I just had the BEST hair consultation of my life with Kim, and here is why: Kim possesses such expansive hair knowledge and experience it is like she read my mind - I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and she took me through the process of breaking down each element to help me understand what I was REALLY looking for. She sat me down and patiently showed me how to manage my curly hair to produce looks that bring out the best in me. And she was so hair-positive! I left feeling uplifted. Kim and her technicians at Bijou are worth their weight in gold.

It's been since March since I last had my hair cut and went all the way to Chicago to have it done. I've been looking for a new stylist and was very pleased with how Jake treated my hair. He listened to what I wanted and now it looks healthy and fabulous. Looking forward to scheduling my next appointment.

Bijou is a lovely salon and Paige is a very talented stylist! The space is welcoming and very clean, the staff is friendly, and the business end of things is very well-run and efficient - I never wait for appointments, I can make my appointments online, and reminders come via text and email if you choose. Paige has a great eye for making your hairstyle work with your hair type and your facial structure. No cookie-cutter styling here! She listens carefully to what you had in mind and makes a few helpful suggestions to bring it all together. Her color technique is outstanding - my high-and-low lights are subtle and natural looking and I get tons of compliments on my hair when I leave Bijou! Also, they carry several lines of product, including Amika - my new favorite - and Bumble & Bumble and Aveda.

Laura is so kind and accommodating, and her work speaks for itself! Love the balayage look she achieved, and she was so helpful with giving product and styling tips. I will definitely be going back to her in the future.
