Vestal Storage was all that I could expect. Signup was easy, storage unit was clean and when it was time for me to stop the rental, it was no problem. Questions were answered promptly and it was a good experience.

All in all decent storage place. With the big exception being the nutty old lady behind the counter. She gets angry easy and will put on a crazy lady show for you if you irritate her.

I am currently using the Geneseo units which I found to be clean and well maintained. The staff has been exceptional in their job as I switched to a bigger unit, which went extremely smoothly. I would highly recommend this store facility.
