This was our first time visiting this steakhouse and it was a great experience. The servers are very nice and professional. We had the Porterhouse Steak for two which was delicious. They dry age their steaks so it is a little pricey but definitely worth it. We didn’t have any seafood but those looked great as well. One little issue we had was that the tables were a bit less comfortable so try getting a booth if you can but it was a very minor issue compared to the whole thing. We will definitely be back!
Really enjoyed my Filet Mignon cooked medium with cream spinach, mushrooms, hashbrowns and lobster mac & cheesei. Service was great. We had a table of nine and where able to hear each other talk.
We arrived 30 mins early for our reservation and we were welcomed and accommodated despite the restaurant being very busy. The service was impeccable as well as the delicious food. The ambiance spoke for itself and overall made for an excellent dining experience. We met the manager, Chan, who spent the time welcome us personally make sure our dining experience was optimal. We will be back for many more dinners!
The ribeye from the menu was good. Our server offered us lobster tails at $38 each, so we each ordered one. Turns out they were warm water lobster, not cold/Maine lobster. I think an expensive steakhouse in the Northeast would be more honest to specify this. In fairness, though, management was quick to substitute crab legs and even comped our dessert.
Sorry for the late review! Saturday September 2,2023 my husband made dinner reservations at Blackstone Steakhouse to celebrate my Retirement. The staff was very friendly, the atmosphere and ambiance was great! The food was delicious and the service was excellent! Vincent “VINNY” our server thank you for your impeccable service and thoughtfulness “dessert” with Congratulations
Food is incredible, but sadly way over priced for no reason. We paid $72 for a steak expecting a decent size and it was slightly bigger then outback. None of the dishes come with anything you have to buy all your sides 22$ and up for fries a salad etc is kind of Crazy. It was a great experience, but sadly we won't be back.
OMG! The best seafood I have ever eaten in my entire life! The scallop risotto was perfect. I don't eat meat, but the seafood tower was amazing! Also the best oysters ever! My new favorite place!
Probably the worst steakhouse I’ve been to. They’re not very good at cooking steak. Multiple plates at our table of 10 were undercooked to preference. If you want medium rare, ask for medium or medium well. Only one plate was sent back and it came back basically charred instead of cooked properly. I still regret not sending my plate back - I thought that I had possibly made a mistake asking for medium rare but after inquiring with other guests at my table, they agreed my steak was “rare rare. ” Completely over priced for what the food is worth - I don’t mind paying a lot for a good steak, but if I am, the employees in the kitchen should know how to cook steak properly. We were also told about a time limit after arriving but the service wasn’t fast enough so we ended up being there past the time limit and took dessert to go. A lot of unhappy guests from our table, I would not go back.
Came here in a beautiful afternoon and with great company, the food was good and the service was amazing, our waitress was soooo friendly, the desserts were delicious, it was a great afternoon.
Food was great, atmosphere not so much. Most of our interactions with staff are being told to wear a mask. It's May 23rd, it's no longer mandated and it's the businesses choice to follow mask restrictions that were lifted you but you can't have it both ways and claim its for customer safety and then pack the place where customers are on top of each other. Making people wear a mask to walk in the bathroom sit on top of each other makes no sense. If you are going to follow a guideline, follow all them all not just the ones you choose.
Went to this restaurant last night. Got two of their specials which was the steak for two. It was amazing. Had mac and cheese, string beans and some potatoes. They have a wonderful out seating area, would return if I was in the area.
The waiter was very well informed on the menu and treated us well. However, I was a tad let down by the steak recommendation that I selection and the prices were relatively expensive. Good outing and ambiance nonetheless. They also accommodated me with a free birthday treat that wasn't on the menu.
The food and service was good. The steaks were cooked to our liking even seasoned well but unfortunately when we received our food, it was luke warm at best and for a high end restaurant, we were disappointed with that.
I like to go with friends to this restaurant with my highest recommendations. I visit this restaurant often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The the food there is fantastic and the team is efficient and cooperative. Every time we eat in this place we pass a lovely time.highly recommended.
