At first shopping for a wedding dress was a bit discouraging. There are so many options out there and I felt like each store I went to put me in the same few styles and I wasn’t impressed by the quality of any. Then I went to Bridal Reflections and found my dream dress. Each time we arrived (first visit, fittings, veil shopping and even coming back for dress preservation) Cristine was there ready to greet us with a smiling face. Sabrina listened carefully to what I liked and disliked & finally I was trying on new styles that complimented my shape. Then I put on dress that I loved but it felt like something was missing. The manager then pulled a dress from the back room and said try this - I found my dress and finally felt like a bride. I even got it at a trunk sale price. The customer service is truly exceptional! You will not regret going Bridal Reflections for your gown. Since then two friends of mine have also gotten their wedding dresses at Bridal Redlections and also have given rave reviews.

Bridal Reflections was the most surreal and memorable experience. Sabrina made me feel so beautiful and special. She was an absolute dream to work with and helped me find my dream dress! I cannot recommend Sabrina and the entire team at bridal reflections enough they make you feel like a literal princess! <3

I wanted to take to the time to thank everyone at Bridal Reflections in NYC who contributed to the most magical day of my life! After visiting over ten dress stores and trying on over 50 dresses, I was doubtful that I would find the perfect dress for my wedding day. Everyone kept saying "you'll know when it's the right dress for you" while others mumbled, "you're being too picky". I was exhausted, nervous, and feeling a bit defeated but something inside me said to give this store a call. Cristina DeMarco was the woman I spoke with at Bridal Reflections in NYC. After minutes on the phone with her, my fears subsided and I knew I was in good hands. Cristina listened to my concerns, gave me honest advice, reassured me that she would help me find the perfect dress at her store, and knowing time was of the essence, squeezed me into her appointment book. Ms. Vasilisa was the bridal attendant who helped me find my dream dress. She listened to my ideas and worked within my budget and made me fall in love with Australian Designer, Leah Da Gloria. However, the ladies who worked behind the scenes such as Cristina, little Cris, and my amazing seamstress, Shiraz, made my visions become a reality. I can't thank Cristina DeMarco and Shiraz enough for their support and hard work throughout my wedding journey. The details that Shiraz added to my dress are awe-inspiring. Without hesitation, I strongly suggest you skip all the other bridal stores and go straight to the experts and utmost professionals at Bridal Reflections. One last special thanks to the wonderful ladies Mabel and Lissette, who assisted me during my dress fittings. I will certainly be back to preserve my dress and visit the women who left a special mark on my heart. Thank you for helping me find the dress that added to my unforgettable experience.

If could rate this place a 0 I would. Based on the fact that I came all the from Brooklyn on the most rainiest day of the year, just for them to tell me that I did not have a reservation. I clearly did since I got the confirmation text. My phone ended up breaking due to water damage from the rain so I couldn't pull it up. True story I’ll pull up the apple receipt if you don’t believe me! The lady was no accommodating at ALL sorry I don't like leaving bad reviews but I refuse to be treated like a virus! I wasn't going to fight back and forth there are many other places to go to! Brides even if you get a confirmation text from this store please call before hand because the front desk is incompetent!

I had the most incredible experience at Bridal Reflections in NYC. From start to finish everyone was so accommodating and friendly. I found the wedding dress of my dreams here and every step of the way from trying on dresses to alterations was an absolute delight! If you are looking for a stunning gown, Bridal Reflections is where you will find what you are looking for!

Exceptional Platinum experience. The GOAT. Only needed to try on one gown. Just learned a friend had the exact same experience there. One and done. Flew in from NC - beyond spectacular
warmth and hospitable service and attention to detail. 20/10 recommend.

Worst experience ever. After trying out 8 different bridal stores, I experienced the worst service at this one, which also happened to be the only store that charged a $100 appointment fee.

I arrived 15 minutes early and waited to be assisted. During this time, no one offered us a place to sit. Staff finally showed up 10 minutes after the the actual appointment time.

During the dress selection, the staff was unwilling to let me try on certain styles simply because they had different silhouettes (A-line, ball gown). They insisted that I should choose from within the same style.

Later, when I asked staff to take photos with my phone, they denied my request for no reason.

