Dirty and unkempt. My kids love it though? It's never the same staff from one visit to the next. This particular batch was aggressive and rude. The family bathroom has been out of order the last few times I've been which leaves you without a changing table.

This place is a joke. They kicked us out an hour and a half before close. Don't expect any more than just being able to bring your kids somewhere. Can't say it's not clean because all these places gross me out. So I am bias to that.

We have been coming here for years everytime we come up to visit family. We had fun running around with our kids. Some things were not working in the ball pit area. However, it did not deter us from having a great time. Protip: visit on the weekdays to avoid crowds.

Not too impressed. It's a few slides, tube slides, 1 trampoline, and a bunch of tubes basically.

The part that really rubs me wrong is their tactic to charge the first adult 4 dollars while the second adult is 8. To save 8 bucks my wife sat outside the glass instead of sitting at the table.

You also have to buy socks per kid.

So for a family of 7.1 adult sitting outside the glass, 1 adult sitting inside the glass, and 5 kids cost $111.54.

Their food is quite pathetic. I'm hungry and we would just pay for my wife to come in, but the food here isn't worth anything. It's like gas station hot dogs, their pretzel bin is empty, their pizza bin is empty, etc.

Not only did our grandson have a fabulous time here, but his grandpa and I managed to keep up with him to an extent, through all the exciting mazes of tunnels and slides! Highly recommend this place for kids of any age!

Syracuse location is the worst. At no point did they tell us or was there a sign stating that an adult had to accompany a child or that there are special socks needed to play not included in the price. So after we pay for a child and adult and socks, the manager has a worker inform us that if we wanted to sit in the establishment we would have to pay for it. Now there are six of us total. Mind you there was one other family (A dad and toddler) in the entire place besides us. The entire place was empty. Worst experience and customer service. Don’t recommend.

We had a terrific time. We had a birthday party and it went great. The management logistics were a wee bit lagging with billing but the day itself was great. The staff was fabulous. Very attentive. Derek and Naomi hustled all day long. They worked in several capacities and were always polite and helped us at every turn. Great way for kids to just be kids. Thank you BB for a fabulous time.

I was thinking about booking my sons birthday party. Don’t go here even to visit, place needs a whole HomeTv make-over. Same toys from years ago, not very clean. Staff very lazy & rude! Very disappointed with my visit don’t even ask for water, you might get a crazy stare down! Fake reviews watch out for them! Right below lol Save your money!

Their website says they opened at 1030am but due to no staffing, they opened at 11am today. Birthday parties that were scheduled for 1030 also had to wait. Once open, we waited for 30 minutes to get through the check in line.

I have been to Billy Beez before Covid hit and the staff was nice. At my visit today the staff was hands down the WORST staff I have ever seen. The tall man at the counter never greeted me he just asked in a very rude manner if I had signed the waver. He then disappeared into his office. He wasn't coming back out and my child wanted to go play. So I had to say very loud, " ok sweetie once we pay we can go in". He then came out with his phone on speaker talking to a friend on the phone. He had to ask for my number twice because he wasn't paying attention. He was incredibly rude. The place is fun for the kids but the staff needs a major over hall

Not worth it for a party because if you have to cancel your reservation they won’t give you your money back. They want to give you store credit. I need my money back for my daughters birthday in myrtle beach that was a last minute plan with my whole family. I paid $300 and they won’t give it back

Worst experience ever! Double booked my baby party that he invited all his friends and family to even out of town family! They cancelled less than 12 hours until the party. I’m furious!

The bad: the cafe is down and you can leave and grab a water but according to them
You only can go to the movies across the way and guess what that bottle of water cost me 6 bucks! I come back in and I see people with water bottles from five below! The bathrooms were dirty and the girl working the trampoline was on her phone the entire time. The good: it was really fun and my 5 year old had a blast and so did I. The lockers were a nice touch to store your items while you play. The price wasn’t so bad.

