The worst service i see on my life, worst Borsalino hat i see! Don't buy anything from them, especially not online, they will take advantage of you, and they will try to steal you. It's not a real Borsalino.

It was my first time buying a hat since my bar mitzva almost 15 years ago, I was a bit nervous at first but Yitzchok Pevzner took really good care of me I am very happy with my new hat.

After completely smashing my hat in between a seat, I brought it in to this store for "reblocking", and within a few days I got it back, and it looked like brand new.

We had an amazing experience shopping here for our son's bar mitzvah. They were beyond helpful in a crazy set of circumstances! Not shopping anywhere else from now on. Yitzchok and Levi were incredible!

Heads up a people I have news for you! The Borsalino hats are not made in the same factory Anymore! That’s why the quality of the hat is not the same, I have notice that on my hat they felt to soft to begin with. I bough at the borsalino store six month ago. I got this information from a reliable source. They are fooling people with their hats it’s no where near the quality as it used to be.

Unprofessional salespeople, who dont know how to fit hats on my BAR MITZVA boy.they sold my son the wrong size and we are not happy about it, i came from LA and my experience was just awful, i will not go back or recommend people to buy their hats by them. HIRE PEOPLE THAT KNOW HATS NOT SOME YESHIVA BOYS WHO JUST CAME OFF THE STREETS.

They sold me a Torino hat. I paid about 200$ for it. After three weeks (in which there was no rain and the hat didn't fall on the floor) the brim in the front (the Kneitch) just wouldn't go down. When i came complaining to the store, he (pevzner, or whatever his name is) said: 'look, you paid for junk so you got junk. '
What a chutzpah! I paid 200 dollars and he said it was a good hat. Don't sell junk. And if you sell junk don't take 200$ for it! And if you do, at least tell me that you're giving me junk! Don't lie to me!

Had a great experience! Needed to exchange a hat for a bigger size I was In and out in five minutes

Not only they sell nice hats, their service was equal to none. Mendel was very helpful and they did it all with a smile.

Rude, horrible, and unprofessional customer service! They hats are so soft.not like it used to be years ago, and they charging people over $326 for a hat that will fall apart in half a year! Shop someplace where at least they will treat people with respect and courtesy.

My hat TORINO that i bought from them in July is total waste of my $200, it got so soft so quickly that i cannot wear it.i was very unhappy with the quality they told me its a good and it will last for years.they LIED and they have no shame about it.when i took it back to them they wanted to charge me another $25 dollars to press the hat.i will NO LONGER walk it to that borsalino store they are bunch of GONIVES and THIEFS!

Had old hat nice cleaned and spots taken out—no charge! I returned on payday and purchased the top-of-the -line Trionfo. Delicious experience! NHIGHLY recommend