So the atmosphere is dim which is perfect for a date night. We started with the crab cake and the wedge.very good. Had a on the rocks, perfectly strong. We got the porterhouse to share.it's plenty for two, perfectly cooked with the fries and mushrooms. Chocolate cake for dessert.and oh my.amazeballs. We shared it and finished it. We will definately be back!
Took our two boys to Blackstone yesterday. Disappointed. Food was just ok for the price but it was the service that left us salty. We ordered our food, appetizers were suggested to us. We said no thank you. The waiter replied, Listen, there are 600 people in this restaurant right now. The food is gonna take 45 minutes. You should order appetizers so you have something to do while you wait”. I was taken back and replied thanks but no. We watched people come after us and get there food before us. An hour and a half later our food finally came. I stated that I thought the wait was a bit much at 10: 30 pm mind you. The manager came to us to apologize and said he’d like to make it up to us by offering dessert and if we didn’t feel like dessert he would fix the bill for us. Well out of the four of us only my youngest wanted cake. The waiter said well you should all get something because the manager wants to make it up to you. So I suggested that being that my son was only getting cake he could take a drink off for the rest of us. Well the bill comes my 1 martini and my husband’s 1 beer was taken off and they charged us for the 16 dollar cake. I thought the dessert was on you guys? Well it’s either one or the other not both he tells us. Sorry for the miscommunication. Eww not very nice at all.
If I could add about 60 stars I would. We have not been to a restaurant with better service. The food was magnificent. Nothing more needs to be said. Pricey, yes, but you get what you pay for. My entire family loved the experience. We will be back again, and again, and again.
Asked for a rare plus ribeye, got a (little undercooked) but rare ribeye so I was happy it wasn't overdone. They added a touch of flame and perfected it. As expected.
Outstanding Steakhouse with something for everyone. If you don't like steak, you'll still love Blackstone. The sushi is delicious. The seafood is excellent. Service is top notch. We enjoyed our meal from soup to nuts. Highly recommended! A+
I usually come here on special occasions. I love the food here! It is pricey when it comes to the fish etc but I think it’s worth it for the steaks. Plus on your birthday they give you these sugar donuts and sing to you. I also had my six year old with me and even though it’s not a family style restaurant it was still fine having him there. Love this place
Steaks overpriced.wines way overpriced! 6oz wine per glass $12 on cheap wine Mashed potatoes $15! As a side. There is a charge to use the bathroom with attendant. Peppercorn sauce very buttery Not recommended House sauce is really cocktail sauce terrible Portion size good
Warm, inviting space. Service is 5***** Food is 5***** as well. You will pay for the ambiance and service as their prices are $$$$$. Truly an excellent and memorable meal. Great for the very soecial occasion.
Food is top shelf stuff, service A+. Ambiance excellent (minus the loud music blasting at the bar). Pricey but worth it for special occasions. Extensive wine/drink list, really a gourmet steakhouse haven on an otherwise bland region for food.
Don't let the name fool you. Blackstone is more than just a place to get a superb steak dinner. They also have a great selection of seafood and sushi. The shrimp in the shrimp cocktail are massive and their signature sushi roll is a surprisingly tasty version of surf and turf. If you're in the mood for steak, try the fillet. It had a great crust on the outside yet had a super tender rare center.
Excellent service and even better food. Had the "dinner special" Alaskan Halibut which was amazing and we also had the Filet Mignon which was perfect. The wine was top notch. Pricey but well worth it for a great date night! Atmosphere was just right!
This is a great place for an office dinner or lunch. The large sushi platter is a good lunch value which two people can share. The steaks and salads are good as well. Service is excellent on the tables, typically done by two servers working in tandem.
This place had one of the best lobster bisque I have ever had. The steak was amazing, and the service is top notch. Just make sure u bring lots of money.
I don't eat stone crabs but those I was with do. When we arrived we asked if they have 4 orders they can hold. We were told they did. Only to be told less then ten minutes later that they misspoke and have none. Needless to say we were not pleased as the reason we specifically decided to dine here was for the stone crabs. We asked that they check again and then we're told that they had in fact only one order they could hold for us. Later when food came my steak was overcooked.
