I love it here! As a local, I love coming here year round. The facials and massages are great. The products they use for facials are also lovely.

Lovely massage. Not sure if they have a regular maternity bolster, my masseuse had me lie on my side because I’m late term.

I have gone here multiple times. I made an appt. I showed up for appt, to be told you have to have a note from your doctor to have a massage. "stating you can have a massage". Not one time prior did i need a note. They over booked for the time slot. No one call me prior or when I made the appt, Stating i need a doctor note, a wasted 30 min trip and time.

Asked several times to please cut toe nails short. Has a goft certificate they would not honor unless i had three digits off the gift giver credit card.

I'm new to the area and looking for a spa that I can go to regularly.coming from Long Island. I'm used to a certain level of service.
THIS Won't be the place getting my business unfortunately.and I'll tell you why!

I do door dash.and I delivered an order to this place once for sushi.and they tipped very poorly.

It always amazes me when people who count on tips.don't tip well themselves.you want someone to get your food for you.use their time.gas.and you act cheap.pshhh.like we aren't part of the neighborhood!

When I get my nails done. I tip $20 to each person.manicure.pedicure massage.facial.whatever.sometimes $30 if i had glitter nail polish.
I sure as heck don't tip $3.so insulting.and I guarantee you.that mentality carries over to your work.

Be a decent human being for God sakes!

David was amazing! He really seemed to know what he was doing. Great environment. Also for the maternity massage they have a large pillow with the cut outs for belly and breasts so you can lay on your stomach, which is nice as some places don’t have that and make you lay on your side.

Had a great facial by Breanna. Nice place, great amosphere, looking forward to trying other services.

I got a massage that left me feeling more anxious than when I got there. The room was cold, the attendants hands were cold, and the massage did not feel professional. Two years ago I had the best massage here and this experience left me never wanting to go. At this point I will not be returning.

My friends and I had the most wonderful experience here! This is a great spa. The employees are very good at what they do, very knowledgeable and professional. I love that they use an organic skincare line, and the sauna and steam room were great too! Lounge room is very comfortable and relaxing and beautifully decorated. Will definitely go back again! (Very affordable too)

Went here and had David as my massage therapist. He wasn’t kidding when he said this was going to be better then the rest!

Had a maternity massage here while visiting the Adirondacks. Everyone was so polite and professional. My masseuse was incredible and definitely knew how to help a pregnant mama get some relief and relaxation.

I would recommend this place to anybody who's looking for a facial pedicure manicure massage the guy at all all natural lotions oils and masks loved every minute of it. Staff extremely friendly.

So comfortable from start to finish. Knowledgeable staff. Everyone pleasant and a clean calm atmosphere. I got a massage and she listened to my needs.

My sister and I have been coming here several years now. Jeannette gave me one of the best massages of my life! Perfect pressure and focused on all the areas I needed. I highly recommend having her for a perfect Swedish massage! I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed

Not great on bookings via phone! I was expecting them to call me if there were cancellations and or if there weren’t to book me the following day. It turned out that they have not book me and was expecting but rather was very disappointed.

Amazing products, on the more expensive side but you get what you pay for! Brittany, who was working the desk the time I went, helped me pick out new and amazing products and just gave me samples of things I should try. Going back to buy the full size products because they were amazing!

Phenomenal is an understatement! I received a one hour swedish massage from David who was absolutely incredible! He was very attentive and considerate to areas that needed special attention! I will definitely be recommending you to everyone I know!

I have been a client of this place for awhile and love their services, always a professional and courteous staff. Well, today I stopped by to get a gift certificate and was told they don't do them, but you can have this brocure with services and add cash to it for the person. What an unprofessional way to sell (actually not sell) services. I was prepared to buy a $500 certificate for a friend, and now will find another spa. This review in no way reflects their services, they do a great job, just a bad gift certificate policy!

Amazing service! Had a wonderful deep tissue massage with David, he was fantastic. Also had a blueberry slimming body wrap and skin brightening facial with Breanna which was equally as wonderful. Live the skincare products. Feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated! Highly recommend!

The entire place is relaxing and perfect, you feel relaxed and ready the second you walk in the door. We had a couple massage, mine being a maternity (24 weeks). By far the best massage I’ve ever had. Wish we lived closer!

