Had a birthday party for my child here. $500 and some of the worst customer service I have dealt with. Had to find employees to get our soda. Manager was rude when asked a question.

I just wanted to let you know, your waiver has cost you possible sales because of what a pia it is. Atleast with my family afew times. You should just have something your guest sign at the point of checkout.

I was here with my grand children. They had a blast. Price is fair and comparable to other similar places.

It looks cheerful from the outside but lordy, inside is a dystopian nightmare. The staff at the front are incredibly unknowledgeable about their jobs or the waivers. There is no care whatsoever if waivers are filled out or not. Not once did an employee mention that waivers would need to be completed. The only indication was a sign just before entering. If you missed it, congrats, you no longer need a waiver.
The staff was also rude and dismissive. It felt like a tim Burton film with the very visible tattoos, all black clothing with no dress code, dark eye liner, and absolutely no interest in being friendly or understanding.

There was a GFCI outlet in the bathroom by the sink indicating tripped and could not be reset which means there's an internal fault and potentially fire hazard.

I would recommend almost anywhere else. McDonald's would be much more enjoyable for adults and children alike.

There is so much more to mention but it's not worth the energy I would spend on it.

Constantly preoccupied with closing time and turning kids away. Once almost refused to let me enter even though I walked in an hour and two minutes before closing time. Another time I had been there and my child wanted to use the toddler area 32 minutes before closing and the employee told us it was closed off since they were closing in “20 minutes. ” Beware

INCREDIBLE! This was our first time here the customer service is over the top, the kids loved it and did not want to leave. 5 stars for you guys, whoever is running this place is awesome all of your employees were very nice

The workers were rude and the games are extremely sketchy they don't put the amount it costs to play on the machines and it's card only they are definitely overcharging us

Had my grandsons 5th birthday party here. Although the kids had a great time, there is a charge for everything. I think they could lower it somewhat, or even not charge parents. But all in all the kids loved it.

All of your workers deserve a raise at this place! There were so many people at Billy bees but your cashiers and managers there were so quick and nice. All had smiling faces I love to see it. I can say the play ground looks very clean I see workers wiping stuff down and with all the people there I’m surprised your bathrooms were clean nice work guys keep it up, the kids are going to have a great sleep tonight we will be back next week

Not bad for the few of hours after that it gets sort of boring. Great family place with lots of wide open space for the kids to play

Took the kids for a family day out, we had a blast today at Billy Beez. Felix and Vivian were very helpful with the waivers and very friendly! The bathrooms were so clean better than destiny haha, there is also re entry which was awesome we went and ate and came back to play we will be back for sure hope to see the friendly faces again. Saw them very short staffed but everyone was very nice and doing their jobs wish we could take pictures but we’re having too much fun. The team you guys have is amazing very secure with checking wristbands too the Billy Bees at destiny doesn’t even do that we will definitely be back here soon

The kids loved it! A bit pricey, especially if you want the full party package. I swear they would've stayed there the whole day if we would let them.

I would give 10 stars, if it was possible, to all the ladies that made my son's birthday party an amazing experience for all of us. Thank you to Kani, Vivian, Roxxanne, my girl Olivia, and Merisa. You ladies rock! The service was impecable, the great attitude, and all the hard work each of them put into it. What a great team! We had an amazing time and my boy and guests enjoyed a lot. Definitely going back. Thanks for going above and beyond…

We live near Syracuse and have hosted birthday parties at the Syracuse location. Came out to this location to meet up with out-of-state relatives who were staying at my parent's place in Rome. All the cousins had a great time together! While smaller than the Syracuse location, there's still lots of stuff for the kids to do, and this location seemed brighter and cleaner than Syracuse. All the staff were friendly. They also let you come and go throughout the day so if you wanted to bring the kids in for a bit, then leave to do some shopping or eat at the food court, you can come back later as long as you keep your wristband on. I stayed with the kids while my wife was able to make a Target run and then she rejoined us after. We saved a few bucks because we still had Billy Beez socks for the kids from previous visits. There are free storage cubbies for shoes, or you can rent a single-use locker for $1.50. On-site cafe has drinks and a limited selection of snacks and foods, so you don't necessarily need to leave for food unless you're craving something they don't offer. There's also a small arcade section in the back.

Here with my son and Grandson, what a great experience! The facility is clean and the staff is terrific, starting with Connie.who checked us in, flawlessly!

A customer tried to attack and then verbally abused a worker sat april 16 2022.they still let the guy in and play for hours with the worker feeling uncomfortable and intimidated.that was dangerous and un professional on the management and hr!

Booked a birthday party at Billy Beez in New Hartford, NY this past weekend and wasn't impressed. The administrative process to get into the party was horrible and highly inefficient. Another party in addition to my own was booked at the same time and all guests for the parties had to be intermixed with the regular admission public to get in qnd waited in a ridicuolus long line. Though everyone was early to ontime, the quickest anyone got in was 15 minutes after our reserved time started, time they did not give us back and we lost though it was paid for. The room I booked was nothing more than a roped off open space, that even shared table space with the other booked party. I added 2 pizzas to the reservation and Billy Beez asked me how I wanted them cut, standard or square. I said square so we could get more slices out of each. The pizzas instead came standard cut. If they were gonna do their own thing, why even ask me and offer a choice? The only reason this review is two stars is because the kids enjoyed playing. But hosting a party there was horrible and not worth the money.

