working on my brakes who was obviously a pro. Services were definitely reasonably priced. The work was done super fast. Clean waiting area. Just a smooth transaction all around and I'll definitely be a new loyal customer!

I can't even say with only words how much I'm happy I found this place. My car was fixed so fast and for a reasonable price (in other places mechanics wanted to charge me at least twice more!) Mark is a great professional, he finished work unbelievably fast and good, I'm so grateful for that. Now I know the place where I can always bring my car if any issues. Thank you a lot!

I spoke with service advisor Leo about my suspension shock/strut concern. He told me to immediately bring in my vehicle, which was inspected thoroughly in under 5 minutes. No repair was needed, and I was out of the garage in under 10 minutes. Due to the honesty of this establishment, on the brief visual inspection of my vehicle, I was not even charged! This is an establishment that makes me proud to call the Bronx my childhood home with pride! Bravo!

Quick, polite, professional and most importantly HONEST service. My family used to own Kings Motors on Webster Avenue years ago and I've never been to Bronx Auto Repair although it was literally blocks away. Maybe they weren't around yet, I'm not sure of that but of this I am certain. I've found a reputable, professional and cost effective shop to service my Acura.
