I was looking for a suit. For a funeral. The staff was really friendly and tried to help out. Thank you so much for your efforts.

Nice store. Quite clean. Even the bathrooms. Four floors of just about everything you need. Good prices. Found some of the same shirts as another store and the price was better. Pleasant and helpful employees as well.

Awesome deals you can find. Reasonable prices. Different selections of items from anything you can think of! When I like they keep the shopping experience alive. When yes I do shop online, but only if I can't get my size in the store (so still shopping the store site). Some things I do see us relying on internet shopping. But Boscovs, hits everything for store shopping, especially for Christmas shopping!

I love everything about this store, from the courteous staff to floor after floor of items, always attractively arranged. Clean store, clean rest rooms. That big store feel, and you feel like you are privileged to walk in. I hope Boscov's will always be here in Binghamton, NY

Terrible people work there. The security people get cash when they catch a shoplifter so I can understand their vigor when they spot a thief but not everyone steals when they go there. Some of us pay for the merchandise we like. I won't go back to that store ever again. I should have sued them for harassment. Walmart has a better selection anyway and when people steal from there, a alarm signal goes off. Boscov Lost this customer

I recently purchased a bedframe and an excellent quality mattress from Boscovs. Even though there were many mattresses to choose from, a friendly sales associate helped my mom and I decided which one would be the best one for me. Due to the sales associate’s professional level of knowledge and manors, I would highly recommend Boscovs to anyone who wants to buy quality furniture without question. Highly satisfied.

This is a huge place with a great selection of clothing, household items and furniture. Free two hour parking.

Best to check online, a Boscov's daily email, or in-store circular, with an abundance of substantial ongoing markdowns. Terrific open hours, very fair return policies
complimentary gift-wrap, unparalleled apparel and house goods, gifts, seasonal, affordable amazing apparel selections, optical, and other amenities not otherwise found locally.
The basement has worthwhile stock with some quality brands discounted. Toys? Plenty for happy little babies and children.
Personally, never had an unhappy trip to Boscov's.

Whenever we visit Binghamton, we come here. They seem to have things here that we can not get from home. The parking garage is gone (hopefully, it will be rebuilt). Parking is ok (street).

I love Boscov's! I wish we had a store in Fort Lauderdale, Florida! I always get great prices and deals when I travel to Binghamton.

Good selection of clothes and shoes, reasonable priced. Alittle short staff like everything else but very friendly. I do think they need to label there sales prices better on items.

I shop more often, fair price with good quality. However, I feel they need to add more options for T-shirts and trousers.

Amazing store! One of the original department stores. You can find just about anything here. The people are nice and they do offer free gift wrapping on the top floor.

Update: The store is unbelievably hot. No AC working. It's too hot to shop or try on clothes. Workers have sweat dripping from their faces.

I really like Boscovs. I always find what I need, and sometimes stuff I didn't even know I needed!

I was profiled in your store on 5/23/23 and still don't know why.manager in store told me nothing is going to be done.

Always has what I want and the prices can't be beat! First stop for clothing and housewares.

I love boscovs however this one is a little bit old & run down especially the elevators definitely needs to either move to another spot or be upgraded

Great to see such a place still exists! Needs to do an update as it is dated but.was great to walk through a true department store

First time I visited here and I loved it. Very nice and lots of collection. Only problem I felt that store temp was little warm.