Canlyca and her fellow employees made the experience at billy beez memorable! Never leave unhappy!

Fun place for the kids and the staff is nice, but $54.00 for my two boys to run around for maybe an hour, 2 tops is a bit much, and im really sick of having to give a lot of private data just to do business evrtyehere. I wont return.

Was concerned about the large slide not having dividers and didn't see anybody monitoring takeoffs or exits

Really fun place to wipe the kids out. Very colorful, safe and soft. Fun for the adults too but I think we get tired faster!

Fun for the kids, but some staff are inattentive and some or down right rude. Staffing needs to hire people who at least fake liking kids. Food is horrible.

We went up up as a big family group to have a fun filled day for the kids at the New Hartford Billy Beez. The bathrooms were unavailable to use, no one was available to cook, had to spend money on useless gripper socks that made the kids fall and get hurt going down the slides and to top it off The staff wasn’t the nicest. I’ll just take my business else where.

$16.95 for a child and then to find out you need to buy $3 socks for everyone in group. Socks not even in adult sizes. Good luck fitting your feet into those socks dads!

Go to the Syracuse location instead if you can. They don’t force you to buy their socks in addition to admission (I just called them and asked) and the staff are friendly there. The last 3 times I’ve gone to the new Hartford one the staff has been unbelievably rude and it’s a major killjoy. Our family of four paid $65 to play here today just because of the added dock fee. We won’t go here again. The Syracuse one is twice as big and apparently it’s cheaper now.

Good fun for kids but it was very obvious that the place hadn't been cleaned since it was last open. We were the first in the door, trash was still half full, juice or other sticky substance dried on the floor mats, your socks stuck to the mats. The guy that works there hid out in the corners using his cellphone.

Friendly staff but the place was filthy from the previous days business. We were the first ones to enter when they opened and still no one cleaned anything. The floors/ mats had spilled juice on them, trash cans still full. Staff either were on their phones or standing around talking. The girls at the front register were working

Overpriced plus
Parents are mandated to come in and watch their children which I am fine with but paying 4.00 dollars to do so I am not okay with.

It's fun but overpriced. Additional fee for jumping area even after admission. Dirty bathrooms. Attendants are spaced out. Kids do have a great time but so expensive its only once in a great while place

My daughter got pushed down the big blue slide by another kid and his grandparents was not watching him and now my daughter has a big bump on the back of her head.taking her to urgent care now

We were unsure what to expect bringing our 20 month old daughter for the first time, having read some mixed reviews. We were greeted by an exceptionally pleasant and helpful staff. Paid roughly $25 for two adults and one toddler. Had the place to ourselves for half an hour. When other people began arriving, we found there was plenty of room to play without interfering with others or being crowded. Our daughter tired herself out in a little over an hour.and we got some exercise too! Didn't eat there, so can't comment on food quality or prices. But as far as overall cleanliness goes.we found it to be adequately clean considering the type of place it is. Same for the condition of some of the padding and mats.saw several negative reviews and did in fact see some torn corners, etc. However, there was no glaring safety issues from what we could see. It would be unrealistic to expect all the equipment in a place like that to maintain a like new condition.
We will be going back!

If zero stars existed I would have chosen that. So after paying 30 dollars a kid for one slice of pizza and play time they misplaced two of my sons gifts because they take them at the door. RED FLAG! The nasty teenagers who work there said it never happend before and were shocked why I was so upset. After driving a half hour back to retrieve them. Really I should be happy? It was a confusing mess the entire time there. After finally finding the gifts and placing me in an embarrassing situation with my guests they refused to refund me a dime for their bad service. You don't get the service they advertise. I'm placing a dispute with my credit card company tomorrow. Go anywhere else for a party nor worth your hard earned cash.

Nice place, lots to keep my 2 year old busy and safe. The staff is super great about keeping the mini bees section under control. We love the blocks and jumping on the trampolines. I only wish they had step stools in the bathroom for the shorter kids to reach the sink and encourage handwashing.

A little expensive, but a great experience for children. Parents beware, you'll know really quickly just how out of shape you are!

Looks like super fun, i i didn't have time to go in but i plan to when im back up there, it was really big an look like lots of fun.

We went in tonight and i asked for 3 adults and a toddler the manager walked over and said that 16 year olds are considered children and charged us an extra 7$ the price of 42$ was highly unreasonable for 2 adults and a 16 year old and a toddler that can barely talk. We will not go back again becausd of the ridiculous pricing.

Great place for the kids. Expensive. $71.50 for four kids and one adult. However, we were there for six hours! Definitely got our money's worth

Good price, looks clean even if it's a few years old. Bring some sanitizer just in case, but definitely alot of fun.

A great place to take the children! So much fun. Love that you can play, go shopping, have lunch and come back. Highly recommend!

It's a good place to bring young kids! It is a much cleaner and well kept compared to the Destiny USA branch (don't go there it's dirty and the equipment is all well worn with the emergency exits taped shut [well the last time I went]) it could still use some cleaning there but overall it was fun and the kids enjoyed themselves)

Fun for the kids but it frustrates me how much they nickel and dime you just so you can stand around and supervise your kid. Great for something to do in the wintertime, but when it's nice out save yourself the fortune and go to a playground.