After some reajustes of our scheduled time, my husband and I had an amazing time during our couples massage. The place has a great vibration with 528hz music, healing your mind and body. I am pregnant and desperate for a massage to help lose some accumulated liquids. I had a blessed time with David. He is a sweet soul, beautiful energy and amazing masseuse! I noticed my body is defined and way less liquids! A bless for me! My husband masseuse mentioned it was her last client and she completed her carrier of 30 years. Dealing with others energy is such an incredible journey, I wish you Amanda a life time of happiness for all you have done throughout your time! I will recommend to stop by the store and get yourself some love goodness, to body and mind! They have a beautiful collection. Looking forward to come back soon!

My original review was not good. I wasn’t satisfied with my experience. I then booked another massage with Samantha because my friend recommended her. I am very happy I did. She really got into my sore muscles and her technique was awesome. I left feeling refreshed and new. I’ll definitely be back!

From the greeting to the gratitude expressed when you are leaving, every staffer if pleasant, professional and polite. David is the BEST for a relaxing, thorough massage that invites positive energy to flow and bad ibigibiies to leavr. But that's not to say other masseuse s are not. Get a double treatment and enjoy a facial thereafter. Their product line is AHHHHMAZING too. If you are buying or treating a friend or family or yourselfie for a spa experience, do yourself a favor and call Body Relief. The facilities are as impeccable as their team and operations

I went to body relief and spa and got a swedish massage from samantha. All I have to say is wow, exceeded my expectations in all aspects I just wish I would have got the full hour. Samantha connected with my body to the fullest extent it's like her hands and arms melted into me and worked all the tension out of my body from the inside out. 5/5 all the way I will definitely be back I just wish I left her a bigger tip

I’ve gone here every year on vacation for last few years. Very clean and relaxing. One of the best deep tissue massages I’ve had. Paul was very professional and suggested a stretch for my upper back. Thanks!

One of the best spas I ever visited. Each massage therapist has been wonderful. I am partial to Jennette who has "magical hands" which hands hone in on the achy parts of my body and fixes what needs to be fixed.
I just booked a double session with her and cannot wait to go there in 10 days!
BTW: Jennette is as nice as she is proficient. What a pleasure. 5 stars*****? I give it 10.

My girlfriend and I got a couples massage here during our vacation. They where very enjoyable massages. My girlfriend said Paul gave here the best deep tissue massage she ever had.

I am definitely not a complainer & I have had at least a dozen messages in the past.normally when the person giving the message ask if there is any place to focus on, usually that means they will spend more time there than anywhere else.but it certainly shouldn't be the only place they do! This is the most disappointing message to date! Definitely won't be back unless management dose right by me!

All staff members were the epitome of professional. Paul was my masseur and he applied the perfect level of pressure. Paul even advised me of a stretch I could do to help relieve tension in my shoulders. I would recommend this business to anyone and would encourage anyone reading the one star comments to also consider that those leaving those comments may likely be unsatisfied with most businesses and in most contexts. I have no complaints (except with myself; I should’ve booked the 90-minute Swedish massage)!

Had a massage today with Crystal. It was fabulous. Very relaxing. She is very personable and has a great touch. Will definitely be back. Thank you for a relaxing time.

I had a wonderful experience. My technician (David) made sure to check and make sure I was comfortable at all times with different movements and different pressures. But what really impressed me was he showed me different stretches I could do to improve my mobility and reduce my back and hip pain. I highly recommend Body Relief And Spa

I just had my first ever massage and it was fantastic! I can now see what I have been missing all these years:). My masseuse was Jeannette and I highly recommend her services. The room was warm and dimly lit and the essential oils that were used were a delight. Upon exiting my appointment I received a birthday gift from the front desk. I greatly appreciate that and I thank you. I look forward to visiting body relief again for some rest and self care️

I have been to this spa in the past for a massage and loved it. I recently received a facial and was absolutely blown away! I had a young lady named Catelyn perform an anti-aging facial on me and she was not only professional, but informed me about caring for my skin and gave plenty of feedback regarding the condition of my skin. The facial was luxurious and relaxing.but very beneficial as well. The next morning I woke up with baby smooth skin and I couldn't believe the improvement! I can't wait to go back!

Please, if you are undecided about having a treatment at this spa.give them a try. You will be so happy you did!

This is the only place I go when I can splurge on myself. Beautiful decor, very friendly staff and I have never had a bad massage. Pleased every time.