My kids love billy beez & they do a good job keeping it clean. Their prices aren't terribly high either. Your knees will hurt bad for a couple days lol other than that, we've only had good experiences here!

My daughter loved Billy beez and it was a great time but it's not for bigger parents and you should bring knee pads lol. Kids have a blast and everything is fun. Maybe someone should sanitize areas that aren't busy because lots of sick kids were coughing over everything. And they need better customer service because the girls looked miserable and weren't very understandable. Other than that, this place is great!

The bathrooms were disgusting and had pee all over the floor. None of the sanitizers had any sanitizing stuff in them. It was a cesspool of germs and my children got sick after going there

I paid $500 for a party for Julian's 3rd birthday. My mother and 83 year old grama came from out of town with my siblings to be there.
We were told before the party if we needed additional food to let the party hostess know when we arrived bc for 10 kids and 10 adults they only provide 16 pieces of pizza. We were told we couldn't order more food bc everything was frozen and their cafe wasn't open long enough to make more.ok. We didn't get our bottled water, we had to ask for it. Didn't get our 2 extra pitchers of soda till we asked for it and it came after we were done eating. The workers were rude and short with us and when we went to go ask for the things included in our party like the birthday boy shirt and goodie bags that were paid for, they were on their phones and short with us.
A man came to the room while we were packing up and identified himself as the manager and we told him we weren't happy and why. He instructed us to call corporate because at the store level not much would be done to rectify the situation. We were stopped on the way out by two female employees. One of which told us she was now the manager on duty and what was our issue.she told us the man we had spoken to was a cleaner, not a manager. They said in regards to them being rude and on the phones we should "worry about ourselves". We told them we had nothing more to say to them and would be calling corporate and proceeded to walk out. These girls screamed, yelled, cursed and hollared us out of the location in front of our children. Their were other patrons in the establishment with their babies as well that had to witness this. They slammed the door violently behind us, our children were upset and afraid leaving there. Upon leaving these workers were also standing at the entrance/exit we were leaving out of and as I was putting my children (3&4) in their car seats screamed " I DONT GIVE A F*CK IF THAT B*TCH HAS HER KIDS WITH HER". Safe to say none of us will ever step foot in this place again. Worst birthday experience we've ever had anywhere!

Every unprofessional when I comes to birthday parties my son birthday party was set for 3/5 after speaking with somebody and they called me and told me that they we’re over booked which ruined my 4 year olds birthday party very unacceptable and try to make an excuse as them being understaff and nobody could reach back out to me after they realized they had online books confirmed.

I just wanted to call and see if it’s busy but the automated menu is TERRIBLE (when you press the * key it just redirects you back to listening to the automated message and NOBODY is answering the phone! Guess I’ll take my business elsewhere.

This is a great place in theory but as I stand here right now, I see garbage everywhere, dirty masks laying around. Half the foam balls are missing or stuck in places the staff should be policing. The staff.one is nice, one is extremely ride! She was rude the first time I brought my kids here and rude again this time. The first time I ever came she showed up 30 minutes late. We were waiting for it to open and she came over gave everyone dirty looks and said very rudely, I thought there was school today. If I hadn't driven an hour to get here I would have turned right around. The place is awesome for kids to get their energy out but could be better staffed.

Hands down the worst billy beez experience I have ever had with my son. The staff were both extremely rude and lazy. The place was filthy, one employee was sitting in the ball pit charging his phone for the majority of my time there which was 2 hours. The manager was incompetent rude, unhelpful and very unsocial. When your working in a kid friendly environment you should be KID FRIENDLY. Not to mention the amount of filthy masks, food, bandaids and just garbage lying around. I will stick to the one in New Hartford where the staff are extremely friendly, the environment is clean and we always feel welcomed.

