Blue Beacon Truck Wash of Kirkwood, NY

Truck is clean, but Everytime I mention the mud and dirt that collects above the bumper of the trailer, and Everytime you say "we will get that today". Here we are again.and toss that dang flashlight

Visited again today, truck looks great, and they even got the mud off the back of the trailer. Thx guys.

6 guys working very hard getting my filthy truck clean. They do a great job here.
As far as how it takes to get in, that’s the way it goes at all truck washes.

Wow! What a great group. They did an amazing job on my truck. I forgot the person in charge's name. I think it is Brandon. He is a perfect example of how to represent a company. First class top-notch customer service. All of them showed great pride in their work.

I've been to a lot of these places. This one by far was the quickest and had the best quality wash job. The guys were all so friendly and didn't waist any time getting me in and out!

Was in and out faster than I thought, the line moved right along, they had six or seven guys washing trucks at the same time, they did a great job on my rig and tailer

Wait period was brief, washers payed close attention to detail, asked questions like "any particular areas we need to show extra attention to? " Highly recommend. I will return if I'm in the area and need a good truck wash

Wash was okk but too slow few truck in line and gotta wait 1.50 hrs for wash. Consider this

I just wash this truck on 9/14/22 this truck same as not wash this horrible wash I have did. Crazy and I pay 95 for this stupid wash I will never go there again.

6 guys working very hard getting my filthy truck clean. They do a great job here.
As far as how it takes to get in, that’s the way it goes at all truck washes.

Pretty quick and very detailed. Only set back is they get fracking trucks in there from PA that take 1-2 hours to clean all the oil and debris. If you get stuck in line behind one, make sure you have enough time left on the clock.

Absolutely fantastic experience and inexpensive. Definitely recommend for semi's and sprinter vans like myself

They always do a great job, only complaint I've ever had is they dont do tire dressing and they need more people, seems there always short of staff

They did a beautiful job. My trailer has been in the woods for 16 years. After they finished their work, it looks like new. Very happy with the friendly service.

3.5 hours waiting to get the truck washed. They really need a bypass lane because if I wasnt stuck in line there's no way in hell I would wait that long for a mediocre wash. That's on top of paying more because the truck was "dirty" with heavy mud. Not going back there again.

Driving trucks for over 20years got all my trucks washed at blue beacon. Sadly this blue beacon didn’t clean my rear frame had to ask them to clean it only to come back and tell me that it’s extra to wash the rest of my truck? Never have I seen this from a blue beacon. I’m calling their head quarters for this cause that never happened before.

Yeah, thanks blue beacon for turning me away for the second time because you were to close to closing. Thanks for that, customer service at its finest. WILL NOT becoming back. As your kind employee said “have a happy new year”

The guys here do a great job. This is the only Beacon I get through regularly. There is usually a line. I will not wait in line for hours to spend over $100 to get a hurried wash by worn out workers. Please add a lane here and please open a location in north Harrisburg! I would spend a lot more money with blue beacon if there were more locations and shorter lines! Syracuse needs one too!

Absolutely dissatisfied. 4 hour wait for a simple washout. No one in charge to talk with about their service. They did have a truck break down in the bay but let me be Absolutely clear. That was not the issue. Only two attendants on duty and neither apologized for the wait or thanked us for the business. Poor management. BTW, late to our pick up as well.

This truck wash did a great job made my truck and trailer Inside and Out Sparkle. I highly recommend them.

I only drive at nite, best way to roll, all ways get best washes at 0100 till 0400. No trucks so they pay more attention to the detail.anyways truck gets dirty next day no mater how great a job they do lol.

I took my 1 ton pickup and five horse aluminum trailer. I paid for the alumabrite and all the extras. While inside the bay things looks pretty good till we got it home. You would think with six guys with a pressure washer each they would get the tarnish off. I ended up having to purchase a gallon of alumabrite myself and pressure washing it in my driveway. Expensive lesson learned. I drove an hour and a half to get there one way paid $80 and head to end up doing all the detail work myself.
They did get a lot of the bulk of dirt and grime off. I won't drive 3 hours to go again. If I was going by one I would probably stop if I had time.

This was probably the worst wash i have received from a blue beacon. Did not even wash the back of the truck or front of trailer. The team did not even wash the same parts of the truck. Wheels were done poorly and the drive Wheels did not even get washed. This is why i never get the extra stuff, because you can't even get it clean on a basic wash.

They do qualify work, but if you Need a wash or washout at the speed of snail, come here. 6 trucks in front of me 3 hours to get into the bay for a washout. Won't be coming back here again

One of the slowest beacons in the country. Overpriced and the truck will still be soap covered. Is every single time. Somebody else please open a truck wash in Broome county!

Nice local establishment, serving cold beer and pub fare. Food was tasty and served with a smile in a friendly atmosphere!

Driving in upstate new York in the winter is bad untill I come here. They make my truck look all pretty again. Thank you guys.

This location is by far the best that I've been too!
It may take a little longer than normal but it's worth the wait!

Very fast it was snowing cut the heaters on to dry trailer. Very friendly and enjoyed my business so I enjoyed them

Very high standards in washing, very fast moving, very professional work, out of all truck washes blue beacon is of highest quality.

Left there with the truck looking as dirty as it did when I pulled in. I won't waste my time with them again

No spots! The wait was a little long but that's not their fault. Pretty standard in an area like this. They had plenty of staff to keep the trucks rolling through as fast as they could while still remaining thorough. One of the better Blue Beacons.

Just got a washout.

Best Blue Beacon I’ve been too. Incredibly friendly, very quick, nice location and easy to access.

Lines are usually long, can definitely use a second Bay. But the guys here are the hardest working blue beacon employees. Definitely better than the guys in maybrook. Expect to sit here a couple hours on a sunny day though.

Oh, also no tire shine. Kinda sucks. But they did recently get the under carriage rinse.

I loved the place because it was where I wanted it to be. Right on my way to a customer.
There are two lines there. At night only one was working.
Guys there were friendly and professional. They washed out my trailer to a perfect condition.
Please note: if you go through TA or directly, don't miss the right turn to the entrance. If you see Exit sight you should back up. If it is night time, you can go ahead like 1,500 feet and turn around on FedEx parking.

Very bad experience! Paid $113.94 for a truck and trailer wash with RainX on both. They leave a dirty spots on my truck.

They did one heck of a job washing my truck. There was about 6 of them so it took no time for my truck to be washed. 3 trucks were ahead of me and I only sat for 40 min.
