Loved my 60min Massage with Morgan! Super relaxing and I learned some new tips about how to breathe better. They shared a visualization of a library that really resonated with me… and I loved that the way they told me how to relax was “I gotchu”. I felt such a relief letting go. Great experience. Highly recommend!

My experience was great! Very calm, clean, nice environment. My massage therapist, Cat, was very knowledgeable and had great technique and made me feel comfortable.

Bodhi offers great services with well trained practitioners. The customer service is outstanding and the front desk experts make booking easy and they are well informed about the differences in services. Everyone from front desk onward are customer focused and excel at what they do! I highly recommend.

Ilse is great, she really listened to my problem areas and spent a lot of time focusing on them! Cute gift shop too!

Cat was extremely polite, and professional while giving me a phenomenal massage. She helped me relax and gave me some much needed stress relief.

" Staff has the sauna ready when it's supposed to be. Don't mind being turned away when they have massages scheduled, as the sauna therapy is part of an ongoing treatment for Lyme disease and when you're booked, I say, Good on ya'. "

Last July I had an amazing scrub and massage from Nancy. I will be seeing her tomorrow, 2/22/20 for a deep tissue CBD oil massage and can’t wait. When I walked into Bodhi last year, I was back in “Sedona. ” Amazing energy from Nancy and the environment.

Small yoga class in lovely room and good teacher. Room went a bit cold towards end of class and some issues with sound system. "

We did the Saturday morning yoga class with Nina, which was fantastic. Loved the class itself and a big part of that was the good energy, calmness, and expertise that Nina brought. We really enjoyed this! After yoga, we did a couples massage - I do not remember our specialists’ names, but they were very nice and professional. The massages were great. We both were impressed by the space at Bodhi - really liked the room we were in and the waiting room with spa water / comfy blankets was a nice touch. We don’t live in Hudson, but we’re not too far away - after the great experiences, definitely open to making more trips!

Welcoming space (fuzzy pillows, comfy couches, lemon water and tea) talented massage therapists (Inanna and Sarah) heated table (mmmmm), hot towels (ahhhhh), essential oils (oooooh) all a part of the couples Swedish massage. The only downside was that the room seemed a bit cold about halfway through. Other than that it was the cats pajamas.

Bodhi is one of my favorite places in Hudson. I live in Hudson part-time, and have come to love recharging in the infrared sauna at Bodhi. I also have gotten massages there, and really appreciate the quiet, serene setting. Even when I'm popping in just for a 30 minute sauna session, I'm not rushed and really feel like I'm having the full spa experience. The people who work at Bodhi are truly wonderful and helpful, and during my last visit since I was early, they even gave me an extra 15 minutes in the sauna for free! I'll be going to Bodhi for as long as I can!

Wow! I came here with such tightness and soreness in my upper body- I could barely put on my coat by myself. I did a one hour hot stone relaxing message with Colleen, she was excellent! Though it was a full body message, she focused her energy on my chest and back and applied the right pressure to release my tension. I walked out being able to easily put on my coat. It was magic! Very appreciative of Colleen and her power message therapy:)
