Boss Diesel Service

When calling this place called Boss Diesel regard to my diesel truck issue that needs to be addressed, the first question they ask me was "Who the f.k you call me for? I simply hang up on them, swearing at first impression is major mistake of their own, here I am writing this review.

These guys are busy and when I told him my job is small, a fitting for 15 min job he use the f…. Word on me.

The price for injectors and glow plugs was over $6000. Dont ever go there. Never never never. Not only toooooo expensive they held my truck hostage for almost 4 months. They never called, they were never there. I went at 2 am not there went 4 pm never there went at noon never there went at 6 am never there. On the phone i was told they had all the bays for big trucks and bays for pick ups. When i went there it was a hole in the wall. They must have used my money to get it going. I thought boss deisel cool they must be good. Had to have work done so there i was. When i asked for price they said $3500. My fault nothing in writing.

I called him about 5 am I left him voicemail and he respond for me, about an hour the guys started to work in my truck they replaced my trailer airbag with called weather and raining

Be carefull with this people and try to avoid them if you can. They gave us a $250.00 estimate to tow our bobtail to their shop. It was 2 miles distance. The problem was just a diesel feeding that was leaking. We had the parts to install. They charged us $400.00 for the towing and another $425.00 to change a diesel feeding. It is an absurd. It is a legal road robbery.

Great service for an amazing price. One of the rare places to bring your car and they will be honest about what you need to get back on the road. Go to these guys and you will not be disappointed.

I have been using Mike and the crew at Boss for the past 5 years and can't express how honest and professional they are, anytime we are in need of a emergency repair to keep the operation moving they don't skip a beat to make sure that happens! They also have an amazing maintenance schedule set up with us to help keep our equipment in tip top shape, we couldn't do it without them! Highly recommended

This place is probably good at changing brakes, but something a bit more challenging, like replacing an oil cooler in Cummins is not for them. Original estimate was doubled inexplicably. They didn't replace coolant. Also bolts missing on the cooler housing. Antifreeze line was gone, the boss claimed that it was too damaged to put back, but no evidence was provided. Basically, looked like the repair was done by a toddler. Including post repair pictures for reference.

As u can see in lengthy response, master mechanic said that his diagnosis was complete overhaul needed.
I took the truck to proper mechanic, who only changed rubber washers on the oil cooler and properly torqued all bolts. All fixed! Runs like a champ!
I ended up buying new clamps and coolant lines that boss diesel lost or broke.
Anyway, go to this place at your own risk.