This was the worst billy beez experience we have ever had, the staff was rude or lazy. The manager was having an issue with the waver system but didn’t address us standing at the register until we had been standing there for fifteen minutes only to tell us that the wavers we had filled out that morning weren’t valid due to a change in the system, so we had to spend an extra ten minutes filling it out. One employee was constantly on his phone at the bottom of the slides or in the ball area. Another employee was walking around with a broom and dustpan but wasn’t actually sweeping as there were numerous masks lying on the ground and a bandaid stuck to the floor so long that it had a black like of grime around it. When we decided enough was enough we were stuck at the exit door while the associate was sitting in a side office while a family was waiting to check in instead of interacting with either of us. And when the associate finally did come to let us out she asked for our wrist bands which has never happened when we’ve going to any other location. We will not be returning to this location.
Edited because I can’t reply, this is not a waver issue as stated above we had filled out the waver before arriving, the manager when he decided to finally address us told us that the waver we had filled out at home was no longer a valid waver.

The equipment and play areas were really fun for the kids. My three children, ages 8,10 and 1 thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
The worst part were the horrible attitudes of the employees. For it to be a kid-focused establishment, you would hope the employees are kid-friendly or at least the slightest bit pleasant, but they weren't. Each of the cashiers seemed miserable to be there, the female overseeing the trampoline sat with her head straight down staring at her phone the entire time and never looked up or said a word.
This is the second Billy Beez location we've been to where we experienced horrible customer service. They definitely need to improve in that area.

I see the "owner" is very responsive on here. They should check out their facebook reviews. Will show how their staff really treats people. Someone on here said that the staff is rude too. Hmm.

I waited for a half hour standing at the desk to sign a waiver that they should have had me sign prior.asking each individual child's name and birthday as well as mine and I thought that was stupid. Then when my guest arrived the cashier at check in left them standing at the door for 20 minutes until my guest called me and I had to come regulate. The food service is whack! The least they could do is offer 1 free picture of Soda and 1 pizza with package. School pizza taste better than their pizza. They give children free bottle waters smh.then the ceiling started leaking on my guest at the cake table.no sooner than we finished cleaning the area in the ceiling caved in.water everywhere.

We had our daughter’s birthday party here and we loved it. Being short staffed, The manager Chris went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Thanks Chris for everything!

Watched us as we completed their waiver directly in front of open doors. Once complete and entering into door then the cashier procedes to say we're closed. That even seemed to be a heavy task for her

Awful I went in this morning to try to talk to someone to set up a party the woman that was there was rude and disrespectful when I asked her is she could call and see if she could get a hold of someone. HER STATEMENT WAS" I'm not wanting to plan a party you are! " She works there and talks to costumers like that is not professional at all she was at the Destiny USA location and was there at time of opening there were only two people working a man which was nice then the rude woman.

Has to be one of the most unorganized places I have ever been. Staff was disrespectful and rude to the max. I asked for a refund as we brought a group of 12 there and not a single seat open for parents to sit in and all tables were gross and not cleaned. They told me they were not able to refund over $50. What a joke. Chris the “manager” was extremely rude. You all may want to send him to class to learn some customer service. I asked for corporate number and he gave me a number to a iPhone cell phone… I will make everyone well aware of this and make sure no one I know will come here.

Horrible! I have yet to be contacted after several calls to store. I emailed corporate and still nothing. My son's party was awful the unorganized and rude employees. Our pizza was under cook and other one burnt to a crisp. 1 of my quests was charged $50 but was already included into party price. My cake lady was chased down like a criminal when she tried to drop the cake off to me. I paid for a party room and took 45 minutes to get them through a line because they were under staffed. I don't feel this is right and I would like someone to reach out regarding this

Do not go here. Not sure how this place has 4.1 stars. Expensive to get in. You have to pay for adults. You have to buy their socks at 3 dollars a piece. Have to buy their food and only 3 items to choose from.and today they decided they were not going to make one of them. Got hot dogs which tasted like rubber. Drinks expensive. Also they have signs on wall above chairs that state an alarm will go off if your not paying for it. Staff is rude and if you look at other bad reviews you get generic responses from them. Please do not go here.
