I’ve been getting facials here for the last 6 months leading up to my wedding. I couldn’t be happier with Zhanna and the products they use. I have been getting so many compliments since I started here and my skin was glowing on my wedding day!

Wonderful place! I usually have Biologique facials and always very happy with the results! You can also buy Biologique products there. All estheticians are very knowledgeable. I bought few SkinCeuticals products as per my esthetician’s recommendation and my skin issues are gone! Combination of both - professionalism and great products they offer - make my skin happy and prevent from aging. I really recommend this place!

BodyFactory Skin care is the place you want to go to! The facility is very modern and clean, the staff is super professional. I booked Biologique Recherche facial with zhanna. Zhanna is super knowledgeable and friendly. My face was glowing! I will be going back for laser treatment and some face treatment that zhanna has recommended. Thank you for a great service!

At The Body Factory Skin Care, I always feel pampered and taken care of. I usually make reservations via Maria, but she wasn't available, so I took a chance and made a reservation with Kandis at the West Village location. I visited Faces Med Spa to receive fillers for my under eyes, however the experience was a complete catastrophe since they fill my cheeks instead! When Kandis saw how miserable I was, she assured me she would look after me, and she dissolve the filler.   Kandis performed a fantastic job. I will defiantly reserve with her again.

Had deep laugh lines that bothered me and I’m only my early 32 thankfully the staff at this clean and friendly establishment were able to help! Juvaderm for the win! Before and after. After was taken about 35 min after, and was told lines will smooth out about 40%more after about a week. Couldn’t be happier.

Had a great HydraFacial here and the product that was recommended to me is working very well for my skin. Can’t wait to come in for my next visit!

I had absolutely amazing biological R facial with one of the best esthetician Zhanna. Body Factory offers professional help with your skin. My esthetician was knowledgeable and offer concrete and true advice. She did not push the products, however I purchase it few. Body Factory is an amazing place. My skin feels so good.

I’m not one to write reviews, but I’m so impressed at how amazing my skin feels and looks even after a week of getting a Hydra Facial. I’m so appreciative to the Body Factory Skin Care and specially to Zhanna, which has a gentle touch. I will definitely come back to Zhanna on my return from my overseas trip.

I loved the experience from start to finish! Zhanna offered an excellent service. She did my hydrafacial and I am very happy with the results. My skin is so smooth and glowing. It’s now been about a week after my facial and my skin is getting better and better. Highly recommend for you to go to Zhanna!

Tanya did a wonderful job with hydrafacial the other day! I had reserved for my appointment, but noticed that the front desk person never went in the back to alert Tanya that I had arrived for my appointment (she used her assumptions and only texted Tanya a few times expecting to hear back instead of just knocking on her door since her next appointment had arrived). Either immature or not trained properly was the first impression I got from this visit as she had wasted so much of my time. I recommend BodyFactory to implement a strict training process for the front desk staff to stay respectful of everyone's time if they want to stay in this business.

I was lucky enough to get a hydra facial with Zhanna. It was absolutely pleasant and painless. My skin is glowing. And place itself is beautiful, very futuristic interior design.

Don't think their supplies are legit.lots of time "mixing" or is it watering down? Wow read the other reviews.

Pia was EXCEPTIONAL. Clinic is clean, modern, pretty:) and everyone is polite and professional. Pia took her time and explained everything for my hydrafacial. I will definitely be back!

I recently went to Body Factory to have Botox applied to my forehead and eye area. This wasn’t my first time receiving Botox but it was my first experience at Body Factory. I have to say that I was really impressed with the treatment I received there. My aesthetician Vanessa was very professional and knowledgeable. She knew exactly where my problem areas were and I have never been happier with my results. I will definitely be going back.

I cancelled my appointment after I saw the number of bad botox reviews. The person on the phone was so rude! Posting fake reviews to your competitors is extremely unethical. I would never trust a practice that stoops this low. From the number of 1 star ratings, I question the authenticity of your injectables.

Why is everyone so rude there? It has been several weeks and no results.wondering what they are really injecting into people. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Ok it’s more like Botch Me Factory. They were really understaffed and it felt like we were cattle. They would barely answer any question. I look so scary now. Bad botox and fillers. Go somewhere else.

Very cold atmosphere and service. They use a nice brand of products (dermatologica) but I Was very disappointed with the facial itself, and afterwards my skin had dry patches. Would not recommend.

Last night I had Dee which was nice, knowledgeable and professional. Place is clean but I personally don’t like the gray all around.

Went in for pre-30th bday Botox, and I’m very impressed with results! The facility is very chic and clean, and staff was incredibly nice and welcoming! Vanessa was fantastic to work with! Will definitely continue seeing her for future work:)

The worst service I have ever seen. I went there for eyebrow lifting. No change in my face. I bought 20 units of Botox. In other place, I used to buy less units for my eyebrows and I had wonderful results. I do not recommend this place. Zero stars.

It's been 2 weeks since my visit to BodyFactorySkinCare and I'm finally ready to post a review. I'm extremely pleased with results. I can honestly say that the services provided are top notch. Vanessa RN is now my go to person she is very knowledgeable in her field and very passionate about her work. Overall an amazing experience. 5star well deserved!

I went there for botox of my forehead (I did it several times before with the SAME 20 UNITS) but it was my first time here, Dyana did it for me, after more than 3 weeks it doesn't work and I easily can frown just like I didnt have any injection (photo attached)! I returned to show them the result and asked them to fix it (as Dyana told me the first day) but they didn't do anything just recommended to BUY more botox units.obviously customer satistaction means nothing to them.total waste of money and time, If you want to choose this place think twice! 7/15/19

Had Radiesse cheek fillers done by Derek and I absolutely love them! Not only is he very knowledgeable but also very professional! The spa is very nice also! Pleased all around with the front desk person to the procedualist!

Got terrible botox results there. Asked to treat my crows feet and and a little bit forehead. Derek treated my forehead totally. I feel it very heavy now, like I can't open my eyes. And my eyebrows r drooping a lot. I look like an old alcoholic! In 5 days after treatment I went there again to try fix that problem and the only way they offered me was a free laser skin tightening session on my forehead but it didn't change anything! (anyway Mila was great). So now i will be looking in the mirror and hate myself for like 3-7month. Iam doing botox over 6 years and this is my first negative experience. So people if u appreciate ur face and don't wanna look terrible after botox think twice before you go there.

I’ve had 2 sessions so far with Olivia. Once at the UWS before UES was open, and once east. I’ve been waxing for 10 years and so was obviously so nervous, but I had to make a change I couldn’t take my Ingrown hairs anymore. Let me tell you that she makes you feel SO comfortable. She’s quick, but efficient and talks to you the whole time so that you don’t even realize what’s happening and then all of a sudden you’re done. If you are on the fence about laser, jump over the fence and join us! If you can get to the UES ask for Olivia she’s amazing!

Vanessa RN was great! I was always so nervous about getting Botox because I am afraid of the outcome and needles but she made me feel very comfortable for my first time. She’s very knowledgeable and professional. The place is nice, clean, and big. I love that they have different locations and other treatments such as laser hair removal. Front desk Jay is very welcoming and knowledgable as well. Thank you!

I went today for a facial, they just open doors, all clean, super design! Very professional and knowledgeable staff, definitely will be back! 5 stars!
