Rose is brilliant. ️️️ Not only do you get great color but you get one of the most positive experiences in NYC. She is so warm, personable and a pro at what she does. The vibe of the shop is just so great and positive. I give Rose and Blondify a very solid of ten out of ten ️Go there it is the best!

I absolutely can't say enough good things about Rose! She's truly the best. I've never been happier with how my hair looks. Rose goes above and beyond to educate you about your hair, suggesting the right products and giving tips on how to keep it healthy. Even though I have a lot of hair and the process took a while, Lauren and Rose made the entire experience amazing. The entire team of stylists is incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating such good vibes in the studio!

My appointment was with Val and she's not only a true blonde artist she was also super chill and fun. The entire staff is amazing and you can tell everyone really takes pride in their work and wants you to leave with exactly what you want. I’m so happy I found this place and fully recommend!

Blondify has helped fix my prior bad blonde coloring and has given me even tone and color while not damaging my hair. Jet is a perfectionist often wanting to re tone my hair once done to get it just right. Never rushing me out the door. Brittany is a very involved owner checking in on each customer as their stylist works with them. All in all a great team providing great results!

I had the best time at Blondify! Britt did my hair and did an absolutely amazing job. I just moved to NYC and was in search of a new hairstylist, and I’ll be continuing to go back to her for as long as I’m here! I have been nervous before about balayage on my dark brown hair, but Britt knew exactly what she was doing and did it PERFECTLY! I definitely recommend coming to see Britt, and the rest of the staff was amazing as well.

I requested for an icy blonde and I was in awe! Britt and Hope did an amazing job with my hair! I Was very scared at first, but the experience went VERY smooth. They make sure to be cautious with my scalp since it is very sensitive and my hair is still surprisingly strong.

Valerie was such a pro! She listened to my ideas and got the vibe I was going for. She was so lovely and there was a warm, collaborative and welcoming environment in the studio. Brit and the rest of the team were very cool too.

Marie is AMAZING! She definitely pulled off a rich brunette for me and I was SO pleased! She knows exactly how to color correct hair and give you highlights that blend perfectly together. I thought I needed to cut and re style my hair to frame my face, but she worked her magic just by giving me some highlights then finishing it with a gloss to blend the mess I made before with a red/brunette undertone! I’ve used Marie when I’ve wanted to be platinum blond, warm blond, pink and brunette!

I would give 10 stars if I could! Brit has been the only colorist I’ve let touch my hair in years. I originally came to Brit after a horrific experience at another salon where the whole top section of my hair was burned off during a simple root touch up. I was referred to Brit and she handled the situation with so much compassion and empathy. She also had the best solution and was able to mask the damage through keratin tip extensions. She gave me all the tools and education I needed to regrow my hair, which is now long and healthy thanks to her. Brit has not only been a safe and trusted person to come to for my hair but she’s also become an amazing friend and confidant! I’ve spent hours sitting in her salon chair and I always look forward to getting my hair done because she creates the most wonderful, fun, and safe place. I have sent friends, coworkers, and strangers on the street who have complimented my hair to Brit because I know with confidence that they will have a transformative experience. Run don’t walk to this salon- you won’t regret it.

I can’t give Britt and her salon more praise. I have medium fine hair and wanted more volume and length. She installed a perfect seamless blend of sown in extensions. Her stylist Josh is also amazing and has also done my extensions and haircut/style. I’ve been coming to Britt for over 5 years. She’s taken me from black to buttery blonde to espresso brown without damaging my fine hair and while perfectly coloring extensions to match the vibe of my looks. The extensions were sown in such a way that my natural hair has grown in length from the protection of the wefts. I also love that she colors hair in a strategic way so that I only need to come back once every 2-3 months. She is patient and really listens to what you want and your concerns (damaging my fine hair) and doesn’t rush the process just to fit another client in her schedule that walks in the door for a last minute appointment or consult. Picture below is recent (last week) with extensions (dark brown) and the blond picture is when I first started with Britt and she took my fine dishwater colored hair to a healthy buttery blonde. She literally is the sweetest and most capable colorist and stylist I have ever been to. Bonus points for such a cute spot in the east village!

Britt is EVERYTHING-artist and chemist all in one. I have had many colorists. Some have very specific styles that are not fluid to clients needs. Some are not knowledgeable enough about lightening dark hair. And some do not understand—fully understand—the color palette. No one had explained the physical makeup of hair in the same words she did in the 20 yrs I have been “Blondifying” my Asian hair. Britt is all of those! Literally. She is so versatile as I knew before I made my appt bc I followed her on IG. And in person even more impressive. Ask her anything. I adore her! And I traveled 4 hours round trip to see her.

Brittany’s experience and knowledge of going blonde (to any degree) is extensive. She knows what she’s taking about. She thoroughly explained all of my options with the positives and the negatives of each. We made my decision together and she detailed the timeline for my maintenance follow up as well as how to care for my hair at home. I absolutely LOVE the outcome of my balayage! Plus salon has a very laid back/ relaxed vibe and the staff were very friendly. Recommending her to all my family and friends!
