The Ultimate Tourist Trap! As a New Yorker going to ANYTHING in the Times Square area you know you are going to pay top dollar. However if I'm going to get ROBBED PLEASE, AS A COURTESY, SHOW ME THE GUN!
No, these people rob you with unwritten and unexplained fees and uninformed staff members! If I could give a NEGATIVE rating, I would!

Cool, big area with lots to do. Disappointed in the bowling. Overpriced but makes sense for times square. The lanes are short and the pins are on strings. Limited selection of balls that only go up to 14lbs. Not a good place for serious bowlers.

After reading positive reviews on Google, me and group of friends decided to visit this bowling location. I was very disappointed by the quality of service that was offered. This was my first time bowling in a very long time and the service left a lot to be desired.

After checking in we were allocated two lanes. There was a group of 7 of us however the agent never stated that we had to play on two lanes otherwise the system would glitch and end the game pre-maturely.

After splitting into two groups we played one game however our second game did not start despite paying for two games. When we brought this up with the desk agent, they ARGUED THAT WE WERE LYING, we procured the receipt which allowed us to play the second game.

There was a tablet that can be used for ordering food. The hostess serving us stated that we can use it to order food however when we did, our food never showed up. Our hostess then backtracked and gave us an attitude that we had to order through her despite never stating so to begin with.

Our food took 30 minutes to arrive because it was sent to the wrong table as well.

The only saving grace is that the price per game was reasonable for its location. It safe to say that I will not be returning to this place.

I was had to do a photo shoot here for a private party. The atmosphere was amazing, the food was good, and service was good too.

Our waiter and host were great and solved any issues or confusions we had but not a place I'd come back to if I'm being honest.

Fun to go bowling and there were arcade games and a bar, food, etc. Good private packages for groups in your own set of lanes.

This place is relatively inconspicuous and was therefore not overrun with people at all. With the Sightseeing Pass you can play a game of bowling here for free. There are more than 20 lanes and an arcade hall.
The waiters were super nice, but sometimes a bit pushy. But that's a matter of taste.

Been here several time and it always been a fantastic time! Food is tasty and and drinks are well done. Service is always amazing! Its a mazing place, great big bar with specials, the lanes are amazing and private.and the food is alot and really good.

It's a great place to spend the evening with friends and / or a date. Groupon has a great deal for a two hour time frame. Try and get as many games in as possible.

Great place to hang with friends or family. The food was delicious and the drinks were awesome totally recommend it

I had a very bad experience… a rat passed my foot while I was bowling… this is unacceptable and very disgusting. I recommend people to not attend this location.

Soooo loud with no quiet space, food is slow, they make you buy 3 games (who plays 3 games in a row? !).

The greeting from the entrance was awesome, person was very friendly and made our group feel so welcomed. The ambiance was great, area nice and clean. Our waitress for food was not so pleasant and needs to be retrained, brush up on customer skills and be more sociable. Other than that we enjoyed bowling and may be back again if we don't get the same waitress.

The place is nice but had a horrible experience in the beginning. My family waited 2 1/2 hour even though we had reservations because a girl name Diamond decided to call the wrong number even though we were literally sitting right in front of her the whole time. Besides that the bowling was fun food and drinks were good and price were decent.

Came for a work event that had food and beverage included as well as a few hours worth of bowling.

The service was top notch. Our server kept coming back to check in on us.

The facilities were nice. Only comments were that the shoes should be better inspected for things like poor laces. The lanes we were at also didn't have a working air vent to cool off our hands.

Otherwise the food and drink was all typical bar food, and what you'd expect. Nothing gourmet, but it all hit the spot.

What a great experience! Place was an blast and everything worked perfectly, the atmosphere is amazing. Our server Anthony was great and made us feel really confortable, as well as all the staff and managers. Food and drinks were on point. The best part for me is the music. I’ll definitely recommend it and come back

Very crowded place, alcohol is served here and side dishes like pizza and chicken wings. Soft drinks are available. Metal detectors and security guards will check your belongings before entering the establishment but allow people to bring drugs inside I had a small bad experience I witness customers rolling Marijuana next to us and they were very drunk we move from that tables to another area which it was less crowded and more family friendly. The tickets for bowling are expensive per person. You have to pay for parking because it is inside Chelsea Piers very expensive parking. Plenty of parking available. They have games. You have to pay for a game card to be able to play. My special needs teenager had a great time. Due to high cost we might visit in a few years. I don't recommend this place for minor children. For teenagers and adults, it is great. They made accommodations for my disabled teenager after our request for no drugs less crowded table. They gave us another better option without no hesitation it worked out well. Otherwise, we had a good time.

Pretty cool spot. The food was Very good. Beer and alcoholic beverages it a pretty good stop. The competition of play adds to the fun. If it wasn't my first time bowling it was my first in a long while. The family enjoyed it. Pretty good fun in the center of town where just striking about one can take in the beehive of activities and attractions. The staff was excellent.
