Stopped in to visit service. Coming from PA on a trip to upstate NY. I recently purchased a new Dodge Hornet (Love It) and could not get my gas tank open. The service department helped me right away and got it open on the first try! Silly me! They didn’t make me feel silly, totally professional and courteous. Recommend them 10/10!

I scheduled my 1st oil change and tire rotation for my new 2022 dodge ram Laramie 2500. It took 1hr 45 minutes to complete & cost $130. They poured oil on top of my new engine, left the washer fluid cap off & didn't fill. Got garage dirt on my new floor mats & running boards. Terrible service for a dealership.

Had a good experience, oil change was done very quickly, had a still have a problem with the radio, they did an update on it but didn’t fix the problem, the speakers are very blurry sounding, still under warranty so have to find the time to take it back to be looked at.

The salesman mister Adam, make you fill very comfortable. And hi knows what is talking about the vehicle you are looking for. LIKE HOME! I willdo recommend this dealer!

They've went above and beyond trying to help us when our new truck broke down out of state. They are still trying to help us now that we're home.

This is on regards to their service center. I had an issue with my Town and Country, and since this is the only dealership in Binghamton, I took it in to be looked at. I was quoted $1500 for the repair, so I got a second opinion. Mind you, I spent $90 for a "full diagnostic". I ended up taking my van to a local body shop, since he quoted me $1000, based on the dealership diagnostic. Result: A stuck rod, two hours of labor and some lube, grand total of $135. I have no trust that the Binghamton Chrysler Dodge Jeep team would have just lubed the part instead of replacing the whole mechanism. I won't be back.

Andy Smith wasthe best sales person i have EVER dealt with at the Binghamton Chrysler dodge location. We communicated for a few weeks back and forth and he was always pleasent, even when I wanted a certain color and price range. He always got right back to me. We just signed our second lease thru Binghamton Chrysler for a beautiful Ram Bighorn. We couldn’t decide whether to buy out our existing lease or go for a new one. Our salesman Andy Smith ran all the numbers for us, no pressure. We weren’t sure, so we went home and after we’re home 10 minutes my husband says, let’s go back tomorrow and get the truck.
