Bloomingdale's Outlet

Cant say that EVERY time at Bloomingdale's Outlet was the best shopping experience. But definitely the majority of them.

They missed out on my sale. I was in the store looking for some items and while it was near closing time I didn't think trying on a few pairs of pants would be a big deal. As I pulled up to the dressing room at 8: 46pm I was told "sorry the dressing room closes at 8: 45pm". If there was a sign I missed it and I sure didnt hear any announcement made over a loud speaker. I guess I was just supposed to know about this policy. Not such a great first impression for a visitor. Never have I ever been turned away from a sale while already inside a store. Had to leave at that point as I'm not buying merchandise that may not be the right size. Oh well, I'll shop elsewhere.

Not very impressed. Very tight aisles with a lot of overpriced clothes racks with clothes that don't look particularly well made.

Not good. As far as retailer off-price outlets go, this one is bottom of the barrel. The merchandise is sub par and the layout is terrible. Hardly worth opening the door to enter.

Still expensive, even tho it's an outlet. Some of the clothes r a hit and miss, but all and all not that bad. Lots of clearance items. Staff is friendly, near buses and trains. Some items r affordable. Near restaurants, other stores, and a movie a couple of movie theaters.

You can get great deals from major brands. It is a few stories with a separate section for men and women. It is easy accessable by subway. Customer service is good. I recommend visiting this outlet before a possible visit to Bloomindale's.

Sales associates worst service. I asked one associate where I can look for this particular clothes, just told me there. Some store associates will accompany Sherri it us not this store. There was a hanger on the floor. The same associate didn't even bother to pick it up. Someone could slide and hurt themselves if step in.

Service across the staff is quite poor, they appear disinterested and unfriendly, with one or two exceptions. Very off-putting, and a s shame. Also, it would be appreciated if they made full use of BOTH sets of fitting rooms, especially when there are very long queues to try items on. Please improve.

A true outlet store where you can find a lot of Bloomingdale's garb from big name brands, at very discounted prices. You do need to actually *find* the clothes however, since the racks are lined with mixed brands and sizes, only partially organized.

My biggest complaint about this store is the excessive music volume on the men's level. It was borderline torture the last time I went in, where I couldn't even hear myself think. I would have left 3 stars, if not for the nice employees. Although the store seems under-staffed, I've had a good experience with getting help both times I went in (after finding someone of course).

High end designer fashion galore. Chanel, LV, Gucci, Prada, they have it all. They have some mid tier brands as well including Diesel, G-star, Naked and Famous, and apc just to name a few. From time to time they have awesome sales. Service is a hit and miss if you're not a big spender.

Loved the items but the customer service not that good. I was at the queue for about 5 minutes and when the cashier decided to actually do her job she called and served the lady who was queuing behind me. I understand that the lady was with a baby and I wouldn’t mind if she had asked me but she didn’t, and I also didn’t like her attitude.
