I received excellent service from Genesee Valley, Bob Johnson in Avon, NY. My Chysler 300 was due for an oil change and inspection. They were prompt and courteous.

Service at this dealership overpriced and shady. I have an extended warranty on a 2019 GMC sold to me new by this organization. It gets annual rust protection spray every year. Because the service tech said the issue was "caused" by rust, insurance coverage was denied. I asked for the parts back and took them to another repair shop. Other than the surface discoloration, you could see the shiny, fresh metal where the mounting bracket snapped. It was not caused by rust.
The dealership caused the claim to be denied by extended warranty coverage and then overcharged for the parts. The insurance company alerted me to this. When I brought it up to the service manager, they said they only have negotiated pricing with the insurance companies and can basically charge whatever they decide to paying customers. I will never buy any vehicle from this dealership and will never take anything there for service. They are #1 in the nation for ripping customers off!

Tommy was fantastic to deal with. Went out of his way to take shots of a used car we were interested in. Very detailed, just like Carvana. We are 4 hours away and could not coordinate a trip out before the car we were interested in sold, but just wanted to reach out and say my experience was great!

Big shout out to Anthony Suttera! It’s rare you receive such excellent customer service in this day and age. Anthony is a true master of his art. Very refreshing!

I took my 2019 High Country in for an oil change a few weeks ago. We just moved to the area, I asked around about this dealership and was given mixed reviews but basically figured I wanted to have my truck serviced by a GM dealership and it was just an oil change.

I was wrong, they didn’t tighten the oil filter on properly and over the next couple weeks it became a little more loose. I started out by seeing the occasional drop of oil and thought for sure it was a different vehicle, then I saw more and more (at the time I wasn’t parking in my garage), finally I started to park in my driveway and saw oil spots in the morning, the first morning I wasn’t completely sure it was from my truck, the next morning there was no doubt. Got under the truck and the filter was indeed loose. Fortunately I was only down just over a quart.

When you have that much invested in a vehicle you would think the dealership would take care but I suppose it was “just an oil change “ for them.

Needless to say, I’ll never be back and I’d recommend you stay away, we have too many options.

Garth, Cole, Shawna and the woman who cashes you out (sorry do not know her name) are the best! They go above and beyond to take care of you.

I went to avon to look at a new or used truck.preferably a ford. I don't know whether new or used.maybe a 2020 or newer. They were all way too expensive, way. What is going on with cars and trucks? A 4 year old pikup with 65,0000 miles for 60k?
They are all nuts.

I inquired about many vehicles and Cole got back about some. End story for all of them, he stopped responding with no answers, leaving me hanging and I gave up trying.

Was first greeted and the sales guy acted very nice, waited about a week for them to not call me back about the application and had to wait outside for an hour for nothing. Wanted to put us in a brand new 22 truck, said nothing else would work and never hear back.

We have been leasing all of our cars from Bob Johnson's for years. Bob Dehondt is the best he is a great sales person. He has been our saleserson for a long time and he has helped us with everything and is always available when we need him. Love Bob Johnson they are the best and I will always trust them with leasing our cars. Never have any problems with them.

It surprises me that the dealer can not install a safety cage that GM sells in the new 2022 van the company bought from them. They have to get another company to install it. Looks pretty simple install.

Took my 2022 Traverse in for an oil change, tire rotation and for them to check on a noise coming from the power steering. When I picked my vehicle up they said that they lubed the power steering, but were not able to find anything wrong with it. The service advisor, Joe, told me that it was still making the noise, but "you can't hear it with the radio on. " REALLY? ! THIS IS A BRAND NEW VEHICLE! It should not be making any noises! I've made 3 payments on it. Not impressed with this Bob Johnson dealership at all and I will never take a vehicle back there nor will I recommend it to anyone.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived about 20 minutes early and my car was taken right in. Everyone that I spoke with were very friendly and professional.

This 2022 Chevy Silverado is the six vehicle that I have purchased from Bob Johnson 390 since 2016. I plan on purchasing my next vehicle from there as well. Bob Johnson 398 the top notch dealership!

I got my new truck from Bob Johnson 390 in April. Everything went well from the day one of the sale process to delivery. Staff from all departments were nice and helpful. The dealer deserved a 5-star rating. However, the sales rep, Jordan Shaw got a 6-star rating. He got the sale completed perfectly for all aspects and threw in the deal a few goodies even after sale negotiation. Jordan even picked me up at my house which is about 22 miles one way to the dealership for delivery with his brand new 2022 Corvette with only 150 miles on it. I will do business again with Bob Johnson 390, and Jordan definitely will be my sales rep again!

I came to pick up the car, take the client away, the manager came to meet me, asked how I got there, offered coffee, water, great coffee, other dealerships need to learn from this how to behave with people, the American proverb says “Treat people as you would you wanted to be treated! ”

Don't trust what they say about the vehicles I bought one and it was in an accident and they they don't know about it and now they will not fix it after my mom and Dad paid for extra car coverage for three years

Great service and the sales agent Josh Cosner was very friendly and cared more about customer service than just making a quick buck, i would definitely recommend

I had a very good experience. The manager Joe was very professional and accommodating with helping me redeem my Chevrolet rewards to pay for my oil change. They were very effecient at doing the work and my cars service took about an hour. Bob Johnson Chevrolet is my number one choice for service.