The reason I chose bridal reflection for my appointment was because I hoped to try on wedding dresses from my two favorite designer brands, Galia Lahav and Kim Kassas. However, due to the unprofessional service at the store, I only ended up trying on two Galia Lahav dresses.

In the end, staff didn’t even provide me the dress styles, names, or a price info.

Lastly, it's worth mentioning a minor detail: this was also the only shop that didn't offer any kind water, not even tap water. While this might not directly relate to the professionalism of trying on wedding dresses, it does reflect their overall attitude towards service.

I recently visited Bridal Reflections for a Mother of the Bride Dress.

I was trying to find a certain dress from a designer that I had seen months before at another salon. The same designer was having a trunk show at Bridal Reflections.

The staff at Bridal Reflections tracked down the dress and had it ready for me upon arrival.

My consultant, Frances, together with the designer gave me honest feedback and helped me find the perfect dress. They are tailoring the dress based upon my size and creating a wrap and several very special adjustments.

The entire staff is professional, highly talented and responsive. I recommend this salon 300%.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience at Bridal Reflections. Sabrina understood exactly what I was looking for without me even really telling her. I had such an instant connection with her. She truly made this such a special day for myself and my family. I found my absolute dream dress. So grateful for Sabrina and Bridal Reflections for giving me a day I will never forget!

I had the most wonderful time finding my wedding dress at Bridal Reflections! I made a couple of appointments at different places to try on a range of dresses and I had my best experience here, by far! Simone helped me at my first appointment. She was such a calming and kind presence—My mom, future MIL, and I LOVED her! She helped me get in and out of the dresses and pinned them so well that they actually looked like they fit me in the mirror (Even if they were a few sizes off). She let me choose dresses I was interested in and also made wonderful suggestions off of the vision I was going for. Spoiler alert—She picked THE dress out that I ended up loving! It was “the one” and even though I wanted to sleep on it before moving forward, Christine at the front desk (Who was also so kind and welcoming) set me up with an appointment to come back after the weekend. I had my second appointment with Lauren and she was also so very helpful and sweet! She helped me envision some customizations I wanted to make for the dress (Adding buttons over the zipper, etc). She offered her professional opinions and helped me try on different veils, play with fabrics, colors, etc.so I could truly get the vision of the whole look in my head. I’m so grateful for her assistance! I got to meet the owner (Jessica), too, at my first appointment and she was super lovely. I love that they are a family owned business, and you can see why they’ve been around 50 years—They offer exceptional service and an amazing range of dresses! I’m doing alterations with them in house and I trust that they will do an amazing job. 10/10–Come here to buy your designer dress! Thank you, again!

I truly can’t put into words what an incredible experience I had at Bridal Reflections. I went to every bridal store in Long Island, CT, and NYC and they were hands down #1. The best customer service along with the best dress selections. I would recommend bridal reflections to all my friends and family. What an unforgettable experience! Don’t say yes to the dress until you go there!

Bridal Reflections is the best in New York City. I had flown in all the way from Kansas City to do my wedding dress shopping here because they had the best selection of designers, all of which I can not get in town. I was lucky enough to come in during the Leah De Gloria and Kim Kassas trunk show, and it did not disappoint. The stylists were so helpful and kind. Customer service at this store goes above and beyond. When it came to finding my dress, their team did everything possible to get it within my budget. They were the reason I was able to say yes to my dream dress and I can not thank them enough. They truly want to see their brides happy.

I went in knowing what I wanted. They made sure to pull the item and anything else similar. It was my first time shopping and I left with exactly what I wanted and some custom details. Absolutely so happy and can’t wait to see my dress again.

Highly recommend Bridal Reflections! Being in the industry as a bridal hair & make up artist, I was looking for something very different for myself. Sabrina was amazing to work with. Patient & honest, she helped me find the perfect dress being as picky as I was! The space is beautiful as well & easy to find!

I had such an amazing experience with the NY Bridal reflections Location. Simone was my consultant and helped me with my fitting and deciding on my dress! Lauren helped me place an order for my dress. The whole team was super helpful with any questions that I had and they made sure everything went smoothly. My dress arrived exactly when they told me it would (in fact, about a week earlier). Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would recommend them!

I am so grateful to the entire team at Bridal Reflections! They were sweet and professional since the moment I walked in.
