Don’t ever come here if you’re looking for a professionally done French manicure. Had an absolutely terrible experience explaining to the nail tech that the French tip is too thick, and she still kept going even tho I told her it’s uneven and the white shouldn’t look like that.

She also charged my card an extra $10 for the “art”. And then tried to blame me for telling her I wanted the white done thin.

I can’t even look at my nails without being upset because it looks so sloppy for almost $100 gel manicure.

Got an acrylic fill, they accommodated my walk-in, were really nice, efficient and did a great job! Will come back for sure

The staff is funny and they do talk Chinese that make you feel like they’re talking about you lol but my gel manicure is going strong!

After being told the wait was 5 minutes, I proceeded to wait almost an hour. Then my technician did such a sloppy job my gel manicure chipped after 2 days. There was another girl who came in with the same issue while I was waiting, so I should have seen the warning signs. Another girl called to make an appointment and was told the wait was 45 minutes when she arrived. Not to mention, they forced everyone to use their “free atm” to pay. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience overall.

Sherry was the best. Clean and professional. I got the virtual nails and they were very quick to do.

Consistently great service, and accommodated my custom design. Very clean salon and reasonable prices. My go-to nail salon in the LES

Came here as this is the only place i could get into before 4th of july weekend gel has lifted after 3 days. Also, after giving a generous tip in cash to my technician i was then rudely asked if i had more to cash to pay for the service which i ended up paying by credit card.

Got a gel mani/regular pedi for good city prices.however, i’ve had THREE gel nails chip within 4 days.

I love this nail salon. I've been on and off over the past year for pedicures and finally decided to try them for my own nails (I'm very picky and I usually do them myself) Rita was amazing at my UV gel manicure, basically acrylics, very fast and thorough. They have EVERY shade in the UV gel- they're organized and all lined up by shade. It gets busy, and they use paper and pen for appointments, so be nice if they're too busy or if there is a 5 minute wait. Totally worth it.

It's ok. I have been twice and will not go back. The pedicure was very basic. I can wash my feet in a pan at home. It felt like it was a waste. My nails chipped 2 days after the first time. The second time it did the same thing. Ridiculous. It was my fault for going twice I won't make that mistake a third time.

This place is fantastic. It was my second time here (mani/pedi), and both nail technicians were phenomenal—both at nails AND chair massage. I had stubbed a toe and majorly broke the nail (so sad!) but they fixed it perfectly. Not sure who I had last time, but had Rita this time and she was wonderful. The place was also very clean, lovely ambiance, and reasonable prices. Absolutely will be going back (even between mani/pedi updates just for how great the chair massage was!)

I had my acrylics done here recently and left pretty unsatisfied. I loved the shape and color of the nails, but felt the paint job could’ve been better. Plus, the lady started painting them with regular polish even though I asked for gel, and assumed that’s what she would use. I was soo hungry and just wanted to leave to eat, so I didn’t complain- but I wish it would’ve been the gel I asked for. Bc of that, I had to sit under a fan for over 40 mins while they dried, and they dried with lots of air bubbles as you can see. Wasn’t a horrible experience, but wasn’t the best. They were super clean though

Absolutely fantastic, and way better than where I had been going. Clean, nice, did a great job of the spa mani pedi. And the massage was.legit amazing. Will definitely be my new nail spot!

I came to treat myself to a spa gel pedicure, regular manicure and massage. I had an amazing experience from start to finish. The space was clean, took all of the correct covid precautions, the items were all fresh and new. My pedicure and mani was not rushed at all, Landy took her time and really made sure I was happy and comfortable the entire time. Not too much conversation but enough to make sure we were going in the right direction. EXACTLY what I was looking for with my experience. I finished off with a 10 minute massage and left feeling like I was floating on the clouds. I would recommend this place to anyone and I look forward to going back in two weeks.

Amazing. They are very kind the place is so clean. I definitely recommend this place and the prices are not bad at all.

Paid $70 for one of the worst sets I’ve ever had done. All my nails are crooked and different shapes. I initially had to soak off and as anyone who gets their nails done regularly knows that can take some time. The nail tech was physically annoyed that she had to file away at my nails to help with the soak off. I was uncomfortable by the side chatter with her co workers and her clear lack of interest in her job. I’m sure the other techs there are lovely. I still tipped 20% even tho I had to have one of the other nail techs come over and finish. Unfortunately the first woman messed them up so bad that they could not be redeemed. I asked for a coffin shape and my tech had no idea how to do it the other tech had to come over and show her. So obviously I was immediately nervous they wouldn’t come out nice. Sure enough, they look terrible. I could’ve done them better myself. I’ll be contacting owner back for a reimbursement.
2 stars because it was spotless clean in there or else I’d give zero.
It’s rude and disrespectful to have side chatter about a customer when they’re sitting right in front you. Stop doing that ladies. It’s not cute.

Super great service and the price was very affordable compared to other local nail salons. The ladies there are nice and helped me pick through the other variety of colors that they have. Specifically, ask for RITA!

Great customer service and nice ladies. Everything is sanitized and cleaned. Followed covid rules with distancing and protective screens. Would go back in the future.

Good hygiene and clean environment. Excellent Job. Awesome color and super satisfied service.
