Our review on our recent car purchase experience: ⁃ Our salesman Chris Codd, could use some training on how to act more professional and respectful to customers ⁃ Since there was only one key fob with the new car, and Chris said they wouldn’t throw another one in for us, we asked him if we purchased a second key fob, could we bring it to their Ford dealership to have it programmed at no charge.and he said they already did a bunch of stuff for us, they can’t do any more ⁃ Well, the new vehicle had very bad tires, tread was extremely worn - on a 2 year old car? So we asked to get new ones put on, because they probably wouldn’t have passed inspection? - that’s not any kind of favor, it should’ve been done before it was up for sale and we told him we wouldn’t have bought the new car with tires on it in the shape they were in… ⁃ Also, Chris said ‘we gave you way more for the trade in than it’s even worth’…the blue book value on our trade in is 16k-18.5k, and we got 17k, no favor there either because it’s totally worth it…no car dealer would give more than it’s worth, and it’s just a rude comment ⁃ We told him that doing a thing like throwing in a second key fob is such a small gesture from the dealer, but a huge thing to us, and would really make a customer happy…he said ‘I don’t think we could do anything to make you happy’ (rudest comment ever), and also about the key fob he said ‘I don’t own the company, so it’s not on me’ and we said ‘well you are the salesman working with us, so you should care more how we feel when we leave here’. It was apparent that he didn’t really care ⁃ So Chris’s attitude and tone was not appreciated at all, it wasn’t a good experience: ( *** But on a good note, your service guy Dave, who did work on our traded-in Tahoe, had excellent customer service and worked very quickly for us, so please give him a lot of credit for that! Did a great job with everything but the airpresure in the tires. I had to remind them that I was there for a tire rotation and that May have thrown them off. The low pressure light never reset.
Dan, my service adviser at Bob Johnson Auto Group, did a great job getting my car inspected, oil changed, tires rotated, along with new brake pads and rotors. He applied discounts and rebates so I got value from the dealership. Their shuttle service also was great. Thank you!
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Relaxed environment. Easy check out process. My car was treated with care and concern. Problem was fixed and they got me back out on the road! Thank you!
I needed an oil change and tire rotation and m my Cadillac Escalade. I was greeted by a friendly service person and she directed me to pull into the shop it was like a nascar put crew. Every one know their job and called it out I never got out of my vehicle. It was very convenient and done professionally. The now have a lifetime customer
This is the second time having my gmc terrain serviced at Bob Johnson. Andy has been fantastic to work with both times. He’s knowledgeable and confident in his assessments of my vehicle and does not try to do work that isn’t necessary. Great communication by Andy as well.
I was so impressed with the staff as they all knew their job and were very polite. They worked very well as a team. Joe was amazing. I will definitely be back and also let others know of my positive experience. You should definitely be proud of the crew that was working that day. My business will only be with your company in the future. Congratulations on a great staff and Joe’s great communication skills
Consistent quality care service: Attentative representatives in both the oil change care & service department. I also like the consistency of having the same service representative each time my car is in need of repairs that consistency lets me know that that specific customer service rep knows my vehicle needs.
Very happy with the service including the shuffle service to work and back. Cost if course was much more than expected, seems that dealer prices are always much more enormous!
Wasn’t pleased with any of the work done on my car i had to bring it back every time you did the work and I was not pleased with the work you did on my roof you cost me $1000 in work that has to be redone so no bob won’t get my business again
Andy was the service wrighter and was very friendly and professional. Paul is the mechanic who did the work on my Corvette and the work was done first class. He does neat clean work and is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them both for any future service work.
Mike D was great to work with. He was super detailed and always very quick to get me any questions I had answered. The whole buying experience with the dealership was very nice. And efficient! Mike even accommodated me around my work schedule drove the car over 2+ hours to meet me for delivery! That say another about commitment to the customer. Great dealer! Great staff!
Brought my fleet vehicle in for some routine maintenance and to fix a noise. Vehicle was repaired perfectly, however, the booking process and pick up process both need work. It was more challenging than it needed to be. Don’t know if I’d go back.
