Overall a positive buying experience! We shopped around and talked to a few other BMW dealerships in the NY region and BMW of Brooklyn was by far the most willing to work with our needs. Andy was very informative re: the current line up of cars and did his best to take our preferences into consideration when finding the right vehicle for us. Vito, the manager, was also very helpful in stepping in to discuss pricing and incentives available at the time of purchase and went above and beyond to make sure we were completely happy with our purchase and experience. The estimated delivery window of our vehicle was pretty accurate and pick-up was very smooth. Ammar in finance was also very helpful in breaking down all the documents and numbers. Will definitely come back for our next BMW needs.

Our experience with Leo at BMW of Brooklyn was stellar. We purchased an X5 that he helped us custom build, and the whole process was seamless and efficient from start-to-finish. Leo is a true pro - knowledgeable, informative and transparent - and we could not be happier with our purchase and the overall experience. We left the lot with our new car today and were in and out in an hour and a half. 5 stars all around!

Leo was great and helped me. He walked me through all my options and help me walk out with a new BMW truck at a decent price. He is a good guy and not pushy. Called me a couple of times but no overbearing and just checked in here and there before my lease maturity date.

My service advisor was very helpful and friendly. He added that extra little something that made me feel more like a friend than a customer. For that he gets my 5 for Excellent Customer Service

Great experience working with Anthony Miccio. Clear communication throughout as our car was being built and during a small recall delay. Even with the delay we still got the car weeks ahead of the original date provided.

Had a great experience leasing my first car in the United States with Andy Tse. Andy is a true professional. I would highly recommend requesting him if you go to this location. He was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles and made the whole process quick and easy.

Amazing process and efficiency of getting my first car. The first day took only an hour including test drive, paperwork, and a deposit. I went back a few days later to finish up the buying process and was in and out with my car within half an hour.

This was the most smooth and easiest purchase I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Peter and Nicholas were amazing and made me feel at ease with my new vehicle. Terrible service, I lost my key and they told me to wait 3 weeks before I an have it towed in because the key they sold me just wouldn't pair.

Wonderful staff and experience. They gave me top dollar for my trade in and got me in a brand new car. Would never use another BMW dealer again.

Dear "Owner" Thanks for the quick reply and I hope for a quick resolution. Your dealer has had my plate and registration for 1 month since early December 2021, (now Feb 10,2022) and it is probably unlawful if not just bad business to hold plates and registration papers needed to drive legally because your staff over paid $2K to the DMV and are waiting for the check. Your staff's demands to cover their error by asking me to pay the over paid amount in escrow is insulting and assumes the worst in your customers and in fact the DMV. Continued holding of the plate/registration is nothing more than extortion.

This is the worst dealer I have ever dealt with. I have owned many BMWs and Porsche and every experience was quite decent, as these are "luxury sport" brands after all and customer service is paramount to loyalty at these prices. Purchased a 2022 X3 i40M in Oct.and was told the plates and registration (out of state) would be take time (understandable due to covid). It is now February 2022 and after various attempts to find the reason for the continued delay I was shocked to discover that the plates and registration had arrived in December 2021 but BMW Brooklyn overpaid the taxes to the DMV and are holding my plates and registration hostage until the DMV pays them for the taxes BMW Brooklyn overpaid! So I am still driving with no plate and registration although they have been released by the DMV. These people think this is good customer service. Have escalated this serious matter to BMW Corporate who are also shocked at the treatment. Let's see how this ends.there are many BMW dealers around, I chose the WRONG one. Hope you don't make the same mistake.

I was all set to make a purchase on a new BMW and had some complexities around my trade-in. I spoke with the general manager, Carmine, who took care of all of my concerns while being incredibly responsive, transparent, and helpful. It’s nice to get good service but it’s invaluable to get great service when you have an issue (a rarity!). That’s the reason I will continue to do business with BMW of Brooklyn and encourage others to do the same.

Great customer experience

David Liang was phenomenal in taking us through the lease process and tutorial on the vehicle. He was attentive and answered all our questions. Our car came ahead of the expected delivery date.

I will NEVER deal with this dealership ever again. I ordered a BMW M850i Convertible and was all excited to make the order. Problems from the start because they raised the price after we already agreed right away I should have backed away but I kept put. Weeks went by and salesman said car will be delivered this day and then stopped answering me. Finally I got fed up with waiting and called the dealership to speak with a manager. Manager tells me they took my name off the car without even notifying me and my salesman never even told me. So essentially they made me wait weeks and then told me sorry and hung up. I’ll be going to a dealership in New Jersey because these guys clearly do not know how to operate a business nor do they care about the customer. The manager Nick shouldn’t be in his position because he knows NOTHING about customer service. I came to find out at the end that my car was sold a car I PUT A DEPOSIT ON A CAR I CUSTOM BUILT FOR MYSELF. Never again. Stay far away don’t waste your time.

If you would like to waste time and want the worse service perfect place to go, they had me change my appointment and then on service day they wouldn’t accommodate me for coming in 30 mins early, not sure what makes them think they can make changes but when the customer who’s paying you wants to come in just a bit early they straight up tell you no, first and last time calling these people, not professional at all but i guess that’s what you get in Brooklyn dealership! Sad for BMW to provide this kind of service and hire these kind of people!

Great experience with Client advisor Shahid Saleem. Leased a new X5 via email/phone. Went to pick up the car and everything went perfectly. Drove off the lot in 30 mins in my brand new X5. Wonderful experience with BMW of Brooklyn. Will be a repeat customer for sure!

Purchased my second BMW from Shahid Saleem in May of 2021 and the experience was just as good as the first. Always treated with respect and felt well taken care of. Always BMWofbrooklyn!

I have leased or purchased many vehicles from Audi to Volvo but was never treated so well as I was at Brooklyn BMW.

Everyone was extremely professional and courteous.
