The receptionist was very kind and welcoming! Dr. Kotlus was attentive to my needs and very professional.

I had a lower face lift and neck lift with Dr Kotlus. I was very scared, but the results are amazing. I look so natural and so not pulled that most people just remark on how good I look but no idea I had surgery. Dr Kotlus is a great surgeon, very very gentle and has a good eye, a very nice person, listens. You will never have to wait to see him, even surgery. I can not recommend him enough.

I had upper eyelid surgery a few years with Dr. Kotlus and this review is long overdue. My eyelid surgery was such a positive experience that my 84 year Mom decided to do the surgery as well. To say that Dr. Kotlus is an artist is an understatement. He is an incredibly skilled surgeon who genuinely cares about his patients and goes the extra mile to ensure they get a beautiful result. I am 3 years past my procedure and can honestly say it was the one of the best decisions and definitely helped rewind the clock many years! I look refreshed and youthful and couldn't be happier. If it weren't enough that Dr. Kotlus is such a skilled surgeon, he has the most gentle, caring manner and instantly makes you feel at ease and comfortable. I couldn't close this review without mentioning the incredibly professional, warm and welcoming staff he has at his office. They all do their job exceptionally well and make you feel like family. My Mom still can't believe everything the staff did to make her feel at ease and comfortable. Susan went as far as waiting after hours to secure a car service and escorting her to the car to ensure she got home from a post op visit safely.

I wish every surgeon and medical staff exemplified the professionalism, warmth and caring that this office does.

My Mom and I will continue to recommend this practice to all our family and friends, and I will be a patient for years to come!

Dr. Kotlus did a lower blepharoplasty for me. My fat bags are gone and I look a lot less tired and haggard. Very happy with the results.
On top of that, he is a lovely person and easy to talk to. His office staff is pleasant as well.

Worst Dr ever! He ruined my lip line and gave me extra wrinkles on the sides. Don’t waste your money

Preface: After careful discernment and a vivid dream I feel the need to warn other patients about my experience with Dr. Brett Kotlus.

I am a South Korean male who lives in NY. I saw Dr. Brett Kotlus and had surgery with him. The gown he used during surgery was very thin and worn out; the word skimpy comes to mind.

Although his bedside manner was impeccable, I do NOT recommend him. I feel he is a dishonest surgeon and is not worth the premium price he charges. You’re better off going to South Korea.

I also question his reviews. If you see his IG account the amount of followers doesn’t accurately coincide with his likes and comments.

It’s becoming common practice for doctors to buy followers and even reviews. I would avoid him at all costs. I remember several things that were said before-and-after my surgery and things don’t add up. I view Dr. Kotlus as a liar and a bad surgeon who leaves blue threads in patients’ eyelids.

Don’t trust the good reviews!

Dr Kotlus did an amazing job with my upper eyelid surgery last year. He has a very good bedside manner and extremely competent. Makes you feel so comfortable. Also great with fielding questions. I would recommend him to anyone needing surgery relating to the eyes for medical or aesthetic reasons.

Not only did I get a wonderful result which was exactly what I was hoping to get but the whole experience with Dr. Kotlus and his staff was sensitive, low key and comfortable.

I just want to say that Dr. Kotlus is a true artist when it comes to the eyes.
I feel so much like myself and my eyes are back. I can’t explain in words that Dr. Kotlus has literally given my best feature back to me. It literally seems that by face has been sculpted by Michelangelo.
I waited and researched so much to fix my eye bags. Although they weren’t that prominent but they always bothered me.
Almost three years of trying to fix my bags non surgically and numerous failed attempts, I finally found the right person to fix them. My decision to fly to New York from India for this and getting my eyes bags corrected by Dr. Kotlus has been the best decision of my life.
I still remember getting a date in December when I randomly called even though my consult was actually in March and I was so happy and elated. My healing has been pretty smooth and painless. One thing about Dr. Kotlus is that he is extremely conservative and my eyes exactly look the same minus the eye bags. Thankyou for taking so much care and also the entire team, Marissa and Stephanie. Special thanks to Marissa because she made me feel so much at ease and answered all my questions. She is a complete sweetheart.
Although I’m still in the healing stages I know it will come out beautiful once the swelling subsides, exactly the way I wanted them to be and I can’t wait for the final results. I can now focus on everything else that I couldn’t because the only thing that was a priority was fixing these and look like myself when I look in the mirror. I’m extremely grateful to Dr. Kotlus and the entire team.
